Ray's is seriously the best! I can't say enough good things about him. Last year I came to him with a shot serpentine belt. Another place had "fixed" the serpentine belt 2 years earlier, and clearly effed it up. Rays fixed it right up, walked me through everything they did, showed me the actual parts they used. Phenomenal. He even showed me how he could have spent more time on it if I really wanted, but didn't think it was necessary, so he saved me some $$. They're just the best. And just today brought my car in with shot brakes (yes, it might be time for a new car...) but he gave me a great estimate immediately. Super great guy. Couldn't ask for a better guy to trust with your car. If I could give more stars, I would.

Having now had two repair jobs done at Ray's, I feel pretty confident in recommending them. Ray's communication was quick, straight-forward, polite, and personable. The turnaround time was exceptionally quick. Prices were reasonable. I did feel a little "up sell" attitude, but that is to be expected from any mechanic.

I've been servicing my cars with Ray for many years and it's been a great experience. Ray is honest and will only do the top quality work that is necessary for a fair price. Plus, his shop is a AAA rated repair facility. I highly recommend Ray's Automotive Service for all your automotive service and repair needs. He also sells used vehicles as well if you need a quality used car.

Ray and his boys were awesome! Car broke down on a short holiday week and they were able to squeeze me in to have it fixed the same day. If you want an easy and honest car experience, I highly recommend going to Ray’s Automotive! Ray and the team of reliable mechanics working on your car are amazing. They explain everything going on with the car in detail and the best options for you going forward. I have had oil changes, tires, and breaks done, and I would not trust anyone else with my car with how great my experience was here. If you are looking for a new shop, definitely check out Ray's!

I stumbled upon Ray’s by a stroke of luck, and I’m very happy I did! I entrusted Ray and his crew with my 1977 Corvette, and there’s no doubt she was in good hands. Ray is meticulous in his work, honest, communicative, and very fairly priced. Ray took the time to ensure he knew exactly what he was doing before he dove into a project on my car, which even meant cracking open a book or two. I really appreciated this attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. He was very honest and up front about the cost of work, and which fixes were worth doing, and which were not worth the money (i.e. the cost of fixing very minor leaks in a 43 year old car). He called me every step of the way to explain the work that had been done and to let me know proposed next steps. He always ACCURATELY priced out work and confirmed with me before proceeding. Overall, I’m super happy with the work Ray has done, I’ll definitely go back in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a place to have my car looked over. I was doing a 3000 mile cross country trip to bring my car to my daughter in LA and wanted to make sure everything was safe. Ray took me in the day I called and got the car in right away. Only thing I needed was an alignment, had me out the door in under an hour. The best part was he only charged me for the alignment and did the safety check free of charge. He and his sons were very friendly and I will definitely be back in the future. I bought a new Bronco so I won't need him anytime soon however I will be quick to send my son, friends and anyone who is looking for a good mechanic who is HONEST. Ohhh and this may not matter to most but he has the most organized and clean shop that I've ever been in. Great Experience!!!!!

Ray's did a great job for us last week. My daughter put diesel in her gas tank and we had the car towed to Ray's. The owner Ray called numerous times to follow up and they found a really creative solution to getting the gas out of the tank which saved us hundreds of dollars in repair cost. While it was there they also did a super job on her brakes. I've been looking for a garage that I could trust and I've finally found one. I don't mind paying for service and repairs but I wanted a place where I felt like they would give me options and help me find ways to keep my family's cars on the road in a safe and economical fashion without breaking the bank.

Ray is a gem and so are all the people who work there, they were honest about prices and even called me to double check about a few other concerns I had. I own a 2018 Ford C-Max SE. My check engine light came on. I called the dealer they couldn't take it in for a month. I called Ray and his son Ben answered the phone. Said they could take it the next day. Took the car in and got a call from Ray. He says the codes indicated I had an electrical problem. Long story short. Ray walked me through it told me what I should expect. They diagnosed and they fixed my electrical problem all on the same day. Ray and his son saved the day when my wife and I were stranded without hope. Our car broke down 350 miles away from home and, despite taking our car to Ray 45 minutes before close, he and his son did everything in their power to get us back on the road. Diagnosing the issue became elusive, but Ray ultimately didn’t charge for his exhaustive and time-consuming efforts to find the problem. More importantly, he pressured me AGAINST investing in an expensive fix. Both Ray and his son are beyond convivial and accommodating, which is especially welcomed when facing a distressing situation like my wife and I did. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and Ray is one of the very few you can. If it’s not clear at this point, let me unequivocally say that I can’t recommend their team highly enough.

Bought a Corvette off of the owners son Hunter(who's a tech here) and man do I love the car. Everyone is awesome at Rays, and u can tell they are very kind hearted individuals. Talked to the owner for a bit while waiting for hunter to return to the shop, and he seems like a great guy... very inviting. Will def be returning again in the near future... Definitely gonna have the Vette serviced here.

This is my 3rd visit over several years because my current cars have been under dealer service plans until recently. My first two experiences were amazing. Ray and his team were quick, and helpful, and above all honest! This visit was no different. We were told by the same shop that our brakes were "fine" (when I was there) and then that we "needed" rear brakes (when my wife went). My wife dropped the car at Ray's with a complaint about some noise and he called us within the hour with his honest assessment that the brakes were worn, but not urgent. He quoted us well below the previous shop and asked if he should move forward now or if we wanted to hold a bit to save up. Once we gave him the go-ahead, his team worked fast, and also test-drove again to confirm the replacement cleared up the noise we were hearing. I am going here for all my future repair needs! In my experience, it is hard to find a mechanic you feel you can trust to be honest with you, but Ray and his team are the real deal!

10 stars!! I knew the minute Ray answered the phone that I had found the right place to bring my car to. His friendly and professional attitude calmed my nerves and I headed to work knowing I was going to get a prompt and honest estimate of what was wrong with my car. I got a call about an hour and a half later at which time he explained in clear language what the problem was and what work needed to be done. I had my car back that evening and it runs like new! If you are looking for an honest person who will do the work right you have found the right person!!!

These guys are honest and convenient. Two essential requirements, in my opinion, for a mechanic. They don't charge for non-essential work and always check with me before proceeding with needed repairs. It is evident they would rather provide valuable customer service than trick me out of a few extra bucks like some other mechanics. I highly recommend this shop. We also just bought a used vehicle from them and are very pleased!
