Look this man ain’t nothing but the truth!!! He is very professional honest and not trying to kill your pockets!! I got front brakes put on my car but Auto Zone gave me the wrong brakes twice and I had to set it up to get my brakes put on another day! He was patient, didn’t get an attitude with me for waisting his time or nothing! I definitely recommend you give him a call you won’t regret it!! FIVE STAR SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!!!

Found this guy on Google & decided to give him a shot based on his positive reviews. Scheduled a time w/ Friday afternoon to come by & replace my brakes. He calls/texts me that he could come out sooner, but I couldn't get back to him until 32 minutes later. I call/text him back multiple times, no answer. Just goes straight to voicemail. I give him the benefit of the doubt & just wait for our scheduled time. This guy no-showed me. I needed my brakes fixed for the weekend since I'm going out of town. Now I'm out of luck, wasted my time, & will have to find another mechanic. I gave this guy a chance. I never used a mobile mechanic before & he charged the lowest rate. This guy is unreliable, unresponsive, & irresponsible. Now that I see this is how he runs his "business", I'm glad he didn't touch my car at all. ______ In response to their reply, don't believe whatever ChatGPT or generic PR saving maneuver they just posted. The guy called me later that evening and threatened me, saying that he has my address and implying he was going to beat me up, saying "you don't know who the f--- I am!" Unprofessional & downright trashy.

I had Robert work on my semi truck multiple times. Not only is he a professional at what he does, he is very knowledgeable about this job. I learn a great deal just by watching him do the repairs. I appreciate the fact that he explains the job being done and offers suggestions on how to maintain my truck. Its a great help knowing those things. He is mobile and arranged to meet up with me at my desired location. Always showed up on time with his mobile service truck. So far every job he has done has been spot on. Ive used Walker’s Mech a few times over past years. From spark plugs, brakes, to emissions issues and Harley clutch replacements ive never had any issues… He’s in, out, wam bam thank you mam… Robert always shoots it to ya straight and doesnt beat around the bush. He even used google translate and helped out my auntie who only speaks Chinese before. Affordable, reliable and straight shooter 👊 Hopefully i dont see him too often but i will definitely continue using his services.

Well people please be aware, that Robert could be hit or miss( lots of money down the drain). After using him twice before for rotor and brake jobs, I schedule with him for a wheel bearing replacement. Let's start with that he came late and showed up with the friend/apprentice who started to work on my car and Robert started working on his own truck replacing the tail lights. The apprentice knew very basic stuff and clearly lacked knowledge and experience. After numerous hits with the hammer to remove the axle nut, he managed to strip the thread of the axle. Then Robert came to help trying to re-thread the axle. After few minutes he started grinding the CV axel with a socket and impact I never ever so anything like that. That was the first time I had to go to the store and buy the axle nut so they could re-thread the axle and secure the wheel bearing. After unsuccessful grinding and re-treading, they busted the whole CV axle and I needed to go and buy I new one. Robert was saying anyway your CV axle needs to be replaced. I didn't agree with him but at this time what I could do? I went I bought a brand new CV axle from NAPA boring the vichle from my co-worker. After I came back he said it would be a 15min job. On the CV axle label was clearly said that the inner seal needed to be replaced when replacing the CV axle. He stated that is not necessary and he’s done that a hundred times and he proceeded with installation. I told him that I was going for a long trip in a few days and Im taking my family with me and I wanted the car to be safe. He assured me that everything was good and I was all set. They didn't do a test drive or double-check, they were obviously rushing to finish the job and leave. I ended up paying for the job whatever he agreed. In a few days, I took a 400-mile trip just to find myself and my family stranded on the road because of the oil differential leak from that inner seal around the CV axle. I soon as I found out about the leak I texted him and told him about it and he just said that everything was installed properly and he couldn't see what would break in the future and that my car had some rust.(I must say Y Robert probably never seen a car from the north ). I ended up calling another Mechanic who came and confirmed that everything was over tightened and he had hard time disassembling the axle. As well he confirmed that most probably the CV axle was not installed properly That’s why the differential ended up leaking. I was also lucky that I did not “cook” my differential. Our family vacation Was about to be ruined and we lost one full day plus the extra cost of parts and labor to fix the half job Robert and his apprentice caused to me. The mechanic recommended giving Robert to a small claim cout to recoup my losses but I think this review would be enough And hopefully, he learned his lesson.

Rob showed up quickly to assess what was needed to fix my Chevy Tahoe Hybrid. He recommended a low cost option to obtain parts, which was preferred for my current budget. However when the part arrived, Rob was quick to point out defects and I ended up replacing the part from the vendor. After a great install, he even jumped by dead battery. Great guy, fast service and honest dealing. Highly recommend for your vehicle repairs.

I normally try to support businesses with an open mind, but the customer service at this establishment was beyond disappointing it was downright rude. I called simply to ask about the services they offer because I needed an oil change and a filter replacement. Before I could even finish my question, the gentleman hung up in my face. No explanation, no courtesy just a complete disregard for a potential customer. It’s honestly disheartening to see people treat others this way, especially when they rely on customers to keep their business running. In a time when kindness and respect matter more than ever, you would think people would be more considerate, not less. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just basic information. But the way I was dismissed so abruptly makes it clear that this place does not value customers. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine what in-person service must be like. There’s already so much negativity in the world we don’t need to add to it by treating people poorly. I hope this business rethinks the way they handle customer interactions, because respect and common courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

Call him now, no seriously call him! I called him on Tuesday about replacing my fuel pump, and he was able to fix my car the same day, however my finances would not permit to get the work done. I rescheduled for Friday, and the day before he confirmed with me. Friday came and it was raining, he even showed up in the rain, if I wasn’t impressed I was now. He came prepared and ready to work. He was done replacing my fuel pump within 2 hours or so. He was professional, friendly, most importantly reasonably priced. On behalf of my family and I thank you so much for getting us back on the road, and I’m even happier to say that you are my new mechanic. Once again thank you so much :)

I met Robert 4 years ago since then he's my GO to guy Robert has service both my Tow trucks in a most profesional way has giving me diagnostic to the point of the issues has done big repairs on both of my truck from low and high fuel pumps , from repairing my whole engine .
