We got tires for both our vehicles here at Ramona Tires on Clinton Keith, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and explained things clearly. Definitely made the right decision coming here, highly recommend! Shoutout to Michael!!! Do not come here. They will try to scam you out of your money. My daughter went here to do get an oil change and tire rotation. They told her she needed her front tires replaced. (Car is brand new just a little over 2 yrs old) she agreed to have new tires put on. They after getting new tires then they proceeded to refuse to perform a Tire rotation until she got the rear tires replaced as well. (Front wheel drive car by the way) this is unacceptable to scam your long lime costumers this way. Poor handling of long time customers or over 20 yrs. Be better Ramona Tire.

Oct 2025: wheel alignment service and very happy. Annual package for alignment helps especially due to rough roads these days and unexpected potholes on 215 freeway. Jan 2026: oil change and satisfied. Minus the long wait due to drain plug gasket, but you guys took care of it. So thankful.

I was very distressed from the lack of another store being unable to meet my needs and fix my tire situation. First time at Ramona Tires on Clinton Keith in Murrieta, and honestly—what a pleasant surprise! I came in for a simple oil change and left feeling like I just found my new go-to spot. Prices? Totally fair. Wait time? Pretty reasonable (just long enough to finish a cup of their Keurig coffee, which gets bonus points!). ☕️ And here’s the kicker—my phone was about to give me the “1% of doom,” but guess what? They have a charging port! 🔌📱 Talk about saving the day! Big shoutout to Brian, my advisor—super helpful, professional, and just an all-around good guy. If there were a “customer service MVP” award, he’d get it. All in all, oil changed, caffeine boost achieved, phone revived—mission accomplished! 🚗💪

Came in with a singular flat tire. Upon pickup, the sensor in a different tire stopped working and the pressure light was blinking on the dash. Ive never had an issue with the other tire sensors on the vehicle. Staff tried to sell us that sensors just break when they try to be 'relearned' to the vehicle and also that batteries die. Tried charging us an additional $80 to fix a problem I didnt have when we went in there. Cashier tried to show me some sort of tire pressure sensor meter showing a disconnected sensor on a front right tire. No idea where this device came from or if it was even attached to my vehicle. The hothead tire tech decided to come up to the counter as well and storm out when I asked for the manager. Unhelpful and aggressive. Tony the manager was just as unhelpful. He did offer to try and fix it, but I wasnt going to let them handle my vehicle further. Using the explainations they told me, its reasonable to believe that fixing the sensor could 'break' a different one. Left with problems on a seperate unrelated tire. Funny enough, driving home, the vehicle's dash system doesnt show any issues, the tire pressure light turned OFF, and its reading the tire pressures. Huh. Thought that broke. Scam business. Take your vehicles elsewhere.

The service I received was top notch. My first experience with this location was about a year ago when I had an unknown noise coming from my front tire. They discovered my lug nuts were loose from a dealer’s negligence. They took care of the issue with no charge, I thanked them and sent them pizza along with a promise to return when my tires need replacement. I just made that promise come true today, with the replacement of all four tires. Tony and Amber were very professional and the guy who worked on my car got me in and out with no hassle. I will be back with my truck around summer break for more services. Thank you guys for a job well done.

This was not a very good experience. I called the day before and made the appointment. When I arrived I was informed that there was no appointment for me. Marcela did here best to accommodate me for someone else's mistake. I still had to wait 2 hours just to have 2 tires mounted. I understand that my appointment was screwed up by another employee and she did her best to fit me in, but I came in with an appointment. I asked her, my understanding of an appointment is, that is when you are taking care of. She informed that in the automotive world that is not true. They still had work from the previous day that had to get done. "Then don't make a 11 o'clock appointment if you can't make that time available for your customers." I wanted an alignment as well, God knows how much longer that would have taken. I could have come at a later date that may have worked better for your scheduled. So no!! This was not a very good experience.

I usually hate dealing with car stuff, but Tony made it so easy. He’s honestly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve dealt with in a long time. I didn't feel pressured or 'sold' to even once, he just focused on what I actually needed and was super upfront about everything. Got a nail in my tire. Pros: Amber was amazing! She even had other customers yelling at her but she was still nice to me and my toddler. She even played cartoons for him since we had to wait hours (4-5 hours). Amber was sooo nice! Cons: The wait time wasn’t the best but apparently they were very short staffed so I get it. Amber even had to eat her lunch fast cause she didn’t have any breaks. Then their whole system went out ugh. Customers were yelling at Amber which wasn’t good in front of my toddler. One gentleman even demanded he be helped before me (and my toddler). Even though they were short staffed, Amber handled everything really well! Kudos to Amber! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Ramona Tire & Service Centers off Clinton Keith Rd (next to Costco). The facility was very clean and well organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their professionalism. The staff were courteous and professional from start to finish. I especially want to recognize the sales rep/mechanic, Mr. Castillo. He demonstrated excellent people skills, a true customer-first attitude, and a level of humility that’s rare to find. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel like they genuinely mattered. It never felt rushed, he made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with the service recommendations. This review is long overdue. I had an oil change done last Christmas Eve, and despite only having a few staff members working that day, the service was fast and efficient. Maricela provided excellent customer service and was very accommodating. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. They also completed a Vehicle Condition Report, which was helpful and reassuring. I decided to stay in the store while waiting and brought my laptop to get some work done. The space was clean and comfortable, with free coffee (that time they also had some donuts yay me) and a clean restroom, which made the wait much more pleasant. I honestly didn’t feel like I waited long at all. Overall, it was a great experience, especially considering how busy the holiday season can be.
