I recommend this place to fix cosmetics for your car. At your risk.. my cars engine was perfect before and all I needed was to fix a dent, then when I got my car back after the procedure, now my cars engine doesn’t even wanna turn on at all. I’m disappointed..

Quality of service and turnaround time was surprisingly fast. I test drove my car after it was returned and found no further issues. Lifetime warrantee makes any additional issues that arise a breeze with no additional fees. It may take 3 or 4 returns to completely fix your ride but just bear with the process. No shop is perfect, however this Caliber Collision shop was excellent. I highly recommend it.

My apologizes for not doing this sooner so they may receive their bonus. I am not one to fill out surveys even though my own company counts on them for our scores and bonuses. This facility was clean and I always look for that right from the start. The customer service was excellent and the techs. that worked on my truck 2018 chevy Silverado. Time frame is always an issue when you are without your personal vehicle but that was not their fault. We worked with Gieco insurance, the person who was at fault insurance company, who was also nice to deal with. All said and done, the shop worked to complete my truck and deliver it to me in like new condition. I brought it back for one adjustment due to my OCD. It was the manufacturers alignment issue not the shop. I would recommend this Caliber Collision shop to my friends if needed. Thank you all for a good experience and I hope this shows the tech that did work on my vehicle should receive any bonus he was entitled to for the survey I did not send in, in a timely manner R.F. customer service, new home warranty. 2018 Chevy Silverado 3/25/2025 day of accident?

We were in an accident and had to leave our car at this shop for over a month. From the start, it was a disaster, parts were missing, broken, or misplaced, and every time we checked, there was a new issue. Communication with customers is practically nonexistent. They never provide updates, and if you want any information, you have to chase them down by phone, over and over again. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything, and dealing with them was more frustrating than the accident itself. The reviews don’t come close to describing how truly awful this experience was. I was already stressed having to deal with someone else’s mistake that landed my car in the shop, but this place added insult to injury. Truly the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Go somewhere else.

You can clearly see that the paint is peeling due to workmanship and materials not pitting! Julio was rude, Unprofessional and had a chip on his shoulder. – Avoid This LocationI! I came to this Caliber Collision location on Airport Rd in Oceanside for a warranty repair because the paint on my front bumper was peeling from a previous Caliber job. At first, the manager Julio was friendly, but as soon as I started asking questions about the warranty, he got rude and short with me. I told him there was no major damage to the bumper just minor scrapes from parking curbs like any Prius gets. I wasn’t there for that. I was there because the paint was literally peeling off. Instead of focusing on the warranty issue, he fixated on the minor scrapes and then told me, “We’re not doing the work here,” and handed me my paperwork. I was polite the entire time and simply asked a few questions nothing confrontational and he shut it down completely. I ended up going to another Caliber location, where they treated me with respect and professionalism. Avoid this Oceanside location if you value being treated decently, especially if you’re coming in for warranty work. Julio was extremely rude and dismissive.

Caliber Collision will do the bare minimum. I do not recommend them at all. They did not lift up my car to see if there is any Adop damages and do all they can to ignore your concerns. They will only do body repairs but not truly inspect and evaluate your car. I brought up additional noises I heard on my car after repairs and they first said (brakes problems) so I took it to my mechanic, not a break prob. I brought it back and they said tire problems(by this time alignment was bad bc of the impact) they gave me a copy of receipt of alignment they did with top area blocked (unreadable on date) then I brought it back for axel problems (by this time it’s truly damaged) and they asked me to bring it all to say they do not have a way to lift up the car and check under it) to they admitted they never lifted the car up. DON’T take your car here! I love my car and their service will not meet a fair treatment. You will truly be impacted by their service, especially as a woman and single mom here. You will spend more time and money. DON’T go. I am surprise there is still companies that don’t want to perform to offer best services. If your insurance recommended to take it here, go to your own, look up reviews for at least the last 6 months. I wish I would have. I trusted the insurance company and them. Service car companies turn around employees so quickly and allows you wonder…
