Really wanted this place to be great. Staff was super nice but still waiting for a quote and it's been almost 2 months now. I've called several times and was told they were working on the quote but ended up going elsewhere. Can not speak for their quality of work but I can say that professionally I am disappointed it the time it has taken to even get a quote.

I was a referred to Rudy's Automotive by an acquaintance. With a limited budget and an overabundant amount of work needed to be done I was in a hard situation. Rudy worked with me... He showed me what needed to be done and put in order of importance. He didnt attempt to upselling me he was just straight with what needed to get done. I definitely y recommend this place of business.

My lady brought in her car her for a sensor issue she got talked into brakes a power steering pump and they charged her close to $5000.00 dollars in repairs they straight are crooks the power steering pump still makes a loud noise they replace the first one they told my lady the part was faulty but when you charge a customer this price for repairs it’s like wheeling in a big fish. Rudy Is a professional scammer for people that have no clue what repairs cost. I do know what repairs cost but my lady just told me how much she paid these people. We are struggling check to check with two kids this not what I want anyone to experience what we’re going through.

I just got all new brakes and bearings done on my Toyota Corolla and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go to Rudy’s Automotive. Johnny, Rudy, and Victor were all amazing and so helpful and kind, offering rides back and forth to my house when needed. Communication was so easy and made me feel like the guys really did care. Johnny was wonderful and gave me several different price options to fit my budget. I felt like I knew these guys for years after just several interactions with them. I’m so happy I’ve found a new place to get my car worked on where I don’t feel like I’m going to get ripped off or scammed. Thanks guys! I will be recommending friends and family your way :)

This is a terrible garage. My car was repaired here and the water pump and thermostat were replaced. The problem was that the thermostat they provided was faulty. I found a new garage. When people told me that the thermostat was faulty, I went to them, and they really treated me nauseating. This was so disappointing. How could there be such a rude and shameless person? This experience made me tremble with fear. They are not a trustworthy shop, and such a shop should be eliminated immediately.

Very unethical and unprofessional experience at this automotive shop. Not only did they fail to fix my initial issue with my brakes, which necessitated me bringing my car back to this shop, but they held onto my car for nearly a month the second time. No updates whatsoever until I kept bugging them, then when I picked up the car they made repairs that were not listed on the invoice, and claimed issues with my master brake cylinder which they found no issues with the first time. The shop also put over 500 miles on my car during the second repair, and someone at the shop had forgotten their marijuana vape pen on the driver side door pocket.

Hello im not the type to leave reviews usually , I Recently took in my car for brakes & oil change 7/10/25, my car is not perfect but very durable & has been very reliable for me as a daily driver , I had no serious issues before I left my vehicle at this shop . During the time of repairs , I was notified by Rudy if I would like to buy a new air filter because my current air filter was dirty , I replied back suggesting I would prefer an air filter change on my next stop , also I want to add it is fundamentally normal that they check your air filter per oil change, the problem occurred when Rudy notified me that I also had a broken Air intake hose, this larger hose normally connects to the Air filter box that was removed to check the air filter suggested for repair, I really trusted him & believed that the hose was broken before my vehicle had been brought in , but after I took back my vehicle , my vehicle was very unbalanced due to the broken air hose , my vehicle is in risk now driving in this current conditions , I have unormal air flow to my engine & is struggling very slow to drive past 20- 40 mph with very high RPMs cuasing possible harm to engine & catalytic convertor , this was somthing that was not happing before my vehicle arrived to this shop , & all I wanted was oil change & brakes . I was told that this hose was broken before arrival but obviously this was broken durring the review of the conditions of air filter, I took my vehicle home not questioning trusting their work giving the benefit of the doubt, now I have to replace this hose that is costing me another $83 , & will be costing me my time to install myself , overall the brakes feel great & oil change seems fine , customer service felt professional & easy . I feel I atleast owe them the credit for that work but I wont be trusting this shop in the future , I hope this review helps your decision having this shop service your vehicles in the future

I finally found a great mechanic that I trust. Rudy’s does great work at the best price that I have found. I saved about $700 off the price that was quoted by another shop to replace a rear seal on my Avalanche. Please don’t listen to any negative reviews. Some people just have a chip on their shoulder.

We took our 1996 Isuzu Trooper into Rudys as we were still having multiple problems with it after spending a lot of money at another mechanic. He was honest, explanied exactly what he was seeing, showed me in person, sent pictures, and even drew me a visual aid and explained to me what he needed to do and why. He always spoke to me with respect and I learned a lot. I am incrediable thankful for it. He fixed what needed to be done at a fair price, let me know whats needed to be done in the future, and about how much its going to cost. He went above and beyond as these parts are very hard to find. He even went to junk yards for me. I really can't thank him enough. Needless to say, I'm about to call him about our 2002 Isuzu Rodeo. If you have an older car, or any car, this is the place. At the very least, you'll have an honest, accurate estimate.

HOLY SHIT...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I brought my 1995 chevy G20 van in for repair and decided to restore it. Victor was the first to work on my van. 20+ years experience, he did my heater and a/c system. Not only did he replace all the components, 30 years of leaves and dirt but he cleaned the entire system out. From under the hood and under the dash, every part of it was cleaned and painted until it looked like new. I now have an A/C from heaven and a heater from hell. Thanks Victor. Next was Abe. An artist. Abe removed the moter and transmission put in my new ones and then went to work building me the most BAD ASS motor/tranny. More than I was expecting or hoped for. So I'm on vacation and living in the van while all this work is being done. Got to give a shoutout to the Red Rooster Bar and Grill. Great burger and beer. I watched every step of the work done to my van and took over 290 pictures before and after of every step. So while I was living there I saw cars, truck, jeeps from the 1950's to modern, going in and out of their shop. A lot of repeat customers. That says a lot. These guys can do anything. Its a beautiful piece of work. Thank Abe, Victor, Rudy, Francisco and the other guys, sorry I didn't get your names.
