I had a terrible experience at this car wash. They threw away my garage door opener, and when I went to ask about it, the manager/owner was extremely rude. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, he told me to “get lost and out of here.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you care about your belongings or want to be treated with decency, I would strongly advise going elsewhere. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I would not recommend this car wash at all! My experience was extremely disappointing, making it the worst I've ever had. When I called the owner to let him know about his staff's behavior, he was rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening, he tried to shut me down and defended his staff, saying that what I paid for didn't include things like vacuuming the cup holder. Even though I gave a good tip, the staff still didn't do their job properly. Despite bringing in two cars for cleaning, both the inside and outside were still dirty and dusty. These problems show serious issues with customer service and how they clean cars. They need to fix these problems to make sure future customers have a better experience. When I told the owner about this, he didn't seem to care and even boasted about being in business for over 40 years. Instead of trying to improve, he tried to blame me and said I shouldn't complain because I didn't pay for a detailed cleaning. No wonder his business is slow and doesn't have many customer as it used to.

This is the second time I had to leave. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 years to be exact. I’ve been loyal to this car wash never gone anywhere else. There’s a new guy giving out the tickets. This was today 6/3 around 2-3pm. I decided to give the guy another chance and no, big mistake. My car is always dusty because I have horses so the cars need washing weekly. With that said there’s no point in getting a 200 dollar car detail. Both times I went he’s forced a detail. Both times i explained there’s no point in spending that money when I do ranch work all day everyday. Then I said just a regular car wash please just wipe the dashboard and cup holders nothing fancy. The guy said no we don’t do that unless you do the detail. Forcing it again. He got upset because I said no and I said respectfully you know what I’m running late for my brothers birthday as is forget it and left. Sad because the drive in car washes are taking over. Hence why I support this business. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back. I hope everyone else gets better treatment. I hope the owner sees this review and speaks to him.

The worst car wash ever never go there again they’re not honest with the Coustmer you agree with everything on the beginning then after wash everything change then ask you to pay extra and car wash come with vacuum but they never did vacuum and lift everything went inside the food and windows not clean and they don’t dray the car from inside and the bottom of the car don’t west your money there and I don’t recommend you to go there they cheating and lair 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Never again, these people will victimize you, I promise you they will. They stole my stuff in the car, then said thank you, lol I’ll buy more no worries . Older worker opened my bmw, claiming I didn’t pay $7.

So impressed and happy with my wash & wax. I was promptly greeted by the nicest woman, the entire staff was hardworking and super cool & polite. My van is from 1973 and hasn't looked this good in years. They did an incredible job detailing every part of the vehicle. And they were the best price BY FAR compared to others in the area. Quick service, friendly & professional this is my new spot forever.

I asked for a simple wash and interior vacuum. They tried to upsell to a full detail for $200 and when I declined, they refused to wash my car, saying I wouldn’t be happy because they wouldn’t vacuum up the dog hair or wipe down the interior at all unless I did the full detail. I left, went down the street to another car wash where they happily washed, vacuumed, and wiped down my car for the advertised $40 price.

This place is terrible. They say they close at 6:00 p.m. and that's what's listed. They were closed at 4:30. And they don't do that good a job. Save your money don't go here

I’ve been customer for 5+ years, lately it’s just a terrible customer service…….. today is my last stop there…….. the guy who worked on my car didn’t even dusted out front screen……. Such a lazy workers…….. won’t go back! Enough is enough

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my car here after a road trip & was told I should do the “hand wash” so they can get all of the bugs off the bumper. After the “hand wash” they hand me the key & walk away. No one mentioned to me that they ripped a piece of the windshield tint off. The car was poorly cleaned. There are still big chunks of bugs in the grill & hood. The interior was poorly vacuumed, still food crumbs on the seat & on the floor. They left water spots all over the dash & used no air freshener. I would never bring a car here again. Complete waste of $30 & now I have to go re wash my car on my day off.

Horrible! Don’t waste your money and time! They don’t provide the service for what they charge. I paid $65 and the car looked like it wasn’t washed properly, there was dried soap on one side, they didn’t vacuum the trunk and when I showed it to the owner, he started arguing with me saying “I charge $600 for full service and kept on arguing for not washing my car properly. Bad customer service and bad management. 0/10!

The back window was not cleaned, the dash was not dusted, the car was not dried off correctly. I seen the dirt on the car ran my habd across is showed the worker the dirt, he said its not a detail. I went inside asked for the manager, the cashier came out asked what was wrong, I explained everything and she looked confused. Ill never go back.

If I could do, zero stars I would. I took my car here to get cleaned and they didn’t even do the inside of the car. They tried to upsell me, and when I said no, I think they just said screw it we’re not washing her car. When I called to complain, they told me to bring it in and when I showed back up, it started raining so they closed down. They didn’t even open the trunk to vacuum

Bad car wash they don’t even clean the inside of your doors. They just wash it from the outside and dry it. That’s it for 21 bucks. Bad service never come back here again in my life.
