If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Not only did they fix what needed to be fixed w/out trying to upsell me, but they treated me like a daughter or a friends sister. Brandon & Lael went above and beyond helping me. Very calm, kind, guys who will listen to you & not make you feel weird about not knowing car stuff. After I’d paid & was about to go they filled my fluids & even replaced my crappy windshield wipers free of charge. My car had been broken into and they provided me w/excellent affordable referrals for an alarm because they knew I was broke. Can not say enough good things about these guys. If you need something fixed GO TO THEM. You won’t regret it. 100/10

Brought my 2013 Mercedes ML-350 SUV here for a B7 service back in Nov. They changed the oil, performed a brake fluid flush, replaced the cabin air filters, front and rear wipers and replaced the coolant. What was nice is after a 40 point inspection, they sent me a link to a website which detailed all of the inspected items (with photos) and the recommended services with a price for each. I could pick and choose what I wanted or could afford to do at that time. Compare this to European Autoworks on Melrose that charged me $600 for a B service, and didn't tell me any details about what they were going to do or what they did after the fact. Completely in the dark on that one. Only issue we had was the next day we got a "Check Coolant Level" error on the dash which didn't make any sense as they performed a flush of the coolant. We still have the issue, just need to get some coolant to top it up. Outside of that, they were great to work with and would come back for future service work or repairs.

Just like new I keep my 2018 Altima in good shape--thanks to Lael's. My last visit was for a routine oil change and transmission flush. My mileage is ~81K, and was feeling kinda 'old'. I asked about suspension, check it and make recommendation. Brandon called me and recommended front struts, etc. and suggested doing the rear too and assured me it would feel like new; exactly what I needed to hear! My car feels JUST LIKE NEW!! All Lael's mechanics are kind. They are polite, professional knowledgeable and honest. If you're reading this and need work done, don't hesitate. Take your car to Lael's!

Knowledgeable, honest, professional friendly staff. I trust and am always pleased with their work and prices. My car is running great now. They caught problems other mechanics didn't catch or fix right. I highly recommend Lael's! I will be bringing my Mercedes here again for oil change, smog, and any other issues that may arise. I also like that the shop is owned and operated by veterans and they back the blue! Awesome hard working mechanics here! Nice cold water and TV in the waiting room.

I was told by another mechanic shop that my Mercedes GLE needed rear brakes. Laels was referred to me by a friend, so I contacted them and made an appointment. Laels contacted me after looking over my vehicle and told me my brakes had enough life in them and it was not time to replace them. They had me come pick up my vehicle at no charge. I am very grateful for their honesty, this is the type of mechanic shop that everybody wants to work with. I will be definitely going back to them when my vehicle is ready to be serviced.

I had a new engine and transmission installed in my explorer at Lael's and couldn't be happier. There was very good communication throughout the process with Brandon and Lael. They are very honest and straightforward. The mechanics did a great job and the vehicle has been running perfect for the last year. Clean work was performed with quality parts installed. Lael went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed properly. I highly recommend this shop

I would trust Lael, Brandon, and the whole team with any and all of my vehicles. After an exhausting and expensive process of trying to figure out why my car would shut off and countless shops telling me “there is nothing wrong with it”. Lael’s was the first to offer a deeper look into finding the real solution and was able to diagnose my vehicle. They are reasonable, Fair, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. I trust them with my Subaru, Dodge RAM, and Mini Cooper and cannot recommend this shop enough.

Another shop told me I needed wheel bearings for my 2012 Mercedes E350. Called Laels' for an estimate and he told me to bring it in and he would do a diagnostic at no charge. He let me speak to his Mercedes tech, Orlando, who drove it, put it up on the lift and said I needed engine mounts. Long story short, I got the work down there and on the way home my wife was so excited she actually made me pull over so I could drive it. It felt like when it was new! So smooth. Thank-you Orlando and Lael, we're extremely happy with the work done.

I was in the market for purchasing a used car and I came across their shop needing a pre purchase inspection. Brandon was super helpful and the shop had a family vibe feeling where they were super trustworthy. After getting a very detailed 140 point inspection. I was provided with a clear easy to read, detailed report with pictures. Brandon took as much time as I needed and explained to me anything wrong with the car or the needed to be addressed and went at my pace and asked if I had questions ect. He made sure all my questions were answered and I felt 100% comfortable before I left. He was so helpful and I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else. 10/10! I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend this repair shop. The team at Lael’s are very professional and have solidly maintained 3 different vehicles for me over the years! The manager, Brandon, is very knowledgeable and will take time to explain what needs repair and why. Never condescending. Always kind and polite. Has the military mind set of always wanting to be of service.At least 3 of the team are veterans.💕. The vibe there is always very chill plus the shop bays are clean and well organized. What more could you want?
