Hours said that they were open until 7pm so I waited for the crowds to die down. Showed up after 5 and was told that they stop taking cars at 5. I had already come earlier I the day when they were too busy. No oil change for me.

Went there to have a tire looked at for slow air leak. They were able to repair it for $15 🤗. I also had them change my oil. I was out of there in less than an hour.

had my oil change and all of a sudden oil start spewing out of the motor! According to the manager the auto technicians did not install a gasket inside the oil filter fortunately, the manager and assistant manager came out to my location and added a few quarts to get me back to Walmart to correctly perform an oil change and clean up the mess.luckily my money was refunded, but this mishap could’ve damaged my vehicle and from this experience I will not get my vehicle service from any Walmart.

I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. Came out with almost $600 in damage. Walmart did pay for most of the damage; however, a day and a half was spent running back and forth from Walmart to the dealership to correct the mistake. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this auto center.

I took an appointment for an oil change and was informed about the tyre rotation and balancing. However they didn't do both tyre rotation and balancing even though I have paid it for life time before.

I could not even get my tire leaks fixed because they would not listen to what I was saying. They were very rude and implied I didn't even know how to air up my tires. Do NOT go here.

Automotive manager Tammy is trying to make sure they make no money. She doesn't have time to answer questions or make sure that what you need is available. She wants you to waste your time going up there to deal with someone other than her. She does know they are open until 7 though. She will make sure you know that too. We are open 'til 7 is her response to whether or not a certain tire is available or whether or not they already have a tight schedule and can even get your vehicle in that day.

Cheap price for basic oil change. Been coming here 5 years never any problems during or after. They do forget to air my tires and I do have to remind them every time. And they are always short staffed and it does always take a really long time. Hour and a half to 2 hours. Those are why I give 4 stars.

Not impressed. Edgar the shop manager (who argued with me & interrupted me multiple times) clearly isn’t checking his employees work. Not to mention I told the two men who checked me in this morning (one of them was new) not to put over 5 quarts of oil because I was going to buy a quart of Lucas oil to add in myself. I do this all the time and nobody has ever argued with me until today. They put 6.4 qts and charged me for their own Lucas oil. My oil light is still on! Didn’t notice that till after I left and I was already late for work having to argue with Edgar, unnecessarily. They also documented 30 psi on all four of my tires. THAT WAS A LIE! I filled them to 40PSI as soon as I got home last night! I checked them in the parking lot; front two have 35PSI & the back to have 37 PSI. Y’all are ridiculous. I can’t believe you guys are lying on a work order. It also says I declined a car vacuum? Nobody ever even asked me if I wanted it vacuumed. I was told inside they don’t do that anymore after Covid. Perhaps you guys should change your templates in your computers then instead of having inaccurate documentation.

The staff at this auto care center provides superior customer service. On Saturday night when driving home from West Fest, we got a low pressure warning. Stopped at 6:35pm at another Walmart automotive to get it looked at. They found a piece of metal impaled in the tire and said tire needed to be replaced but did not have the tire in stock. Called this Walmart and they had the tire in stock. We hurried over and arrived 6:50pm, just 10 minutes before closing. Despite so close to closing, they agreed to replace the tire. After 30 or so minutes we were on our way and because we had warranty did not cost us a dime. Thank you for looking out for us and fixing it. We made it safely home.

Got oil changed, tech got oil on carpet which happens nearly every time. Also switched from synthetic to regular oil to save money and tech told us we couldn’t do it. We said YES WE CAN. Anybody who does their research knows that is acceptable. They just wanted us to spend more. Last time we use them. Been an automotive customer for many years.

I tried to buy a set of new tires and an install from here. They couldn't assist me with an instore purchase. I was told I'd need to book online. I purchased the tires online and was given a confirmation for installation. I came in two days later only to be told it was canceled and that I'd need to call their online service. I did and was told to repurchase the product online and that the second purchase would go through. After setting up a time and getting a second confirmation, my appointment was canceled, again. I ended up with a $1000 hold on my credit card from both attempts and no new tires. Do not shop here if you value your time. The only redeeming part of the experience was that the mechanics were sympathetic.

Came in later in the evening (about an hour before they closed) and even though they already had customers in front of me, Dustin went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a new set of tires on my vehicle. Both him and the rest of the team was very helpful and professional, and got the job done in a timely manner!! I highly recommend going and seeing these guy's (and Teresa at the desk) for any and all of your tire needs! Awesome job! I will be back!
