Glenn is a thief plain and simple! Stay away from this place! He put street enduro tires on my 2 stroke dirt bike and said I was stuck with them. How is this guy still in business?? Terrible service and outrageous prices!

Recently got some new tires put on my 2003 R6. Service was great! Greeted and Treated nicely and professionally. Will definitely be going back to get my service(s) done in the next coming weeks.Will be recommending all my bike buds to go in and get parts and get their bikes serviced there. Glen loves what he does. He made a number of simple recommendations for my Road King. These were not expensive, but they were something that as a bike rider you would want. Harley does not even mention these items in their manual nor offer this type of information. Glen did the improvements, along with a terrific tune and a Dyno. The bike handles so much better, and even has more power - it is actually even more fun to ride! Thanks for the work Glen!!!!

This guy completely ripped off my boyfriend. Brought in a DIRT BIKE to change tires to tires that can climb better. This DIRT BIKE is not street legal, just off road. The guy gives his recommendation. Said he knows the perfect tires. Boyfriend goes to pick up the DIRT BIKE AND HE PUT STREET TIRES ON IT! Boyfriend said he can't use those for climbing so put the old ones back on. HE Told boyfriend there will be a restocking fee. Boyfriend was ok with that. Picked up bike today and what should have been a $300 charge turned into a $800 charge. Double the price of the original quote then said he can't return the tires so charged him for the STREET TIRES WITHOUT TELLING HIM ANS REFUSED TO REVERSE THE CHARGE! currently disputing charge with credit card company.

Glenn helped me select a DOT tire that was appropriate for my favorite dual sport riding trails. I was having issues with moderate hill climbs and Glenn suggested that I change the sprockets to a more appropriate gear ratio...the bike handles completely different and is much easier to ride in the hills. Not many shops have a parts manual on the counter for the customer to view. This is a big help when I'm not sure exactly what part I need. NCHS is a great "small shop" that takes pride in its work. Glenn takes the time to talk to his customers and provides expert advice!

I had to get some offroad style tires for my DRZ before going offroad, and I called this local shop to see if they had anything in stock and he did. He had a very fair price for used tires in great condition and had a really quick turnaround. I'll definitely be coming to this shop for work on my motorcycle when I need it as well. Owner was very friendly as well.

Don’t really know what people are talking about when saying Glenn was rude to them or put the wrong tires on their bike. YOU probably gave him the wrong tire to order or you’re simply not telling the whole story. Likely both. I’ve changed tires countless times here and have had my bike and friends bikes serviced and have never had an issue. Staff here is also not rude. You likely came to his shop with a sour attitude or tried to sound like a know it all and got all sensitive about it. Grow up.

Went in today to get my back tire replaced as it was in dire need, and was greeted by the owner Glenn who was very kind and helpful. He showed me the selection they had for my bike, and helped me pick the perfect replacement for the type of riding I do. Nick was super fast in replacing the tire for me, and had me in and out in no time. He also lubed up the chain as it was a little dry due to how much I have been riding lately. I would recommend this place to anyone in North County who needs some work done on your ride.

Do not trust this "mechanic" with your life. That's what happens when you leave your bike with someone. Nightmare experience, took way longer and cost almost double to get some wiring done. Then I was berated by the owner on the phone when I was walking home after my first ride because my bike broke down. He didn't have the skills to fix my wiring, but didn't tell me because I quote "you were bitching about how long the repairs were taking" aka giving honest feedback that it took 9 days instead of the quoted 3 days. Stay away. Just because you can turn a wrench doesn't make you a mechanic.

I went to Glenn with my scooter to see if he could fix it. He said “he’d try” I was excited to think I could get my scooter up and running again. He called me several months later to tell me it was ready. It cost me 650 dollars. After I got home I rode it down the street when the engine starting cutting out on me. I called Glenn and he said bring it back. A couple of days later (at least it wasn’t months) he called to tell me he figured out the problem. I go back to get the scooter and he hands me a bill for 75 dollars. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I couldn’t believe after paying 650 and having to transport my scooter back and forth without it getting fixed that he had the NERVE to want to charge me. He said “ I should get paid for working on it shouldn’t I” I told him I couldn’t understand how he could charge me again so he tossed my bank card back toward me on the counter and I walked out. He is not a nice man!!! I still do not have a running scooter. The new tire he put on my scooter is flat. This guy is a SCAMMER worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! He doesn’t deserve a single star!

Can you do a negative star review? I purchased a Milwaukee Golf Caddy rack for my golf clubs off Glenn about a year ago and was absolutely pleased with the product and used it many times heading to the local course over the past year. Unfortunately the rack snapped recently dragging my clubs on the street while ruining my bag as well.. I called Glenn and North County Hyper Sports hoping to get a warranty on the rack or at least a deal if I were to purchase a new one hoping my rack breakage was just a fluke. Glenn took absolutely NO responsibility behind his product and scoffed at the idea any type of discount compensation should be in order.. In fact he offered a 10% discount on a new rack only to reveal about 30% increase in price from what I had originally purchased it for... (all I wanted was a cost price so he wouldn't be losing any money and we could both be happy moving forward).. I should have guessed this guy would act this way as if you read his reviews he's less than desirable with this customer interactions.. I'll be looking at creating my own golf bag rack for my Harley and will be happy to stand behind my reinforced warrantied product. NOTE: YOU'D BE STUPID TO BRING YOUR BIKE TO THIS GUY TO GET WORKED ON AND I WOULD TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE..

Glenn is a staple in the bike community. He is honest, and his prices are fair. I trust him with all my bikes. He tuned my crotch rocket, my sportster, and my breakout. He's been doing this for years, and he stands by his work. Some of these complaints on the reviews hold very little weight, and if you want quality work, this is your place. I’ve come here for years and have gotten excellent service. All of the staff is super friendly and understanding, they’ve fixed my bikes up good every time and even given me in depth detail of things that might’ve been wrong. When i got in crash they quoted me as quick as possible too. Definitely the place you wanna go. Bonus points for daisy the cute dog that greets us almost every time as well as the chill cat
