We had gone to Accurate Alignment for years. They did all of our basic maintenance, oil, changes and major repairs. The last time we went there they told us that we needed a new engine because our car was leaking oil. $7000. Luckily we decided to drive the car a bit longer until he died, and did not pay for that repair. At which point, I switched and started doing my own oil change he the mess they made of our car. Small things like the plastic trim screws were not replaced. The intake airbox was partially replaced and the big one the oil pan bol was cross threaded and jammed so tight it took a breaker bar to get the screw out. Luckily the threading wasn’t too bad and I was able to screw in a new bolt without rethreading the oil pan. What do you know no more leak shop? To jump to the conclusion that we need a new engine without investigating further seems questionable or at least careless. Since doing my own car maintenance, I haven’t lost an ounce of oil and my car is running great.

I’m really happy with the follow through. I replaced most of my rear suspension, so I went In for an alignment. They aligned the car perfectly and they found out that a couple of my tires where out of balance and fixed the issue. Long story short, they made sure my car was good to go! I’m really impressed with the communication here. We actually had a conversation about what was going on, what my options were, and how best to address the issues. Thanks!

These guys are great! Remind me of my hometown mechanic. I called them after having a poor experience at another shop and they were easy to deal with. They did an alignment on my Silverado 1500 4x4 with a leveling kit and did an excellent job. They are friendly and the prices are fair. Overall very pleased with my experience and will use them in the future if I have any issues with my truck.

Recently returned to Accurate Alignment having had suspension and alignment done a year ago. That was a good experience. I had a noise complaint involving the front end, which could be minor or bad. It took awhile to isolate the problem. All I can say now is WOW!!! It ended up a minor problem with the front brake hardware. I was only charged 1/2hr labor no parts. It’s very unusual to see this level of honesty and service today. Needless to say they have my business forever. Don M.

Accurate Alignments have done two of my vehicles now, and knocked it out of the park with both of them! I brought in my 1965 Ford Falcon with modified suspension, and had them set it up to specific specifications for my setup and tires instead of the factory specs. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that knows what they’re doing, and can set my car up how I want, instead of just blindly following a computer. They also did my little daily driver 1995 Toyota Pickup with factory suspension. It feels great, and is more stable then ever on the freeway. Their service is great, and though you might pay a little more than a quick alignment at a tire shop, I think the price is very reasonable for the high quality of work. I recommend accurate alignments for any of your modified or stock suspension alignment needs!

Brooke and Sage are very friendly and they make customers feel welcomed. I've been coming here at their shop for quiet some time ever since I found them online for alignment service. I did not know they did other services besides alignment until I read their wall which stated other types of services done in their shop. They are always honest and their mechanics take their time to inspect vehicle problems throughly. I've never experienced this type of service before from previous mechanics. I will continue to bring my vehicles here when I need them fixed. I also told my family and friends about them. Thanks for the outstanding experience!

I requested an estimate late at night and Brooke got back to me right away... I didn't expect that. I made an appointment for 8 days later because not only was the price very reasonable, but after reading the reviews, I didn't want anyone else touching my car. I'm glad I waited; my car was a pleasure to drive after getting it back, and they redid the alignment again free of charge the following week after having some work done that they'd recommended. The mechanic was very thorough and not only made recommendations based on wear and tear he visually noted, but he drove the car long enough to realize my brand new axle was faulty and needed to be replaced. They said they did the alignment the 1st time, despite knowing I'd need it again right away, because it was so out of alignment that they didn't want me to ruin my tires. I'm very impressed. She drives like a dream now :) Thanks for the very friendly and excellent service.

Brought my truck here to have them check tire wear. Expected them to say you need an alignment bring it back next week. The first thing they did with in minutes of me just showing up, no appointment, was take it for a test drive. They put it up on the lift, did a full inspection of front suspension, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a day and a half. Good luck finding a shop with better customer service than Accurate Alignment.

I went to this place to get a quote for my front Suspension on a 2001 Mercedes 320 SLK. They quoted me $2000.00. I knew they were overcharging me. Went right down the street and got it done correctly and completely for $700.00. Beware of these crooks.

I was glad to find this place initially because of the proximity of location. I had them check my car out for alignment, and they told me they were unable to do an alignment due to damaged control arms. They quoted me nearly $1,200 in services for brakes and control arms. No pictures were taken. I was suspicious of this so I got two more opinions, one from Conover Tires and the other from the Honda dealership. Both of these mechanics told me my control arms were in perfect condition and there is nothing that should prevent me from getting an alignment. If my control arms were truly damaged, both of these businesses would have let me know, because it would be a liability to them and also an opportunity for profit. They have no motive to lie to me about them being in good condition. I had my car aligned at Honda for $99 and now it's operating perfectly. I'm disappointed that a neighborhood business such as this would try to take advantage of a customer in order to do extra work. I can't imagine why they would insist my control arms were damaged when I have photos from Honda proving they are not. Definitely cannot recommend and we won't be back.

This is first time I used this company for my parents' 25-year-old car for an oil change. They are absolutely professionals! Scott answered the phone at 8am and schedule me right away. He was very nice and helpful. The technician started to work on the car right away after I dropped it off and checked the condition of all the parts and they also put air in for all 4 tires. He explained to me the car's condition after they finished. They only charged $60! which feels like a steal for such a good service. Now my parents feel safe to drive their old car! We are so glad to have found this place! We are definitely going to use this company next time!

I own a pair of heavily modified Mitsubishi Galant VR-4s, and needed to get them aligned after installing a slew of new suspension components on both cars. Accurate Alignment was reccomend by a friend, so I gave them a shot. Their shop is top notch. They stayed 2 hours after close to get both cars done. James (the owner/tech) took time to talk through exactly what I wanted done to both cars, and called me during the alignment process to ask about specific specs. Service was top notch. They also provide the customer with an in-depth print out showing measurements. I would have paid double for the top notch service and care my cars received. As someone who does all of my own wrenching, it's nice to have someone you can trust to treat your car as you would treat it.
