This is the worst place you can go to. They kept telling me my car would be done by a certain day and then postpone it. My car took SIX WEEKS to be fixed and they still didn't do a good job.

They fix my car not only did it take two weeks for them to repair it when I finally got it repaired the gas cap door didn’t come in until two weeks later after that and when I went to get it fixed again I went there and one of their coworkers that works on the car was very rude to me yelling at me swearing his head off and supposedly he’s been there for five years and they said it’s OK for him to talk like that and that I need to have thicker skin! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody they are very very slow and if you want quick service don’t go there especially with the way they talk to people it’s very rude

I am taking the time to come on here and write a review about my amazing experience with Lisa and her crew at Custom Collision. First of all, Lisa was patient and lucrative when it came to dealing with my insurance. I have Progressive and they put up a fight, and she was willing to advocate for me the customer to get me the best deal. Second, she was helpful with getting me a rental car without me having do anything, one thing less for me to worry about. Third, the shop men were quick and my car turned out beautifully!!! The whole process put me at ease as I have had bad experiences before in the past with different shops. These guys really prioritize the customer and I can’t thank them enough. Would recommend to any friend or family!!!

Great job from start to finish! The staff were wonderful, they helped me with my insurance claim and getting a rental car while they did an absolutely perfect job in matching the paint on my car. I needed my hood and roof redone due to sun damage and now my car looks brand new. They even removed three small dents that I didn't ask them to do and they didn't charge me for doing it. Thanks guys! Five stars! Recommended to all.

When I brought my car to Custom Collision I was hoping to repair damage to my rear driver side door. Lisa talked me through the process and when they started to work on the car they realized the damage was much more extensive. She made sure to always keep me updated while they worked and was very mindful of my budget. I am so happy with the work they did and my car looks brand new.
