I walked in The lady acted she didn't want to do anything with me I told her I needed a radiator flush and to change 2 hoses from the radiator. She told me she was booked for a week and when I made the appointment she had a attitude. She told me I would have to leave the car there for a day. So I figured I would uber it back and forth. She had this nasty attitude! I called joes radiator in Dallas and was able to book a appointment in 2 days and he did the job right then and there and the price was very cheap. I didn't go back and won't go back to Horaces. Radiator flushes and changing hoses are easy jobs for Mechanics.

Traveling over a thousand miles to see family in NC and the AC in my van kept cutting out. Randomly googled looking for options to have it checked the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and was lucky enough to find Horace's!! They took us right in, looked everything over. Found the problem to fix. Gave some notes on a couple smaller items to be done at some point. I had them go ahead and do the work though because of the great and expedient care we got - they deserved a little more business. But there was ABSOLUTELY no pressure from him to do it. Great little gem of a small family business. If you live in this area, you should support them. If you're visiting and in trouble, definitely the place to check out without worry of being taken advantage of. I can't thank you enough!!!!!! You saved our trip!!!!!!

Mannnn, I DO NOT want to leave this review. I want to be selfish and keep Tony to myself, but that just wouldn't be right. He is THOROUGH. He talks to you like you're an intelligent human being. He confirms what you want done. He tells you the price and that's the price. He gets the job DONE and on top of all of that, he actually CALLS YOU when the work is done!!! His expertise is in radiator and air, but he is quite capable of other repair services. The prices are comparable to other companies, so as long as you realize that his job is to keep you and others safe on the road, then the cost is negligible. He has repaired my F150 heating/air system and my radiator, CV axle, and power steering pump in my Acura TL. Would I recommend Horace's for your car repair? YES! **as long as I don't need work done too**

This man is a very good man. He checked everything on my car my brakes just went out put water in my coolant tank and didn't charge me anything. I had no idea the car was fixing to run hot and you literally saved my motor and probably need to because my brakes were going to the floor. I highly recommend them to do your work.

I took my old 1988 truck by Horace's to see about getting it replaced. It hadn't worked since 2001. I didn't even know if the parts would be available for it anymore. They told me that they would need a day are two to get the parts and install them. I picked my truck up and for the first time in 20 years the AC works. I'm very pleased with the service and care that I received from them. Their shop in very neat and clean and everyone working there was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Horace's Radiator & Air Conditioning.

Was driving yesterday back to Virginia from Atlanta -- and developed a leak in my radiator in the mid-afternoon. Selected Horace because it was family owned and operated and looked well organized and clean. One of the best service stops I have ever experienced - anywhere. Tony quickly diagnosed the problem showing me the source of the leak - and then worked past closing to get it done, including a related problem, a non-working thermostat, which had to be replaced. The work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. He kept me informed and gave me a very good understanding of what was involved and the estimated costs. They were professional, nice and helpful -- and my wife and I were very much at ease. Overall, an excellent experience and I wish them all the best with continuing such a professional, well-organized and honest family-owned business.

Tony was great, honest and upfront in repairing/replacing the heater core and replacing my truck's thermostat after my heating went out in my F-150. He had come highly recommended and now I see why. Fingers crossed it will be a while, but will definitely return to Horace's next time I have an issue with one of my vehicle's Radiator or A/C issues.
