Tip: When you arrive at Walmart, the Auto Care Center is to your right, not the left! I visited the Walmart Auto Care Center for my first oil change appointment for my dad’s car. Upon arrival, I was a bit confused as the staff member didn’t approach me, just pointed toward the entrance. Once inside, Ali was very helpful, guided me through the check-in process, and the oil change took about 40 minutes. I appreciated the text alert when it was done. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it for quick service!

This is my go-to Walmart for everything tires. Jedi and his team of Jawad, Ehsan, and Rafi are excellent. I had an issue with two destroyed tires under the Road Hazard warranty (always get that!) and they were excellent in handling the request which was not a usual one because the car couldn’t be there physically. I bought the replacement tires and took them with replacement rims (irreparable when we hit debris on the highway) to this location and they were installed, balanced. Great work! Plus how many places can you say that your car was worked on by (a) Jedi???😀

I went in for an oil change and I had a pin in my tire. I didn’t even ask them to look at the tires. But apparently when my car was ready for pick up the tire was completely flat and the pin was removed. I told them they removed the pin and they just argued with me and threatened me to come and check the cameras to prove they didn’t remove it. I find it hard to believe that the pin that’s been in there for 3 days on the inner tube of tire and the car has gone >100 miles and was there before I arrived magically disappeared, and they also put on my receipt that all 4 tires have perfect air. Go figure? They clearly didn’t look at anything. I had to go somewhere else to get my tire fully replaced. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Pay the extra money to go somewhere else, the employees here are rude and unprofessional and not worth the savings.

Recently had a major issue with service cancellation but both the store manager and auto service manager stepped up and promptly took care of business. Great job! This location is very popular and is always busy so have a sense of humor and calmness is a must. Suggestion: flat tire repair, especially for customers who bought insurance, should be the top priority. No appointment needed. Many cars nowadays don't have spare tire and many people don't have the ability to put on the spare tire.

I've had mixed experiences at Walmart Auto Care and Tire Centers but have continued to go there for their competitive prices. This time, however, was a refreshing change. Ordering my tires through the app and scheduling an appointment was seamless and intuitive. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ehsan, who assisted me with check-in. He was courteous and genuinely helpful—quite a contrast to past encounters where some Walmart staff have been dismissive or unresponsive. That positive interaction set the tone for the rest of my visit. While shopping, the app kept me informed about the progress of my service, which made the wait feel effortless. When I returned, I met Jedi, who was equally friendly and attentive. I watched him go out of his way to be kind to every customer—a rare and commendable trait. In addition to Jedi, I noticed several employees actively checking in with customers to ensure they were being helped. Their attentiveness made all the difference, exemplifying the kind of customer service you hope to receive. Overall, this visit stood out because of the people who took the time to care. It's great to see that level of service at Walmart Auto Care!

I sat for an hour and a half, for them to then tell me the cars plug was rounded and they would not be able to remove it/replace it. I then requested a print out explaining why they would not service the car. I waited another 15 minutes for that. I also had to ask for my keys back multiple times.

3/16/2025 early morning went to union city brunch, to change my ar oil. They refused the service, because they cancelled my appointment on Friday and called me that they will be able to assist me Saturday or Sunday if I came in early morning. They were rude and unprofessional. Than, I called the Osgood branch, they answered my phone and way professionally informed me that they do not accept walk-in, but as one time courtesy Of I arrive by 8:00AM they will complete the service for me. Fortunately, I was 10min far, and arrived here by 8:00AM and they have completed my car oil change service. This branch is an example of professionalism and the workers here are respectful. Thank you Osgood branch auto service team, and thanks for your great service as all-ways . Also, Jedi thank for picking up my call and appreciating your efforts to help as on each way possible.

I ordered for a set of 4 tires through Walmart. Initially it was supposed to arrive on Sept 14th (a week after the order was placed on Sept 7th) and my tire replacement appointment at the Fremont Super Center was scheduled for Sept 19th. However, the tires were delayed and they cancelled my tire replacement appointment abruptly by just sending an email on the day of the appointment. It has been more than a week and there was still no update on the tires. When I called the Walmart Customer care they mentioned the tires were delivered (no notifications were sent to me) and instead asked me to talk with the Fremont Super Center. When I spoke with the Fremont Super Center they mentioned only a single tire was delivered and remaining 3 tires were delayed. They did not provide an estimate on when the rest of the tires will be available. It was a completely frustrating experience dealing with them for getting new set of tires. Just to save 10$ / tire I went with Walmart and instead was just faced with delays, no proper updates and frustrating customer service experience.

I had a very bad experience with Walmart Auto Care. I called several times and no one answered the phone at all. After repeatedly trying, someone named Ali finally answered, but he was completely unhelpful. He refused to assist me or even give me an appointment for tire installation, even though I already purchased the tires from Walmart.com. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service. If Walmart sells tires online, their Auto Care center should be willing to help customers install them. I will think twice before using Walmart Auto Care again.

Had a 4 pm appointment today and at 5 pm my car still wasn’t touched. When I said something they claimed they were backed up, but I found out another car with a 5 pm appointment was in the bay before mine. They forgot my car, didn’t admit it and didn’t offer any kind of compensation for my time. I arrived at 4 and left at 6:20. A long time, AND THE LAST TIME, to install 2 tires. I’m cancelling my oil change for next week too.

I scheduled an appointment to replace two tires, with a set time, specifically to avoid wasting my day. That was completely pointless. Despite having an appointment, I was forced to wait over TWO HOURS for a simple tire change. No clear explanation, no apology, and zero respect for the customer’s time. If Walmart can’t honor scheduled appointments, then don’t offer them at all. This was pure disorganization and incompetence. Extremely frustrating experience. Do not recommend.

Teams are friendly. Price is great for oil change. $62 for full synthetic oil change in March 2026. Dealers would charge ~50% more. The reason I did not give a full stars is it took almost 2 hours for me to get back my car, despite having an appointment. My appointment is at 9:30AM. I arrived around 9:20, and picked up my car around 11:15AM. Not sure why it took them so long. Maybe the technicians were working on multiple cars at the same time. Others seemed to notice the same issue too.

Big mistake using Walmart Auto Center for their “expert tire installation.” Walmart had a good price for very expensive tires I wanted and free road hazard coverage with install (Walmart Plus). That’s where the good part ends. I trusted them to install them on brand new alloy wheels. They scratched the wheels and improperly balanced them. Now I’m taking it somewhere else to do the job. I had decent luck here before but it seems to have run out!

I recently visited this Walmart Auto Care Center to get the tires changed on my BMW X7, and I was absolutely blown away by the service provided by Amin and Richard. They were not only incredibly fast and professional, but what impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They handled my vehicle with extreme care and meticulously followed all standard procedures. Honestly, the quality of their work exceeded the service I usually get at the official dealership! Huge thanks to Amin and Richard for their top-notch, 5-star service. Highly recommended!
