Egregious pricing. Over $100 for 4.5 qt synthetic oil change, after coupon. They try to pressure you to do unnecessary things to the vehicle. No people skills, and then try to make you come back after 3,000 miles even with fun synthetic. 3,000 mi has not been the industry standard for years yet they try to get people to come back so they can inflate their profit margins. What a joke. This company turned to trash after Einstein's sold out.

I had a disappointing experience at this location today. Vitaliy was short-tempered and impatient during my oil change. After greeting me and letting me know the wait time, he walked away without giving me a chance to respond. During my oil change, he apologized for the wait time (to which I responded I was more than happy to wait), then told me that he was frustrated about having to fix a mistake caused by another location. Unfortunately his tone and attitude remained unprofessional and short throughout the remainder of my service. I’ve been a loyal customer of Valvoline for a few years now because the employees are typically friendly and helpful, so this interaction caught me off guard. I also want to mention that Brice was very kind and professional, and reminded me why I continue choosing Valvoline.

They did not properly re-attach the splash guard and it fell off when I was driving the next day. Additionally, they checked my engine air filter but I opted to not have them replace it. When I checked under the hood, the engine air filter cover was also not screwed down and was just sitting in place. Seems to be a recurring theme and a lack of care for things so simple.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Brice and his team! I usually do my own oil changes, but I was overdue and in a rush, so I decided to give them a shot and I’m really glad I did. Service was quick and professional! Brice is the MAN! Brice mentioned the usual add-ons, but he wasn’t pushy at all. You can tell he is proud of the work he does, which I really appreciate! I would recommend asking for Brice if you want 5 Star Service!
