Little pricey, but your car will come out looking fantastic, and the wash & shine will last a few days (provided you stay out of excessive dirt/mud). Takes a little while, so plan on 15-20 minutes, but that's what it takes to get it cleaned & dried.

I couldn’t give 5 stars but today was different so I gave 4 stars. Normally there’s an issue with wash and today wasn’t any different. The wash broke down again, and my car had soap on it. I had to go to work so I told the front attendant that I had to leave. What she did next I didn’t expect. She made sure that I was able to get my car rinsed and she also came out and dried the car! Clearly she didn’t have to stop what she was doing to come out and dry my car! So I want to give a shout out to Laura for taking care of me today. I really appreciate it💕.

Ehhh. Fairly ok wash for the works. I asked specifically to get the wheels really well. Not sure if this is really well. Wiped all jams but left around the rear glass unwiped. In my opinion the works fell short. Little pricey and time consuming for this poor of a finish.

This place is THE WORST place i have EVER been IN MY WHOLE LIFE to get ANY car service done. I seriously recommend you try cleaning your car yourself or getting maintenance on your car at ANY other facility that has workers that know what they’re doing and are qualified to be touching peoples vehicles. With that being said, please avoid going to “Vip Wash and Lube” you’ll probably have better luck elsewhere. to make a long story short, i go to this facility for oil change keep in mind I had no issues with my vehicle at all. Besides the fact that it needed new oil all my tires were fine My car was driving normally before the oil change ect ect. Now this place claims that they did my oil change, checked my tires and all the other liquids in my car. According to the receipt, I have everything was OK. When I received the car back directly after the service, I noticed my wheel was first of all not straightened out when it was parked so it was turned all the way to the right when I started to drive off, my car kept veering to the right shortly after that my vehicle rear tire that popped off the rim shortly after leaving Vip Wash and Lube for just OIL CHANGE. mind you i paid 80$ for the oil change I tell these people every time I go there I don’t want any other service done besides, oil change 🤦♀️ But they decided to touch my tires and do other things that they claim that they’re not qualified to do… To add a cherry on top Employees were beyond disrespectful about the matter telling me “its not our issue” “We don't do car work” . The owner Carlos is truly no better as him and his whole team trying to gaslight me into thinking they didn’t cause the damages to my vehicle. Telling me that it’s impossible when the damage it was inside the rim After calling the next morning when they were open! I spoke to a man named Spencer who claimed to be a manager, but then again, another employee also claimed to be the owner and manager lol so I’m not sure really who’s in charge at this point . Anyway after hours of trying to get things sorted out I was left with no refund no remorse about the situation and having to buy another tire smh and missed out on work because of this place nor l did I receive an apology from all the disrespectful employees there . Take it from me There’s no compromising with these people they refuse to take responsibility, which after reading all the reviews, its a common thing for them 😬. terrible services.definitely will be taking it up with my bank and will never return nor suggest anyone to this company.

Great experience, friendly staff! Very pleased with the end result. In case you're wondering $20.99+tax did full exterior with tire shine, and hand towel dry, interior vacuum and wipe down of the interior (windows, etc.). Great place; recommended!

Okay I come in for an oil change $162.00 okay for an oil change that’s expensive but that’s not issue I’m writing the review. It comes with a free car wash and when it comes out it has scratches everywhere. Deep scratches !!! And something liquid was coming out the car I thought it’s oil leaking but it was the wiper fluid someone filed it and it cracked. Please don’t not come here I have damaged wiper fluid and scratched car. So please don’t come here

This place is terrible. I do not recommend coming here for any services. I went to get an oil change; during the oil change they filled up my tires per usual. Once I started driving home I realized my car drifting to the right. Come later on that night my tires popped off the rim while I was driving. Management here is horrible!! Won't refund me or take any responsibility! Employees were also laughing in my face about the issue and lying about who in charge. This company and their workers disgust me!!

i never leave bad reviews bc i believe that everyone makes mistakes and as a humanitarian, I should be able to call the manager and explain my concerns vs using a platform to tear down a business. However, I have exhausted all options and I am beyond dissatisfied. I went to get my car washed and detailed on Sunday. I spent $30 for a car wash bc I didn’t receive the detail. It began to rain so Idk if that prevented them from wanting to detail. I get to work, pressed for time and look at my car and everything was was on my seat was still in the same place. My car wasn’t dirty to start with but it sure wasn’t cleaned. I called no more than 30 m later to express myself & the cashier said she’d take my number down & the manager would call me tomorrow. He didn’t. So I called & the manager over-talked me w/ “uh huh. uh huh. Yea come back and get a car wash and I’ll clean it for you. You pay $9+ for the cash wash and I’ll do the cleaning.” And hung up on me. I don’t want to spend anymore money w/ the business, waste gas or time when I should have gotten what I paid for from the beginning. There was no vacuuming, no cleaning… nothing!

They are good but sometimes they charged for more but don’t give proper service. I paid $35 for cleaning my car but they didn’t do any tire clean up or shine and I asked for vacuum my whole car but they didn’t do it and they didn’t open open trunk. They are good but they charge you more but don’t give proper service.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE !! they damaged my car during a car wash today. I called and told them when I found the damage after. The manager struggled to understand me, and didn’t understand what I wanted even though they damaged my car! I wanted some money back or a gift card or anything- and they said I could come back within the hour and they would wash it again. They were whispering and laughing in the back of the phone call in Spanish and just didn’t care at all. Never go here for a car wash

Very poor experience. I have a 2025 that I brought in for detail. The vehicle had no scratches of scuffs. When the attendant pulled the vehicle into the wash bay he scratched the rims. They refused to accept accountability for their action. When I asked to speak to the person in charge I was told “no you cannot speak to him.” Beware this place has very poor service.

I would never go back to this place I went there to get a full wash, There was a spill on my seat and the girl didn’t understand what I was saying so she went and get the supervisor , who look at it and slam my car door then said no another came and said it looks like throw up and they don’t do that I said I’m willing to pay whatever it cost for it, which I have been coming there for years, I will never go back the Customer service is horrible and everytime I go there I have to keep showing them they didn’t vacuum the car or they didn’t wipe my dash it’s a no for me don’t go there. I wish I could speak with the owner I saw him once and he’s a very nice person

Two things about this place. I paid $116 for the full service exterior wax for a 2022 Honda HRV. They didn’t wax the top of the vehicle until I asked them to. They said they didn’t wax the top of the vehicle because they couldn’t reach it… They buffed off the paint on the edges of passenger door handle with the buffer. Very obvious as seen in photo. They denied, then took partial responsibility. I called reputable, local body shop for a quote and body shop said they could repaint for $200-250. Supervisor of the car wash told me they had a guy that can take care of it for $50... After going back and forth and getting nowhere, I requested a refund for the $116 I paid. I’m now out about another $100 to have the door handle repainted.

For the 30 plus dollars, I would have expected a better vacuum of the inside, there weren’t many cars behind me, and they definitely had more than enough people to do a good job. They half vacuumed the car and barely wiped the console or other parts of the car which was supposedly included in the wash. 2 stars because at least the outside was decent-ish. Had to go down to 1 star, I noticed some brand new scratches on my car after being here.
