Recently had a blowout on Friday night and decided to give these guys a try. I called at 7:30 on Saturday morning and was told they could fit me in, great. Dropped the car off and left it there thinking it would be there for quite a while. Within two hours of my original phone call I had a new set of tires and was on my way. Couldn't be more happy with the service I received.

Excellent service by incredible people! Recommend! They told me everything I need to know about the car I planed to purchase! Edit: The guys are terrific and all but they didn’t notice the damage and paint different during my PPI. It’s all good but please do that for the customers in the shop next time! So they don’t have to almost start a litigation with dealership.

I went in because my tire was losing air. I had them check it out. They told me that there was no leak so I told them that I thought it was the valve stem leaking slowly they proceeded to check my tire out again magically found a leak and charge me $50 for a flat repair and five dollars for a valve step for a total of $55 for a 5 to $10 valve stem Leak. I can’t prove this, but that’s how I feel and I will not be going back this place rips you off.

Don was a great help. My car broke down about 2 miles and I got it towed there and Don helped me out from start to finish. I went with my parents, first my dad when it broke down and my mom when the car was ready. He answered all of my parents questions and when we asked for 4 new tires instead of just saying yes to it for more money, he suggested we only replace the back 2 since the front ones didn’t need to be changed at all! He even recommended us another tire brand that’s quiet compared to the ones we were initially thinking about getting. Don, you are my savior!!

I made a mistake when I bought my (new) car and put aluminum caps on the valve stems. I went to add air to my tires after the cold weather set in to find them corroded and unable to remove them. After Town Fair in Tewksbury Tire tried to dupe me into a bait and switch to sell me new tires, lying about “significant cracking” in my 3 year old tires with less than 25k miles on them, I called up VIP, who got me in same day. Despite being busy, they went the extra mile and replaced two valve stems and got the caps off the other two tires, opting for the best option for ME instead of getting the highest sticker sale. They saved me half the charge of the services I asked for by going the extra mile, and another ~$500+ I would have ended up spending at TFT if I was gullible. You’ve got yourself a new repeat customer in me, I’ll be back when I actually do need new tires.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended – VIP Tire Services, Lowell MA After going to at least a dozen tire and repair shops with a brand-new tire issue that no one could figure out, I finally ended up at VIP Tire Services in Lowell N I’m so glad I did. Kyle, the manager, took the time to really listen, inspect, and troubleshoot the problem until it was completely resolved. He didn’t rush me off or give me the runaround like other places. He made sure I got back on the road safely and with peace of mind. Ths shop & employees actually cares about doing the job right. If you want real service and honest help, go to VIP Tire Services and ask for Kyle. Lesson learned skip the small tire shops and go straight to the pros...

Purchased 4 new tires the service was excellent work completed in the time frame I was given with the exception of a cabin filter that I wanted to replace, after 30 minutes I was told that the place that the filter was coming from had no delivery driver! Probably should have known this when it was ordered, otherwise I was overall satisfied!

AAA towed my Jeep to VIP during a snow storm. I happen to live 45 miles from the location. The next morning I called and they had already looked at my car. I had a week previous had my brakes done. One of the calipers had a bolt come off and it destroyed my wheel and tire. They got me a replacement wheel for $1000 less than what Jeep was charging. They redid the brakes, mounted my new tire on the wheel and I was very satisfied with the price and their great customer service.

VIP Tires & Service 338 Mack in Lowell, went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation. They were recommended by Christopher's Towing Chelmsford after breaking down on the side of the road at 11 pm with mom driving minor child and baby in the car when it was -3 degrees. Clearly something from the left side of vehicle was wrong...hit a small manhole cover pothole, felt control of the car went to only right wheel, heard metal scraping, and something clicking with each wheel rotation as the car slowed to a stop. Friendly neighbors (TY!) allowed us to park in their spot, called for vehicle tow to VIP and Uber to get family home. We had planned to take it to Firestone 60 Essex, Lawrence, where less than 42 days ago had service the brakes, calipers and rotors, but the towing rep advised us to have it towed to VIP. Glad we did, because ironically enough, during their inspection, they caught Firestones ghastly error not putting the bolt back between caliper and control arm. The caliper was dangling, scrapping up against the inside of the wheel causing a groove. see pics... Thank God this happened on a slow side street vs the highway in subzero temps, where mom could ease into curb and get help to safely get daughters, baby home to safety... VIP did control arm replacement, alignment with labor was not a small bill! Connected with FS to see if they would consider help defray costs with their error and to thank God a worse timed accident could of occurred, thinking an amicable solution might be found, after all, Ive had our entire families vehicles serviced thru FS (5 cars) and am a FS cardholder. ..FS offered a couple oil changes🤣🤔 VIP earned our trust, so we asked them to complete other suggested repairs while they were working on it. Excellent job communicating updates and timelines, we got vehicle back within a day! Well done VIP, we felt like one! Saved us, literally, ty! Can only pray FS does the right thing...
