Service Department Needs someone with Brains running it!!! Broke the Dipstick and over 6 hours later still haven't finished the headlight restoration ... On a bright note they gave it all to us for free.

Horrible customer service. I pulled in at 5:15 with a flat tire and they told me they weren’t taking anymore cars. Didn’t seem to care at all that their website said open until 7:00 or the fact I had a flat tire.

What can be said about this auto center that hasn't already been said about Afghanistan? Went in just after opening for an oil change and tire rotation. Three hours it took. Three. Hours. I can only wonder what I missed out on in life during that time?

I had bought some Mobil 1 high mileage 5-quart jug synthetic oil and a Mobil 1 20000 mile oil filter from this store about a month ago. I go to the automotive section and pull up to one of the Bays to have the oil changed very informed me that it was going to be $54 for a synthetic oil change I told them I had already purchased the oil and filter they told me that I would have to get a refund on the oil and filter I already purchased or pay $54 additional that they just don't take it off the bill because you have your own oil and filter. So I would have to say very poor customer service are Walmart's part if all of their stores go by the same practice this is why I only give a 1 star rating because I mostly do all of my shopping at Walmart I bought tires oil changes batteries groceries Electronics close I have bought all this and they don't care if they lose my business or not. Shame on your non-qualified Automotive Associates.

Slow took 2 and a half hours to change my oil they was only 2 cars in bay I not coming back I pay the extra money to go somewhere else guy was riding the clock so wood not have to do another car

I’m more than pissed. I got here at 7:45 am knowing that they open at 8 am. They were not prepared at to open and he said it would take another 15 minutes. Ok cool fine whatever. It’s 8:37 a.m. and I finally get to the counter to ask for an oil change. The man tells me that I have to go get in my car and get in line with the rest of the cars. It’s 4 cars already parked. There is no sign located anywhere in the auto care lobby informing customers who need to get car service the process. If I have been here since 8 am it would be common curtesy to ask me what I need to see if I even need to be in the store or outside the store. I told the guy they need to put a sign on the inside to let customers know that is the process. He said he’ll put in that request. Yea, ok sure. We’ll see that probably never happen. This is crazy. First one here, last one serviced due to employees making excuses of being short handed (They are always short handed every time I come here. That’s not my problem. I’m a customer not the hiring manager.) not opening until after 8:30 am even though they say 8 and also the lack of signs informing customers of the process.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and to have my tires balanced and rotated. The oil change went well, but upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that there was no entry on the statement for rotation or balancing. I was asked for and provided a receipt for the purchase of the tires at Walmart but was told that it was against company policy to rotate or remove any tires The cashier stated that the treads were too shallow, thus nullifying the terms of the initial purchase. I arrived on the same tires. To me that deems them serviceable. This is in contradiction of the life time warranty as stated when purchased. CONFUSED.

I never have any problems with Walmarts Auto Care center. Although, they could let customers know when their vehicles are done. I know they can get busy quickly during their rush times but other than that never any issues with their service

I bought a tire online from Walmart. I took it to the automotive at the Brainerd store and had it mounted. My husband put the tire on my car the next day. After a couple of days the tire started going flat and continued to do so every few hours. I took it to the automotive and told them the problem. They didn't even try to check it out, said that if it did have something in it, they couldn't plug the kind of tire it is. I took the tire to NTB and they checked it out. NTB told me the tire was defective. When I tried to talk to Walmart about it, they started telling me that the wheel, the rim was bent. They didn't tell me this when they mounted the tire. I also want to add that NTB never said anything to me about a bent rim. To say the least, I am highly disappointed in them. I had bought tires from them, before and never had an issue with them before. 😞 I'm still paying what I owe for a defective tire I can't use. I'll never buy a tire from them again.

Did my tires, didnt change my oil due to there being a dent in my oil pan of by which they tried to tell me it would be an expensive fix when they didnt even change the oil so I doubt they estimated my damage correctly, which they didnt, so they were trying to gaslight me that my entire oil pan needed to be replaced and that a new one cost thousands. Then the real reason I'm here is they said they topped off all my other fluids yet lo and behold my coolant was entirely empty today due to them not filling it up when it was already low the last time I checked it because I took my entire front fan out to replace my starter and it doesnt leak. So I guess I payed for coolant that was never there

This place has a high quality shop but mediocre quality workers. No one here gets in a hurry. Although all the employees and staff are really nice and friendly which is uncommon for this Walmart, I just needed a quick patch. The only reason I came here is cause it’s a Sunday is all the other shops are closed. I thought I could get this done in under 30min on my lunch break. 2/10/19 9:45AM to 12:06PM

My daughter had a flat tire on her way from Atlanta to Nashville on a Friday. She called at 6:40 pm to see if they could help her and was told they were about to close at 7 and couldn't. She was less than a mile away and told them so. We bought a tire in Nashville and drove to get her. We know, the Walmart policy is they can stay over a little longer to help in an emergency. They showed no empathy or compassion. Very disappointing. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the Night Team Lead, Madison, was gracious and allowed us to exchange a wrong tire we bought in Nashville to help her. I take full responsibility for the wrong tire purchase and appreciate the team at Nashville Walmart Auto Center on Dickerson Pike for their help.

The repairs that could not be done, they explained why they couldn't do them and referred me to several places with actual names of trustworthy mechanics. I love it! They were extremely polite when I brought my car in on a Sunday. However, we weren’t able to get the oil changed due to having the updated Ford plastic drain plug. I authorized them to remove it anyway and if something happened I’d replace it. But they didn’t want to chance it. I ended up paying nearly $200 elsewhere for an oil change. I think I may be doing it myself from now on.

And did my car some oil changed also and the price of the tire that was replaced was not that very expensive so I would recommend them for have your tires and oil changed their.
