After a minor issue resurfaced from a past visit, they went above and beyond to fix it right away with new parts. Their accountability and focus on customer experience are top-notch. Truly felt taken care of here. ————- Had a really great experience with my recent oil change. It was super easy to schedule, and they’ve been the most responsive shop I’ve messaged so far. I especially liked how they sent the inspection documents via SMS—very convenient. Pricing was very reasonable, and it was great working directly with the owners who are also certified mechanics. They were courteous and professional throughout. Overall, a really good experience, and I’ll definitely be going back to them for my other cars’ needs.

I had a leak in my cooling system and had the water pump and hoses replaced. I knew it was going to break the bank because I have a BMW but their price wasn’t as expensive as the BMW dealership and they even replaced my wiper blades that I forgot to put on. Very professional and helpful. Great place, I will definitely be back if I have any issues with my BMW again.

Luke and his team are honest and reliable, pricing for work is great. I've multi work done here, transmission, pully and belts. Customers service and workmanship is top tier. They sent, videos to explain issues and showed me the old parts that got replaced and even help through a warranty return that wasn't even their business. I started coming to First Choice when it was owned by John who was so kind, very fair, and always went out of his way to help me. Now, Matt and Luke own the shop and they maintain that same family-owned, family-friendly business and always go above and beyond in service and diagnostics. Customer service is their business model, just as John held and they outshine any mechanic I’ve been to. Honest mechanics (and fairly priced ones) are extremely rare and these two are just that. John left his business with two diamonds and they are continuing the legacy of the business name.

With new management in place, they have proven to be outstanding. If you are looking for a trustworthy, family owned and local mechanic, this is the best spot!. When you enter, you are immediately greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. They take the time to listen to all of your questions and concerns. Interestingly, their prices are more competitive than those of the local dealership service department. Our cars were repaired on the same day at a reasonable cost and now they are running smoothly. My Subaru loves Choice AutoWorks and so do I. After taking my four year old car to the Subaru dealership and an estimate of $4,800 for repairs, I searched for a local auto repair shop that knew Subaru’s. My car had warning lights going on and off and my usual repair shop had no idea what the problem was so my son suggested I search for a Subaru mechanic. I found Choice Auto works and they discovered a problem with my Thermostat that was under warranty and told me to take it to the dealership for free repair- which I did!!! 👍 Because choice AutoWorks mechanics know Subarus they discovered the issue. - My contact was Luke and he went over and above my expectations. I have taken my car twice with excellent Service and hospitality each time. Luke spends extra time answering all of my questions and reviewing any issues that arise.
