Trenton was awesome! I told him I needed to be out of there by 3pm and they changed my tires and oil within in hour. Shane was great too. He was 100% honest with the condition of my summer tires and gave me a chance to show my husband and talk with him about trashing them. I have to say I was quite impressed with Trenton’s customer service skills. Phones were ringing and customers were coming in and it didn’t phase him. Kudos to the entire team today!

I brought my car in for a simple alignment today and at 11 and I didn’t get my car back until 2:30 in the afternoon and when I walked in to check on it at two, the guy said he hasn’t even touched the car. they have horrible service and I would not recommend them to anybody. They also tried to overcharge me for things that I didn’t even need done on my car if you want good real service done on your vehicle don’t go here!

I really wanna like these guys. The employees at the front desk are super kind and sweet, but it is taking several hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Last time I was there, it took four hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. About four months prior to that it took 2 1/2 hours for just an oil change.

This was the easiest and most affordable inspection that I've had in a long time. No unexpected extra fees or unnecessary work. Emma at the front desk was also wonderful company and had some of the best customer service skills that I've ever witnessed in action. I cannot recall a time in the past that I confirmed the name of an employee on my way out, making a note of it on my phone, to ensure that I wouldn't forget to include them in a review later. They were that fabulous at their job. I watched as she instantly put every person who walked through the door at ease, welcoming them and making conversation like they were all old friends. She was so genuinely caring. I had my inspection done a few months ago and am just getting around to writing this up. I will definitely be returning in the future.

These guys were amazing. Ended up with a flat tire and couldn’t get the valve cap off to refill air in it. Had come to Burlington for the day so was far from home and within 20 minutes they had the valve off and a new one installed. If I lived in the area these guys would be my go to.

I personally had an issue with my jeep, and the staff was knowledgeable and told me the next steps, it was an issue they personally couldn’t do, due to jeep not letting them look further into, they absolutely didn’t overcharge nor charge even, even though they could’ve. They are such kindly staff and genuinely there to do their job. i most definitely will be back, and highly recommend their amazing staff and expertise.

I got a flat tire while out and called Triple A, for a tow. They partner with VIP Tires Service so I had the car towed there. It was closing time on a Sunday so they got me in first thing on Monday. The tire could not be repaired so I had to get new ones. The people were professional and efficient and I’m very pleased

When the temperatures plummeted this past weekend, my car’s battery began failing, and of course it was on Sunday with a snow storm coming. VIP was able to get my car in within an hour of my calling for an appointment, and I made it out in time for the Patriots kickoff. While there I had them fix a few other small repairs I had not had time to address. I appreciated the complimentary multipoint inspection, and the time the technician took to listen to my description of the symptoms the car was exhibiting, and the thoroughness of answers to my questions. The waiting area is comfortable with a view of the service bay, TV to catch the pre-game show, and free coffee/ water/ wifi etc. Thank you to Emma at the front desk, and the mechanics, who were working on a Sunday so the car could be fixed before my work week!

He is a top-notch technician, I recommend VIP in Shelburne to anybody and everybody who wants quality work at a good affordable price. 100% recommended, tires mechanical alignments. I even believe they do transmissions and motors. Again highly recommended. All the staff was courteous professional meet organized shop is clean cannot ask for a better environment.
