Brother went there for inspection and a wheel bearing. They lost wheel lock key. Both of us called at various times and were blown off rudely. Now his wheel speed censor is setting off codes, I'm not positive it was because of them, but still not somewhere I'd recommend.

Rocco is a cool fair guy for sure. Gregg is pretty much a jerk, not too many people like him. Rates are reasonable but he's a cheap ass when it comes to himself getting another service done Their knowledge is excellent though. Best audi vw guys by. Gregg is still a jerk though. Gregg be nice.

Will joyride your car. Took my car there for inspection, first was on a walk and went by and it was left unlocked. When I picked it up and went home noticed a few more things… the radio was on some rap station that I don’t listen to, the AC vents were positioned crazy (I have OCD they are always flush for better appearance), and my passenger floor was filthy and no one rides with me but my dog. Lastly I have the Ford App that shows me where my car is and it wasn’t at the shop…

If you want honest, good people working on your vehicle, this is the place to go. Father/son shop and judging by the people that work there and the people that stop there, it is a family atmosphere. You have to love a place where customers are treated with respect. I will be servicing all of my vehicles there for the foreseeable future.

Took my card to Ventrice auto service and I was told it needed a new engine. Next thing I know, I crossed my car down the road, someone was driving it! I had to get the police involved, they also keep the engine cover. It was a mess. Mindy and Greg are the worst people to deal with, don't waste your time. Take you car to the dealer it will be worth every dollar. The dealer replaced an hydraulic valve and my car is running great. This people will rip you off for no reason. It is a shame that people like them exist.

I have been going to Ventrice Auto for over 14 years. They are very good to me and honest and reliable Yesterday I had a sqeak in my wheel. I went down for a test drive and they took time to replace my brakes without an appointment on a busy Saturday. They take care of your car and you! I have stopped down when they are eating and they always offer to share their food. Good honest people. And they know what they are doing!

Down to earth and good people. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. I’ve taken a couple vehicles to Greg over the years and he’s never treated me bad or tried to BS me. Most recently he diagnosed an issue two other shops missed and charged a fraction of the price. I’d have to disagree with previous review, as I keep track of my vehicles mileage and never had any discrepancies.
