I went in and purchased two tires, I was told I would need the other two soon. I went back in weeks later for the other two to be replaced. The manager helped me and said yes I needed them. When I went to pick up the attendant was nice enough to tell me that my "old" tires were still in great condition. He even tried to call me to confirm I wanted to switch them out.

I came to replace my front two tires and they left the lug nuts loose on the right front tire. I ended up with 2 lug nuts and one half broken. I came back to let them know because my tire was about to fly off and they told me to go to a tire shop and have them replaced and they would take care of the bill. I came back with the bill and they did not want to reimburse for the full bill. They were only reimbursing me for $47 that didn’t cover the labor I had to pay to replace them and time I had to take off. Worst customer service.

Terrible experience. I called ahead several times to make sure my tires were there. Got hung up on three times. Dropped off my set of wheels to get tires mounted on, told the guy there no rush, take his time, do it right. I get a call back within an hour saying wheels are ready for pick up. I asked if I can leave there over night because its late and pouring rain, I was told no can do. Drove down to pick them up, waited in the rain for them to roll them out the shop and onto my truck. Get home unload them, just to realize one tire is mounted incorrectly (tread pattern opposite way). Huge Waste of time. Safety hazard, they cant mount tires correctly.

I've never written a review before, but I just had a really great experience at a Walmart (which never happens... at least for me). It all started with Vinh from the Auto Center. I appreciate him for sharing his knowledge and recommendations for caring for my car. To all the employees I ran into this Saturday morning, they were very helpful and friendly. But I can't get over how awesome the Auto Center team was.

I know all the reviews say it's horrible unnecessarily time consuming services, but let me tell you. It really is horrible time consuming services with even worse customer service. I thought maybe the reviewers just came on a bad day but that is not the case they really don't care. The mechanics drag their feet and because I'm a woman when I asked specific questions in regards to the status of my service, I was met with condescending answers and an hr long runaround to HONOR my road hazard warranty (which was valid). So in short unless you absolutely have no other choice, there's a Good Year across the street that might actually be more helpful.

Good tire prices. Bad service. Made me wait 25 minutes just to tell me I had to pick up tires at customer service. I had a 3 pm appointment and they had no clue of it. Seems like they were trying to finish for the day and did not want to replace my tires. The attitude I got from the employee made me feel unsafe of allowing them to change my tires with that attitude of carelessness. Didnt want them to do a half a@* job, so i left.

The worst customer service. Actually, I don’t think I can say that, as there was literally no customer service. The first time I got my oil changed here, the wait wasn’t very long, but when they called me to let me know that my car was ready, nobody helped me for a good 30 minutes. Not even joking, I timed it. No one was there for me to talk to, or pay for the service and I just had to wait there for someone to help. The second time I tried to go get service, I drove up and no one ever acknowledged that I was there or tried to help. I waited 15-20 minutes before deciding to leave.

0700 for auto and tire doesn't necessarily mean 0700. I understand some of the crew is not showing up. Customer service was great though and actually my car got the oil change quicker then I thought. 5 stars to the auto employees 3 stars to the store for not hiring reliable people and getting equipment for the shop. Will go again because of the service writer.

I read the bad reviews and was nervous, but when I called ahead, they said they had the battery I needed for my car, and only one car was currently ahead of me, so the wait might be short. As it was, the very friendly service was matched by them finishing in half the time they estimated, getting me in and out in 30 min, and calling me to let me know when they were done. Consumer Reports liked their battery and its price and warranty, so I am sold! I would definitely go there again. Thanks, Michele!

I have road hazard warranty needed an issue fixed with my tires but unfortunately came up short due to a 15min plus wait to get my vehicle checked in. Mechanics and lube techs weren't attentive as I was the only car parked no one seemed to care to attend to my car needs. I had to bug a walmart associate inside to assist and had i known the check in clerk was on break I would have understood better. Unfortunately a lube tech eith long hair and glasses could not get his name since he removed his uniform and showed only a spider man shirt was quire frankly pathetic as I tried to ask him if anyone can help but seemed to ignore me and did not let me know the clerk was on break and was all a misunderstanding. To make things worse their tire machine was non operational meaning they could not do anything for me today said it just happened or they could have just been saying that to get me outta there. Its sad really I'm a walmart plus member and cant use my warranty to help fix what is wrong with my vehicle's tires I tried calling ahead to save me a trip but no one would answer just sad I will have to travel far to another walmart to get the help I need. Thanks for nothing Walmart Auto care center of Santa Fe Springs!

Waste of Time Walmart canceled my appointment yesterday morning at 9 am I've received a 7am text to reschedule By the time I called to inform the employee if my tires had arrived. They said that without knowing the text I got, I have missed my appointment Call immediately because they will return instantly fees back to the card you have paid ahead of time. I paid in store Not only that, it took 3hrs to for new set of tiers The new appointment was rescheduled 10am it was finished at 12:43 pm

I've been calling auto service since Sunday, the phone keeps ringing, no response, it was 6:15pm. Monday 3:03pm I called again, the phone rang for 90 seconds, someone picks up the phone, transferred my call to auto service, phone keeps ringing 90 more seconds, I get disconnected.

Lazy guys that are rude at the autocare... I pulled up for an oil change and there was literally no one in line for an oil change... And they told me I had to make an appointment.... Saying they're booked which is bs...Even when I get an oil change and there's one car ahead of me it takes 2 hours ... If that's not lazy I don't know what is. I see them walking around a lot but not doing much. Somebody needs to put better people in charge to knock out the quick oil changes because it shouldn't take 2 hours. I waited in the store 30 minutes and no so called appointments showed up. That's called lying and being lazy!

I wish I would of known of the Auto Center before. They were so accommodating. I walked in on a Sunday in desperate need of a tire and I was greeted by staff and immediately they checked me in . I decided to do some shopping and by the time I was done. I received a text from the auto center notifying my car was ready. The price of my tire was so reasonable, I decided to get an oil change while I was there . They did all of that in about an hour and 10 min. I'm definitely going back.
