My husband and I used Vince’s auto body after hitting a bear! From the start of repairs to the end of them Vince’s auto body was always transparent and very communicative! Whenever we called to check the status everyone was so friendly and always willing to help! Our car looks brand new!! I don’t have a photo of before, but I highly, highly recommend this shop! I purchased a hitch from U-Haul and earlier this week I had an appointment for it to be installed (after a full month of waiting for my appointment). An hour into my appointment the install guy called me to say he ran into some snags with my install and so I picked up my car and went home to investigate the issues. Something about the situation did not sit right with me, so I immediately called Vince’s Auto Body as I had dealt with them several times years ago and was very impressed with their work. They took me in immediately and got my hitch installed that same day I called. They did an amazing job with the install. After I went home, I watched a 25 minute YouTube video on a hitch install on my vehicle and I can honestly say that it is not a simple at home job. A lot of pieces of the vehicle needed to be taken apart and put back together in the install. Very impressive that they did it without blinking an eye. While I was there I asked about a quote to get Bonnet Stripes (racing stripes) put on my car. They gave me a deal I simply could not refuse. They ordered the stripes and I was back in two days later to have the stripes installed. As expected, they did an amazing job! They took their time, measured and marked, and paid great attention to detail in the installation. I LOVE my stripes, they look amazing! The shop changed ownership from my visits years ago, but, I can honestly say that I’m just as happy now as I was then. Ricki, the owner, has put in the same amount of effort for attention to detail and client satisfaction as the previous owner, Joe. I’m glad I immediately thought to call them. They will always be the first place I call for any type of installation or auto body work I need. A huge thanks to the owner Ricki, his amazing and talented staff in the garage, and the very kind, funny, and helpful ladies in the office.

The worst body shop ever. The tower clearly did not know what he was doing. The tire was on the edge of the bed and made the damages worse than what they already were. Upon arrival at the scene of the accident he told us that they wouldn’t be able to tow it to the location we gave them because it was outside of business hours, he then said that we couldn’t pay that day and would have to pay the next day at the shop. We then asked how much it was and he couldn’t give us a price and just took the car. The next day they charged us 1,300 for less than a 5 mile tow and said if we have an Audi we should be able to pay it, we brought up the damages and the unreasonable price to the owner and he went crazy and started yelling. Very disappointed at how they treated us and the car, would not recommend.

Brought in a GSA vehicle with some damage to the body and wheel well. They were able to service the vehicle and it looks great now. The car is also the cleanest it's ever been in a long time, thank you. My experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. My vehicle remained in the repair shop for three weeks, only for me to be informed that it was deemed a total loss—despite the fact that I had been driving the car for two weeks prior to bringing it in for repairs. The repair costs were significantly overpriced, which ultimately led the insurance company to declare the vehicle a total loss. I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. I believed I was a valued customer, but unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.

This was the most professional and personal human experience. Ricky met me while I was in shock after I saw my car smashed in front of me. He was professional- not pushy and assured me he would take care of me and my car. It was a traumatic experience but Ricky was there for me. He took care of everything even as much as setting up my rental. Ultimately my car looks “ brand new”. I’ll share some before and after photos. His staff is also amazing!!!

This place did an Absolutely Amazing Job on the Car. When they first got my car I was unsure of how something like that was going to Be fixed But Ricky And Danny made sure they gave me reassurance and Impeccable service on the car! They made sure of giving communication with the updates on the car and what parts were needed, if so. I would also like to thank the Assistant they have there that also did An amazing job with giving updates on the Car if the two weren’t available at the moment. Oh my gosh my car looks beautiful!! My car a 2015 Rav 4 took quite a hit but now looks better than it did when I purchased it from the dealership 8 years ago. last year i went to this place because it was a part of geicos express repair. they put on the bumper and sent me on my way. months later the bumper started to come apart and when called about it they said bring it in. the owner insisted that they "glue it back" something told me this wasn't right. i called geico and they had me go to another shop and the horror that other shop discovered was ridiculous. not only did they super glue the damn bumper onto my 2010 Acura TL. they glued that tow hook which means God forbid i needed to get a tow the whole bumper would have to come off. this so called shop should be demolished. this is the worst auto body shop in history. STAY AWAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

I want to thank Vince‘s autobody for taking good care of my daughter. Her car was hit in a parking lot. They not only repaired the car, but went above and beyond and repaired a few things that were not covered. I can’t tell you how happy this made my daughter. She was going through a bit of a rough patch and the over repair lifted her spirits. Vinces went above and beyond and cleaned the entire vehicle for her as well.
