My mother has been using vineville tire for decades. She is very fond of the place and strictly uses them for their customer service. However, it is a locally owned business and therefore is on the more expensive side for any work they do. They always do excellent work. It does have an extremely limited parking space and the actual building is not modern at all. It certainly is a local repair shop and probably not recommended if you are from out of town or unfamiliar with the area.

I've used Vineville Tire Co several times and I will continue to for all my auto repairs. The staff is awesome! This last time my car was overheating. They found out what the problem was and even put a brand new part in my car and didn't charge me for it because it was still under warranty from previous work I had done there. They are very honest and do top quality work! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car maintenance or repairs.

I am from north Ga and was in Macon. Had a tire damaged. Called these guys and they had the tire in stock. They were friendly and fast and filed the claim for my tire hazard warranty and had me back on the road. Three generations of family makes for great knowledge, service and speed!

Family owned business and the ppl in the office are very nice. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was terrible as the day is long. Bolts we’re missing not put back on my vehicle, hoses and clamps were broken as they were snatched off. Fuel hose came off on me on the interstate after repair. I will never be back, just ridiculous.

I had a good experience yesterday. Dropped my 2000 crv off in the morning for a wheel alignment. They asked me if i only needed an alignment and I mentioned some small issues I knew of but just brought it in for an alignment for now. They performed the work while I was at work and I picked the car up before closing that afternoon. Price was as they quoted, no upcharges or anything extra. Even got rid of the front end clunking noise I was experiencing. Car is driving straight and tires should last longer now. It was a good experience.

I purchased a full set of Michelin tires from Vineville Tire on March 14, 2025, spending about $1,200. On August 15, 2025, I returned to the store for a tire repair after discovering a nail in one of my tires. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I entered the store and stood at the counter, no one greeted me(should have left then). The person who finally asked "what can I help you with" ...no greeting...seemed irritated from the start. When I explained that I had a nail in my tire, he walked away without giving any explanation or cost for repair. When I asked what my warranty included, I was told in a dismissive tone that it "certainly doesn't include free repair of a tire.: That was fine, but at that point I still expected to be told what the cost of the repair would be. Since warranty details had not been provided when I purchased the tires, I asked again about the coverage. Instead of answering, he raised his voice and said, "I don't know what the problem is." I was stunned, because I was only trying to understand what coverage I had. When I said I would just call Michelin directly, he snapped, "I don't care." I asked if he really didn't care about his customers, and he repeated twice, "No, I don't care." This was not only shocking but also very disrespectful, especially after spending$1,200 there months earlier. Sadly, this confirmed the feeling I had on prior visits that this was not the right place for me to do business. Being treat this way by the owner makes it worse. Since my brother and nephew do business there I thought it would be fine but nope. Obviously, they get treated better. After everything, I found out the only "warranty" they provide is tire rotation which I certainly will not be returning to use. I will never step foot in Vineville Tire again and strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with any business that says empathically, they don't care about their customers. Tires are critical to the safe operation of a vehicle, so it is imperative that the tire company care deeply about their customers' safety, trust and confidence.
