Horrible Horrible Horrible !!! I used to send my car every week for a wash and they started not vacuuming properly so i was like wth maybe they were busy but still , ok next week i go they forget something else they just do everything not caring that we pay $30 for a car wash Today i went after a couple months to see if they changed or gotten better but they left my car all soap, my dashboard was sprayed with whatever they use and not wiped and when i got out to tell them they look at me like I'm wrong !! Save your money DONT GO HERE ! This was the last one for me !

This place was great a few years ago. Now they just don't care. They can't even vacuum properly. Shame This how they did me on a super wash.

Came for a quick oil change and was told my oil was dirty and the person recommended a flush, sure ok. Total came to almost 100 he then said he put air in my tired after I told him I was just across the street and paid cor 4 brand new tires. They needed no air and were clearly new. He tried to sell me anything he could which ok I get it. I had things to do and wanted to come back for the free wash, he told me my car was already in line to wash with no heads up or asking me if I even wanted it. The wash was horrible and left my white car looking like it had zebra stripes and windows all streaked. Since my visit here my car has been smoking and overheating. I had no problems under my hood before coming here!

I don't why they rush to get the cars done and they always miss shit. They need to take their time, there is still dirt in my car and my rims are always still dirty. For $30 they need to do a better job and it happens at both locations in Bridgeport. I had to bring my car back 2 times to get re-wash, I don't have time for that, so now I'm going to vacuum my own car, and take somewhere else to wash.

I had a membership at this car wash and was surprised to find it canceled without any notice. Turns out my credit card had changed, and instead of notifying me or giving me a chance to update it, they just canceled the membership. A simple email or text could’ve solved the issue. Poor customer service and lack of communication—definitely not what I expect from a business I was loyal to.

$170 to detail my car OK and in the process, this is what I got OK they never moved the mats. They never did nothing. All they did was throw a whole bunch of grease in my car and then told me they was done so their detail service sucks.

This car wash I been going for years they fell off. I talk to the manger they did nothing to help with their poor customer service, I paid $45 for an oil change and car wash. I could have went to splash on north ave in Bridgeport ct and got a better service. I called this location the manager told me they will do nothing to reimburse me money, they didn’t offer a discount or nothing poor customer service. I could have paid $20 at in out lube on east main st for $25 then went and paid for a car wash this place is a rip off poor customer service. Very sad for business. They use to do great job before I have no idea what’s going on at this place.

Got my car washed today and once again prices were raised. Will not go there again. For the money we are paying to wash the car the people cleaning them are terrible. They do not clean the inside as they should. Just rush threw it. I said to one of the leaders there why they are not taking their time and cleaning the car, he said they are too busy! Not my problem .The owner needs to be there . You can not keep increasing the prices and not getting your car cleaned as it should be. Take the VIP off. You are not VIP service Will not be coming back. Kost another customer if you even care.

Oil change is great! Patrick is amazing! He did the oil change and informed me of price right away off the top of his head which really shows his commitment and knowledge of the job. Very kind and great customer service. He is definitely a star here so ask for him. Cleaning i have been here before and it’s most of the time very good never has an issue.

I'm the son of Rodrigo and I am 9 y/o. I was hoping that I could go in the car while it was being washed, but I couldn't! I wonder why it’s not allowed. It isn't really dangerous. Plus, it would've been lots of fun! I would have given an extra star if me and my dad could stay in the car as an option. I will give this 4 stars for nice cleaning and a chance to see the car getting washed. But I still couldn't go inside.

BEWARE!!! Petty thieves working there. Stole a pair of weight lifting gloves out of my truck. As far as the car wash, paid $30 + tax and the service was mediocre at best. Dirt spots visible in multiple areas on my truck. I would not recommend. Poor wash job. I guess they are more focused on what they can steal from the vehicles.
