Remember they are not a full service auto mechanic! I spent over a month trying to figure out an oil leak and went there 4-5 times and was continuously told I did not have an oil leak. They cleaned the oil drip pan, they gave me a new filter but nothing stopped the leak. Every morning I would get up to find oil on my driveway. I was getting super frustrated because I couldn't figure out why they were saying there was no leak when I continuously saw a leak and had photos to prove it! After all of this back and forth with a variety of representatives helping me I finally took it to a full-service shop and they diagnosed the leak immediately. I was correct I did have an oil leak. Walmart is great for tires and great for basic oil changes other than that will not be going there for any other Auto work!

Nobody answered the phone...It just kept ringing. It was a little bit after 8:00 a.m. and I was 4th in line waiting in my vehicle to get an oil change. I was looking out to see if someone came out from the garage, but no one did for a good 20 minutes. Although it was raining hard that morning. So I was patient. Then two other cars got behind me and one of them with an umbrella walked up to the garage and said something; that's when we were all getting help at that point.

Ordered tires through the Walmart site. When I came to get them I opted to have them installed here in the auto center which they charged me an additional $66. They wrote me up a ticket and took my keys and had me wait. After 2 hours I heard them tell am arriving customer that they weren't doing any more tires today. I asked about my own and they somehow had no idea my car was sitting in their line for 2 hours while the other line moved. Then finally after waiting an additional 2 hours, they did the tire change and they stripped out the lug nut. They denied that they did it and said I'd have to get it replaced somewhere else. The cars pretty new and they wheels haven't been taken off since I bought it. Obviously the mechanic stripped it. Total time spent: 5 HOURS. Just NEVER go here.

If the prices weren’t so cheap I’d give it 1 star. Got here at 10:20am and it’s been 2 hours for a simple oil change. Usually would do it myself but I was on the road at the time so i figured this wouldn’t be so bad. It should not take a whole afternoon to do 15 minutes or less of work.

I am here at a not so busy time. (Near 6pm) and this is the longest oil change I have had to wait for and they have not touched my car yet. To be honest, I am nervous for them to even touch my car. I will continue to go to Valvoline to get my oil change instead. Way better service. Tip to manager: hire more experienced staff that work faster and better.

The customer service at this location is by far the worst of any Walmart Auto center that I have ever used. The unprofessional attitude of all the employees working in this department is beyond compare. This is the last time I will frequent this location and will go out of my way to avoid coming here again.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. But, it was out last resort option, great prices but horrid service. Nobody seems to actually know how to work on cars here. Took the guy 45 minutes to do one tire, and all of them were honestly just standing around waiting for the day to be done. No actual work was being completed on any of the cars here. We brought two flats in to get them replaced (not on a car since that would have taken even longer) and we waited 3 hours for them to even get started on my 2 tires. (There we’re only 3 other SINGULAR tires in front of us when we came in). 0 stars, would NOT recommend. Well worth it to fork up the extra couple dollars to go to a discount or other service center.

Everytime I have had great service.. only there is a shortage of help ... Only a few times it was difficult to get immediate help... But you know everyone was busy., Great value and a few moments is ok.. great prices on tires and batteries with warranties.... Check out the wiper blades.. half price of your Auto parts store.. ... Who wouldn't want to shop for your car here...

Over 3 hrs for two tire replacements seems beyond unacceptable. The lack of urgency or efficiency is astounding. When I walked in, I was told by two other customers that had been waiting 4 hrs to go somewhere else, and if I hadn't had two flat tires, I would have. The management of these workers is terrible.

Do not go there if you like your car. When I picked up my car there was no oil in the engine. They drained the oil and forgot to put new oil. If I did not realize and came back for them to fix their mistake before leaving for highway my engine would be totaled right now.

I went in to Walmart to get tires which is normally a good experience. The TPMS worked when I came and when I left. A few days later, the TPMS stopped working. The car is 12 years old so I don’t blame them for this. It’s low mileage Cadillac and the TPMS is probably due for a change. The problem is that I called and explained this and I was told that I had to walk in because their is no appointment to check there work and change the TPMS if necessary. Once I get there, I pull up in the tire lane and watch the long line of lube customers get checked in. I was observant of my place to keep it fair. Then people that came in after me started getting checked in before me. I politely asked the guy what’s going on and then he checked me in next. The first thing he says is why didn’t you make an appointment for this. I explained that I tried and he say I should have gotten a name because that was wrong. After waiting three hours, the tech says I have a potential double programming issue but the machine says that I should drive it for 20 minutes to fix it. The tech says you have to make an appointment if that doesn’t work to replace the tpms. I knew that the fix was crazy and unrealistic so I made the appointment that day. Now I am back days later on my weekend and they says the “TPMS” guy doesn’t come in until 0900, an hour after my appointment. It’s 0930 and my car is still parked outside with no hope of being repaired. Now the guy says the TPMS guy is not scheduled for today. This is a huge waste of time. Now, it is suggested that I go to another Walmart that’s not as busy. Someone needs talent management and personnel management skills. The capabilities should align with the appointments even if people call in.

Poor service, understaffed. Very slow, impossible to pay for the service at the end. Had to wait 30 minutes to pay for the oil change adding to their long lead time. Even after going outside to talk to the manager (Manny) he brushed me off. I will not be coming here ever again.

For routine maintenance the shop is all good. Batteries, oil changes, tires, etc. All good. FYI, most people don't realize that car batteries are only produced by a few companies. At least for my car, Walmart sells the battery at half the price of other auto retailers, and they are the SAME battery just with a different label. One thing to note, wait times can be longer than expected when I've been there. Plan to drop your car off and pick it up later on in the day if you aren't in a rush.

I had ordered a set of Yokohama tires for me truck, scheduled an installation date and time for the following week, and was notified 30-something minutes before the appointment (7 a.m.) that the tires were delayed. Shortly after I received another email saying the order was outright canceled. When I called the Walmart auto care center the representative seemed clueless as I described my situation. When I asked if I would be receiving a refund and if she could check on that, I was told "well, you'll have to try and get a refund,"; what a non-answer. This isn't the first time we've struggled to get auto care at Walmart, but it will definitely be the last.

I recently went to the Walmart tire shop after my mom’s tire popped on Highway 76. I arrived at the store at 6:20 PM with the popped tire in my trunk and the rim ready for them to mount the new tire. They had the correct tire size in stock, but to my surprise, they told me they couldn’t do it—even though they close at 7 PM. I was confused and frustrated because everything they needed was ready: the tire, the rim, and enough time to complete the job. There was no clear explanation as to why they couldn’t help. This experience left me disappointed, as I expected better service, especially during an urgent situation like this. If the tire shop has policies or time restrictions for mounting tires, it would be helpful to communicate them clearly to avoid confusion in the future. Luckily I was able to make it to Firestone with only 10 minutes to spare, and they were able to do the job in minutes. Walmart please hire better employees who want to work. Instead of employees who just wanna sit around til 7 and collect a check. Moving forward I will be taking my business anywhere, but Walmart auto care centers.

I had a really great experience. I showed up and a guy named Douglas helped me out. My car was in and out faster than I could get my groceries. I had an oil change and a new battery put in. Great fast service. Quite convenient. Customer Service was tiptop.

Had a unique experience at the Auto Care Center today. First huge shout out to Tony and Miguel. Went way above and beyond to help me. My husband ordered tires online for our Audi e-tron. The tires that come when the vehicle in brand new were run flat tires (we did not know that). Tony informed me that Walmart tire center does not have the equipment to change tires that are run flats. So, there I am, in need of tires, and a new set of tires that Walmart cannot change out. Here is what Tony did - Tony got on the phone and started calling local shops on my behalf to see the cost of just swapping my old tires for the new ones. Not only did he call, he helped me “shop” the prices. Call after call, until we felt the price was fair. Then, Tony and Miguel wrapped the tires in plastic (to protect my car) and loaded all four tires for me. I cannot tell you how great they were. How great they treated me and helped me!

Extremely unprofessional and concerning experience. I arrived at 4:00 PM for a tire repair. According to the official Walmart Auto Care Center text messages, my service did not even start until 6:52 PM, and I received multiple conflicting “vehicle ready” messages afterward. Despite this delay, other customers were taken ahead of me. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed new body damage (a dent/hole) that was NOT present when I dropped the vehicle off. I am 100% certain this damage was not pre-existing. When I reported it, the staff refused responsibility without a proper inspection. What made this situation even more alarming: • The shop refused to provide their insurance information • They refused to give me a copy of the work order • I was told the work order was “canceled,” despite my vehicle being in their possession for hours and service clearly being logged via official Walmart text notifications The timestamps in the service messages do not align with what I was told in person, raising serious concerns about transparency and record handling. I trusted this location with my vehicle and got it back damaged, undocumented, and with no accountability. I strongly advise customers to take photos and videos of their car before service and reconsider using this location.

This service center is top-notch. I came in for a tire rotation and balance, and Eduardo took care of me from check-in. He updated my information and recommended a headlight restoration; I wish I had a before photo because they were really brown and hazy. He did an excellent job making a 10 year-old headlight look new. The overall experience was great and timely. The Service Manager was also very friendly. I highly recommend making an appointment so they can anticipate your arrival. They’ll take great care of you.
