If you can go anywhere else go because this is the worst auto center walmart has. They are not professional their attitudes are crazy. They are never outside to assist you. Be prepared to wait for hours just to get service.

Terrible service they take your keys and say car will be ready in 3hrs then call you 2hrs to tell you they don't have the tires anymore. They should be more organized and check if they have the tires before making a client wait 2hrs for them to say they can't even do the job. Then the lady screams at me telling me it's ok at least I didn't make you wait 3hr! Terrible service don't go and waist your time because they don't care

Came here and had to make an appointment because they said it was a 5 hour wait. When I finally came to my appointment, I still had to wait about 3 hours for oil change and air filter. They seem to be so unorganized with limited staff, and good customer service seems to be lacking in this place.

I went there to get a tire change and I guess due to covid some of their processes have changed you used to walk into a little room but now you have to be checked in outside up under a tent. After waiting about 15 minutes the guy came and took my information my information and keys they weren't crowded but it still took them almost 2 hours to do one tire change.

Happy with the tires, prices, and the service was ok. Quick turnaround. Customer should be asked if they want road hazard protection for their tires at $10 per tire, not just be automatically charged for this.

I WAS a loyal customer for about 4 years but no more. Please do not buy your car battery or tires from here, I know they're cheaper but your pocket and safety are important. To make the long story short, the tires are poor quality and the service is worst. The technicians don't always check what you ask them to. I bought my tires in March and they wore down by May (I don't drive much). If you do buy anything from here please get a warranty, and prepare to go back for additional work. Also stand outside and watch your car get worked on, that seems to be the only way they'll actually do their job.

Had new tires put on my car.after installation I noticed when i was going in and out of driveway the bottom of my car was hitting the driveway. I got an alignment and the car was still off I took the car back to Walmart so they can check out why it was doing it. They told me the car is OK and it might need shocks. I left the Walmart automotive to drive home and smoke was coming from under my hood. I opened my hood and power steering fluid was all over. What were they dong messing with my fluids. Did not have the problem before I went there,

Went in for an oil change and headlight replacement. Left with a lose tire valve and missing caps. Called to inform them of what they did since the tire got flat and we had to stop at a mechanic nearby and the guy who I spoke with said “thats not our fault” and thats it. The mechanic told us the valve was lose so all the air was let out. I tried calling again several times and all my calls are ignored. Very unhappy with my first and last experience here.

Don't go to this Walmart for auto care. Nobody is accountable for anything. They put the wrong tire on my car after I specifically gave them the size and details. After a couple of weeks my car is riding crazy and I need a wheel alignment. I return to them and they say they don't sell that size tire, I don't get why you didn't tell me that then instead of taking my money. I was very agitated about the situation and they didn't care. Ladies beware!!!

They got me right in took very good care of me and I was out of there in no time and the work was done very very well!! & I got three quotes from three different mechanic places!! Because my daddy didn't raise no stupid person~~> he always told me to take my car to three mechanics make sure they check the car thoroughly came up with the same diagnosis and diagnostic testing then choose the best bid that the shop gave you for the auto repair and make sure they're certified to work on your vehicle certification means they have experience and they become certified to work on your car!!

Took my new (to me) car here for its first oil change. Three months later my check engine light comes on, I look at my dipstick and realize I’ve been driving around with overfilled oil for three months. When I went to ask them to drain the oil the tall black employee yelled at me to move my car (which was not actually blocking anything) while I was talking to the check-in girl and gave me attitude when I politely asked for a few minutes. The story goes on and on but I had to argue to get my paperwork to reflect that they drained the oil (which they did, a full quart probably, and another mechanic had my dipstick and his oil rag resting on my engine block until he saw me watching him, THEN he got a mechanic’s mat to put them on ). Terrible customer service and obviously they way overfilled my oil which is REALLY bad for a car. Took like an hour and a half to get them to just take out some oil and get my paperwork. The tall black guy started freaking out again when he saw I was asking for a record of their service, making threatening gestures at me through the window.

Promptly attended upon arriving and was explained in detail available offers or warranties. Overall experience was awesome and would recommend to anyone looking to buy tires. Only regret was not removing tire valve caps from old tires to use on new tires :( Assumed they came with tire

Stay away from this Walmart Auto Center or quite frankly any Walmart Auto Center. They take more than 3 hours just to change 4 tires. It doesn’t take that long to change tires. Lazy techs that just stand around not doing anything. I suggest you buy your tires here and get them installed somewhere else. Or else be ready to waste your day just waiting for simple service.

Came in to exchange/prorate my car battery that was on its last leg. So in 2021 I bought a Battery from Walmart that I didn't realize had 3 year free replacement warranty. I went to the check in with a very nice sweet young girl ( wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out for helping me). Anyway told her I was going to need a new battery she said waiting time was about 2.5 hours. I explained that I have one of their battery and I just needed them to check it and confirm that I need another so I can replace it. She said oh okay give me a minute. She then got the battery tester and confirmed that my battery was bad. She had me follow her to get prorated and got me a new battery. I couldn't thank her enough She saved me soo much time and hassle. I installed the new battery and left her my old one. Customer service from her was top notch. This happened Saturday January 6th. I'm so thankful she listened to my story and understood that I can do the work myself just needed the part exchanged. Seriously thank you check in girl you were awesome.

I went there to get a scheduled oil change yesterday for 11:00 am, and I arrived early, like, say, 9:45 am. I let this mechanic know what I was here for and the year, make, and model of my vehicle, and they turned me away and told me that they do not service Volvo vehicles at all. Instead of honoring Walmart policies the men there were very racist towards me and my family. My car even went out on me after I left. No good service at this auto center. Especially if you are African American

If I could, I would give him no stars first time I went in with my Impala. They didn’t tighten my oil filter enough, so I went in there, not leaking oil and came out leaking oil. I had to take it to anothershop that fixed it for me. Thank God they actually fixed it for me for free. I tried to give him another shot. I came back with my scion and I get an oil change and just because of the first incident, I decided to check it and make sure everything is good. Well to my surprise they did not put my oil cap on right so the part where you put the oil into the engine was basically just kind of half on meaning while I was driving, I was just pouring oil this could’ve caused my engine to fail for 60 bucks. I think I’ll just go elsewhere moving forward. It’s really not worth it and it sucks that you have to have such poor service tech. I don’t know if these guys don’t go to school before becoming a service tech or either They just don’t care or was it possibly sabotage. I know one thing I won’t ever go back to this location so if you see this, please just trust me don’t risk your car or engine health here. Just go somewhere else and pay the extra money. I could’ve ended up paying thousands and thousands of more dollars because they didn’t wanna go over and check their work now. Mind you I know about cars. Imagine if you didn’t know about cars to go behind their spotty work and check to make sure that everything is OK.

Good prices and always quick service . Been coming here for oil and filter change for 3 years and have never had an issue…. but I also drive a Honda 🤷🏽♂️ and have a good and honest auto shop that I take it to for major repairs so YMMV I also got a battery that’s been solid for 2 years now and still has warranty left

⭐ 1-Star Review – Walmart Auto Care Center I went in for a simple oil change, and while the oil change itself was fine, the experience quickly turned into a huge headache. Somehow, during the service, they unprogrammed my car’s key fob, and the way they handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. When I asked them to make a report, they first told me they don’t make reports, then later claimed my key “just needed new batteries.” I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to AutoZone to buy the correct battery—only to find out the key was still completely unprogrammed. I called the Walmart store, and the best they could offer was a $25 discount on my next service, which honestly felt like an insult considering the inconvenience and cost they caused. I then contacted Walmart corporate claims, and they told me their insurance “doesn’t cover electrical problems.” So basically, a corporation as large as Walmart can damage your vehicle and then hide behind an insurance policy loophole. What makes this worse is how easily this could be verified. All they had to do was check the footage: me arriving and locking my car with the fob, the technician unlocking it with the fob, and then the moment they clearly struggled afterward because they had unprogrammed it—likely by improperly disconnecting the battery to reset the oil life meter or using some other incorrect method. The lack of accountability is unbelievable. The lack of professionalism is even worse. I’m extremely disappointed and would not trust this location with my vehicle again.

This review is for the tire center only, I did not go into the store. After an accident popping my tire, I went into walmart tire center to get it replaced. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Jovi took care of everything I needed, looked out for the cost, was so informational and got me in and out in about 45 minutes on a Friday for what I expected was going to take all day. Absolutely recommend!
