RP Paint studios & Collision is one of the best auto body/collision shops I have ever come upon. After getting rear ended in my Ram Rebel they took me in like family! Rudy and Nancy were extremely helpful showing me everything that they could take care of on the truck. Then to top that off they value transparency in everything and show you the break down of everything you need to get your car looking back to brand new from the lot! No extra garbage mark ups just the MSRP prices for parts and paying for the well deserved labor prices. They are perfectionist in all they do and take pride in all their work from small scratch’s to large collisions. There small intimate family business with genuine transparency is what hooked me from the start. But receiving my truck better than it had looked before was even better! They had my truck washed, detailed and had matched the paint perfectly to make the truck with the new bumper look as if it had just rolled off the lot! Rudy and his team at RP are excellent and absolute professionals at what they do! Their customer service goes the full length taking care of your smallest concerns to the largest issues from vehicles to pricing, ensuring that you get the best deal! I without a doubt recommend RP as your go to for any car needs from paint to collision and am soo thankful I have found them! Truly cannot be more impressed and thankful for RP paint studios. They did a phenomenal job doing an entire custom paint job on my truck. After being denied from other shops of the job, Rudy and his team took care of me and they did not disappoint. The people that work here are true professionals and value their customers. Working with Rudy made this process very easy, and stress free. He was able to communicate, and send me updates along the process. A very detail oriented person that wants to share the same vision you have when it comes to painting your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop to anybody. Rudy is one of the most sincere honest businessman that I’ve ever met. He never misled me and he never lied to me. He is one man that deserves more than five stars. In the city of Murrieta, California when it comes to rating a body shop, he should be rated number one. When I got excuses from other local body shops, all Rudy asked me is to bring the car down. Let him take a look at it and if he could fix it then he’ll fix it. If not, he does not want to waste my time. What more can you ask for? To make a long story short, I took my car down there which is a 2007 Saturn Sky that they no longer make parts for, maybe some aftermarket but not much and he did more than I could ask for including making my daughter and wife very happy because they love that car so much. The ruby red paint of my 2016 Ford F150 had severely deteriorated in just a couple of years after being parked outside here in Riverside County. It's a really good truck, worth keeping a few more years, especially considering the cost of a new replacement. I selected RP Paint Studios after researching several shops. I was really impressed with Rudy after speaking with him. The shop is highly recommended, and the quote was reasonable. Rudy did an excellent job painting the truck, it looks brand new. They took great care to make sure it came back as good as new. They detailed it inside and out, including the engine bay. I highly recommend bringing your car here for any paint needs.

I brought my Camaro over to Rudy to get my front bumper painted and to get some touch ups done around the car. Overall it turned out great, the quality of the paint feels very high and the color matching was exact. Any issues and concerns were promptly addressed and my car was well taken care of. He even offered to take my car to get some parts protected with PPF when i showed interest in doing that. Great Work.

Firstly, I need to start off by saying that I will always remember a positive customer experience from a business and when two business have such great customer service that you find them through eachother...that is truly a blessing. I was referred to Rudy by Kat at All About Auto Detailing, because I had accidentally been texting her thinking that she was my other car friends. She was so kind to offer me her contacts and gave me two different options and Rudy was one of them. I sent the pictures of my car to Rudy and the other person, Rudy called me THAT DAY to talk to me about more details of my car. I think within 3 days I had a quote, for not only BRAND NEW parts buts also how much it would be with after market since I was going to pay out of pocket. And it was my first time experiencing this. When I went to drop off my car, the customer service was great in the lobby, Rudy was so kind, he showed me what would be done to my car, and explained the cost to me. I honestly could've looked around a bit more, but like I said in the beginning, it's always about the customer service for me. The communication was so professional, timely, patient. There was no way I was going with anyone else after the PRE service I was provided. My car was complete in roughly a week after I dropped it off, when I came to pick it up, not only did it look brand new...IT WAS DETAILED. FULLY. I expected to just get my car with its new bumper and go about my day, but I got a positive experience, and brand new clean interior AND exterior, AND my bumper fixed. RP Paint Studios & Collision has found a customer for life from me, and everyone I know in the future. Rudy, is truly a great business man, and the business model is *chefs kiss*. Just for the customer service ALONE I'd recommend over and over again... not to mention he cleaned some scratches off my mom's car just because

My experience started with an online request that was answered within an hour—I had an appointment for an estimate before my insurance company even called me back. Rudy is incredibly knowledgeable. He actually got under the hood and the chassis, identifying potential hidden issues that might arise during a full tear-down. Because of his thoroughness, I knew exactly what the repair should cost. When the "AI insurance estimate" finally arrived, I had the confidence to push back immediately because I knew I was being low-balled. The communication of RP & Co was world-class; Nancy called me every few days to keep me updated on the progress so I was never left wondering. As for the work on my Tacoma, the front-end repair and paint matching are flawless.
