What a gem! Needed a brand new tire after rolled over a nail in my brand new Porsche. (No, they’re foam filled and couldn’t be patched). Only needed one as the car is brand new. Other shops insisted I needed 2 (with minimal miles). There was zero pressure here. Ordered the tire (with no deposit required), got it in next day. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and welcoming. In and out in under an hour. I highly recommend and will only be l bringing our cars here from now on!

I had a dripping oil leak in my 16 year old Jeep Wrangler; I’ve never had any repair bills since buying it in 2014. The leak was a major fix, plus it was ready for brakes, needed an oil change, cabin filter, oil filter, wipers. I made an appointment a week in advance, so they had the parts needed the day I brought it in for service. Oceanside Automotive and Tire did a great job; they kept me informed of progress and if any other problems found while doing this repair! I am very happy with the results, and I highly recommend Oceanside Automotive and Tire to anyone that appreciates good and honest service from a business with integrity Thank you Oceanside Automotive and Tire!! !

Best tire service and prices I’ve ever gotten! One of my tires had a huge gash in it on my lunch break but it was conveniently right near their shop. They didn’t have the right tire size for my car because it’s an uncommon size but they helped me find a place that had it and drove me there and took it back to their shop and put it on for me. Bryce and Tyler were the best and I couldn’t thank them enough, they helped me get back to work in time. Even though they’re a bit further away from where I live I’ll definitely come back to them for any of my tire and service needs in the future.

The price was fair. Tires arrived as promised. They told me 1-1/2 hours. THREE hours later I was still waiting. It seemed they had no regard for my time. I read my phone until the battery was low, read the magazines I brought with me, read their magazines and read all about tires and was still waiting for my car. I’m satisfied with the tires, but think they should consider that a customer waiting is using valuable time as well.

My appointment to get my A1 Mercedes-Benz service was Completed 45 minutes early. They're so nice and friendly there free coffee, great place to walk around the different stores and restaurants. I went shopping at the next-door supermarket. Love these guys and can't recommend them enough

I scheduled a 9am appointment and arrived promptly with a diagnostic from PepBoys. I asked them to confirm the diagnosis and provide an estimate for repairs. After shopping around for 3 hours, I went back to wait in the lobby finding they hadn’t started looking at my vehicle. Finally after 6.5 hours, they told me the same diagnosis I had received from PepBoys. At this point, it was too late to start any repairs as I had to get to work. Other customers also complained about the wait and follow-up issues after having service completed. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you know the workers.

Took my car in for the alternator and a transmission leak alternator got changed out and works great they told me they could fix the leak in the transmission but then told me I should take the car to the person who worked on it last. I bought the car 3 months ago I have no idea who worked on it last. I will be taking it somewhere else for the leak

Had a great experience, we can all say the price can be too high, but the work needed to be done and these guys did exactly that. I was not charged for anything I didn’t need or wanted. Great customer service and they even provided a loaner vehicle when they didn’t need to. I would definitely recommend this place and bring my vehicle back for work.

I drove my 05 F150 by because it wasn't running right and had several pending engine codes. I asked them to check it out and they took it for a week and at the end after having their master tech look at it; I was informed that the repairs they believe would fix it would be outside of what they are willing to do. I appreciate the honestly to me and not trying to scrape money out of me. They did not charge me for the diagnostic. Good and honest place to go to.
