With enough base knowledge, I know that this auto shop has always been honest with me and looking out for my best interest. After the first snowy day this past winter I realized how badly I needed new tires. I picked this shop on a whim; they got me in and out in no time at all. Since then I've come back for a few different things and it's consistently been good. The staff there seems to genuinely care about what they're doing and knowledgable without talking down to you, taking the time to explain any problems they've found or solutions they're considering. Time efficient for the most part and really explaining everything to you as it happens. Truly appreciate the work done and hope to keep supporting this local small business. Definitely recommend.

I wish there was a ZERO STAR. These guys have no idea how to keep their word.. they hike their prices overnight. We had an agreement to fix my car for $290 but ended up paying $490, and this was a mechanical problem that they fixed before. Charging me the same mechanical problem. They add all this money without my consent. Marcelo only cares about money and will be willing to behave unethically to get it. I ended up calling police officer to get the matter resolved. They cook numbers to get rich. I will recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

They spend two weeks with the car that the AC was not cooling, first day they charged 175.00 they said that they replace some O rings and recharge the refrigerant and test it. When we get the car, everything was not working. Second day that we bring the car back (remember they give you 36-month warranty) they found a broken AC Host. Even when they tested the first day and supposed to have no leak or pressure loss, (how you explain that…) But don’t worry that will be another 200.00 or so. After that another problem an Expansion Valve, again no problem that will be like a total of 520.00. Finally, yesterday we got the call that the problem was the Condenser, but don’t worry is only going to cost you 1,371.83. Plus the first 175.98 (1,547.81) What!!! You don’t call to let the customers know the cost of the parts before you do the installation? (Explain me that too). But don’t worry we are going to give you a discount of 30.86 for the refrigerant that we used on the first attempt to repair it. (A Discount!!! Did you pretend me to pay for that? Explain me that too and what about the labor of that part). The worse part was the attitude that they got, was like. You know, I don’t care you just have to pay it… I pay it, but I hope that my experience will help others not to be victims of your bad service. Take some courses on Customer Service if you want to keep your business running. Also, the average cost of labor of an auto mechanic is from $80.00 to $100. Hour. Here they will charge you $117.00 per hour. (Explain me that too)

Car died, had no idea why, had it towed to the shop and they did the diagnostic and found the computer was toast, they called me back within a hour and told me what was wrong and what needed to be done. There was a delay in getting the part but I don't think it was their fault. They called me and said its going to be a couple more days, they got the part and had me on my way with no extra this is wrong and that's broken, none of that. I picked this shop because I live close and it's always more busy than the other shops, this says something to me. I'll go back and I recommend it to others.

Asked to get my car suspension checked, they went out of there way to run a full inspection without asking if that’s okay, then they charged me $50 for the inspection without informing me it would cost $$ Not only that but they pressure you into repairs. $200 to swap out air/cabin filters? How dumb do you think your customers are. Never going back

I Came here because my regular mechanic retired. I recently bought a used Kia Sedona and this was where the seller went. Van was overheating and also wouldn’t start. They charged me $200 for overheating, saying air was in coolant hoses and also said I needed a new alternator for $900. I Found a different mechanic who said the battery was bad and it was still under warranty, saving me $900. The van also still overheats so i spent $200 for nothing. It turns out I needed a new thermostat. Im glad so many people fared better, but I would get a second opinion. I will never come here again.

I had my blower motor replaced. I brought my own part and I understand there is no warranty on my part, but not for the job is different. The blower motor makes noise which I had ask if they new why because its brand new. He reminded me there is no warranty ok no problem. But my 2nd issue was the light on my AC went out as well and I just wanted to know how it went out under their watch and they did not catch it. The guy Freddie which is the manager said they was not responsible because the job did not come with a warranty. Not to mention my dashboard was not completely snap back together on the side they had to enter to replace the blower motor. I understand there is no warranty on the part but not job is a different story and they wanted me to pay them again to check the light that they had something to do with when they did the install because it was not like that before they did the work.

If you are gonna drive your Red Giulia Alfa Romeo __C-527 down 35 best to stop texting and driving. Almost hitting people and having your company name and logo on the vehicle is not a great image for a company.
