Was mostly happy with my experience until they gave me my bill. It was 72.00 more because they had to brake off lug nut and bolt. They said it must have been cross threaded by previous person. They should tell the customer that ahead of time. Not the amount but there could be a chance.There wouldn’t be a charge if I was an established customer. I have only gone to Subaru dealerships but that is still not good enough. I am disabled and on a fixed income so 72.00 is a lot to me.

Bought a 2025 Subaru Outback from Tindol Subaru in Oct. Even though we live an hour away. Everyone at dealership was very helpful and courteous. Bought a warranty for car with suggestion on what needed by the finance dept. So glad we did. Only a little over 3000 miles and a rock cracked windshield. Windshield has eye monitoring, etc. Called Tindol, service set appt for replacement and with warranty we bought, we were given a loaner. Very courteous service staff window replaced and left with $0 expense. This dealership cares about the customer and shows integrity in taking care of customer! We plan to buy future cars from Tindol Subaru! Highly recommend!
