I needed a set of headlight assemblies for my C5 Corvette the guys over at Vette Pros had the parts I needed and I had them in my hands in just a couple of days. after having the headlights installed I was having a problem getting them to operate correctly. If you own a Corvette, this is the place to go! Excellent service, fantastic prices and extremely knowledgeable people. Recently purchased a steering rack for 2001 Corvette. Got it within 2 days to Boston and my core refund was processed within 1 day after they received it back! I'm 70 years old so I've been to a few "rodeo's" in my life; haven't seen service like this in a long time. Thank you Garland and rest of team.

I ordered parts. Never received them. Plus i asked for a refund never got this either. I have talked to the owner of vet, pros LLC on August1 , 2024 and apparently it is scammers who are scamming a lot of these big companies like this. I feel sorry for these companies that are being used like this. As well as the person like me on the other side of the coin.

I didn’t want to have to write this review because I think the owner is probably a good guy trying to run a fair business, but he really dropped ball with me. I learned a lesson the hard way not to purchase anything mechanical from them. At least not anything that is something you have the concern that you may need to exercise their advertised warranty. I learned this lesson after purchasing their “rebuilt steering rack” for my C5. It failed not once, but twice within the 5 year warranty period and they didn’t stand behind their product. The first rack developed a leak in a bit over a year. The second rack they sent me developed a leak again and worse yet a knock in the steering and significant play at the wheel. My car was handling like a 1979 Dodge Aspen. It was so bad that by the time Vette Pro’s failed to come through on their warranty and I had to bite the bullet and buy a refurbished one from Ecklers and have it installed, I was amazed at how much better it handles now. I enjoy driving my car again. The most frustrating issue isn’t even that Vette Pro’s didn’t honor their warranty. The worst part is that after one brief 2-minute chat explaining the situation, they said they would talk to their rebuilding company and see what they could do. He said they didn't have any in stock. Then the owner stopped taking my calls and wouldn’t respond to my voicemail messages or follow-up emails over the following weeks. I even tried reaching out to them through Facebook Messenger to no avail. He completely ghosted for over three weeks. I was giving them every opportunity to rectify the situation. I told them I would even have been happy with a partial refund since they had no cores on hand to send out and I needed to purchase one outright as my car is my daily driver and I can’t be without it while the part would be removed and shipped back and forth across the country for repair. After weeks of them ignoring my calls and emails trying to rectify the situation, I finally just bought another one elsewhere and am happy I did. Better price and better product. All said and done, I have paid labor and alignment fees THREE times instead of once to have a steering rack installed within 5 years due to a poor-quality product from Vette Pro’s that they failed to stand behind. I see that Vette Pro’s has a lot of products. For things like panels, or seats or things like that, I assume they would be fine. But mechanical parts like steering, suspension, motors and trans, I would be cautious. I have no ill-will for these guys and wish great success for their biz. The greatest suggestion I could give them, is simply to communicate with their previous and potential future customers with respect. I hope this review helps people on the fence about buying any expensive or warrantied parts that require expensive labor to install.

I reached out to VettePros looking for a C3 (73) front clip. They called me back same day and were unable to help me with the part that I was looking for. Some places would've just not have returned the call but these folks took the extra time to call me back and even elaborated on where I might go next. If I ever need parts for my C1 (57) or C5 (01), these guys will be the first ones on my call list! Even though they didn't have what I was looking for this time, I was impressed with their kindness, professionalism and courtesy enough to put them in my digital Rolodex.
