I recently used their service for a rear hatch window replacement. I decided to go straight to their local business vs going through a global middleman like Safelite. Excellent service and communication. They even noticed a defect in the glass provided and found a replacement same day as scheduled repair.

Couldn’t have experienced worse customer service. Brother’s installed glass tinted by them WITH TWO PINWHEEL 360 DEGREE BUBBLE SURROUNDING THE GLASS STRUT SCREWS. (My previous tint, not installed by this company, on for 16 yrs (!!) was perfectly cut around these screws.) Upon pickup I called Brothers for a redo , upon which a caucasian woman was rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. The owner fixed the issue perfectly 7 days later but their phone rep provided an F minus all around experience. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

Very professional, nice and informative. I bothered them with a lot of questions. Even ordered parts and made appointment for the next day, then due to insurance issue, I had to cancel a few hours later. They were fine with everything. They quoted me $100 less than A D C auto glass on Tremont on 602 S Tremont st down the road. Brother’s auto glass was willing to work either with me or my insurance for the same quoted price, unlike the others. Before I contacted my insurance, they even went ahead and order parts and made next day appointment for me because they understood I was in a rush to get things fixed. Once I call my insurance, my insurance wanted me to go elsewhere, so I had to call and cancel my appointment hours later. Still, they were very nice and very understanding without giving me any problems. Don’t go to A D C on Tremont street. I talked to this guy named Ulysses . They quote way ($100 more comparing to Brother’s auto glass) to replace my windshield and would not work w it my insurance. He told me the quoted price is cash and would cost more if I go w insurance. And went ahead and ordered parts even when we hadn’t finish our conversation. I asked him to please wait, but he got mad…. So I ( 20 min later after he ordered parts) asked to cancel my appointment. Ulysses insulted and told me that I need to check my bank account to see if I have enough money before I call him, etc. He even texted bad words to me. I couldn’t believe it… Brother’s auto glass is way more up front and professional! And gives much better price. Come to Brother’s auto glass instead.

I had to get my back windshield replaced as soon as possible, I’m in the middle of a move and was staying in town with a friend when my windshield shattered. Brother’s Auto Glass got me an appointment for the same day, scheduled for 2 hours after I called them which was faster than any other place I called could offer. They were so friendly, and the service was only an hour from start to finish. No wait at all when I got there for my appointment. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received!

Seriously the best prices in town and so friendly! Needed my windshield replaced ASAP and they were able to get the windshield ordered and there the next day and it only took them maybe 30 minutes to put the new on one. Even transferred all the stickers I had on the old one onto the new one, which I've always had to ask people to remember to do in the past. You guys were awesome and I definitely recommend anyone who needs a new windshield to go here, you won't be disappointed. And thank you for keeping my car clean in the process! Avoid this business at all cost. Everything about this place is unethical. They partner with at least one local dealership and were hired for a windshield sealing issue/recall for my vehicle. After they performed the work, there was a crack in the windshield in the exact area they performed the work. I took the vehicle back to have it addressed and this company took ZERO responsibility and wrote on the invoice "something must have come up and hit the glass"...yeah, real professional there guys. This was apparently noted on my invoice by their owner "Noah". I previously posted a review and got a response from this company another platform that I had the wrong company and that there was nobody there by the name of Noah. That's shady in and of itself because the address and phone number on invoice were correct so what does that tell you about this place? The manager also asked that I reach out to her after I left previous review to try and have it removed. She admitted they contract directly with the dealership in question and once again refused to take responsibility for the damage they did to my vehicle. I told her I wasn't taking the post down and wished her luck and then she reported the post to Yelp to have it removed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
