Pros: Joe & George in the office were professional throughout the entire experience. My car was taken in a couple days after I received a quote. The work(3 stage paint on fender, door, and bumper of a coupe) was done within the 3 day time I was quoted. The work itself looks complete and very consistent throughout the areas painted. Cons: It's likely the priciest in the area, but I knew that going in and they're very clear about that. There was a lack of 'finishing touch' to the project- ie. handprints inside on some door panels(all of which I can clean myself), some paint dust(not over spray) on some other parts, an obvious separation between OEM paint and this paint inside the door panel and under the wheel well(both unnoticeable to the naked eye), and the occasional overspray around bits of trim. Overall I'm happy with the job, however I will say it's not perfect. Thanks to everyone at Joe Que's for getting my baby back looking great again!

Joe Que seem like a very nice guy. I was not here for auto body work though ,but for a Penske rent a truck, a 16 footer rental only, I had an issue with this Penske truck I rented , because the air conditioning was not working and that messed my trip up. I informed Joe the next day and he said he would tell Penske truck rental company about this problem. They probably should check the trucks better , but I guess I should have checked it better myself before I left on the road.. Telling it like it happens......

Joe Q rented me a Penske truck that should never have been rented. Complete mess, bad kingpins, had two rear cupped out tires on front, wouldn’t go over 45 mph without getting the death shakes. Penske roadside guy said “this truck should be off the road immediately”. Drove it to local Penske as a courtesy in Sheepshead Bay instead of leaving it on Emmons Ave, had to get a bus, subway, Amtrak and an Uber to get back to my car. Charged almost $500 for the privilege. Called Joe and he basically told me it wasn’t his problem, “they just give me the trucks and I rent ‘em out”. Nice way to pass the buck, Joe.

Go to Joe Que if you need auto body work! They are fast, courteous and do high quality work. My car looks brand new, they even waxed and buffed it. They worked smoothly with my insurance. An experience that could have been a hassle turned into a very pleasant one. I wouldn't go anyplace except Joe Que's. Bonus: the customer service area of the shop is decorated with some gorgeous artistic auto detailing examples.

Joe is pretty much an amazing unicorn of a human being. Between him and George, despite terrible things happening to my vehicles, I still always seem to leave with a smile. Their work is amazing, they always go above and beyond , they're genuine, honest and truly work in their client's best interest. Hopefully you will not need them and your car will stay beautiful forever BUT if the worse case happens, or maybe you just want something cool done you have to talk to these guys because they just rock!

My vehicle was recently hit in an accident which caused exterior and internal damages. From the moment I arrived to start the claims process to actually picking up of my vehicle, the service and professionalism was outstanding. Joe and his team did a fantastic job working on my dad's Sunbeam Tiger. It needed a lot of work - frame repairs and modifications, bondo removal, sheet metal work, some custom fabrication, plus stripping, priming and painting. They started on the rotisserie and now we have a body that's better than new!
