Manny and team were extremely helpful. Called in and he was able to schedule an appointment for me. Recommended I wait until Labor Day week to take advantage of their sale. Came in to have a wheel bearing replaced. While I was they checked all the wheel bearings and notified me that 3 of the bearings were bad. Manny notified be the pros and cons and I decided to go ahead and replace all 3. They communicated wait times and recommended some preventative maintenance to consider. Manny called me and notified me once the car was all ready. Highly recommend this location. Very friendly and professional staff. They’re upfront about times, prices and repairs.

Christmas Eve and every shop told me to wait until Friday to patch a tire because they were closing early (Understandable). Reached out to Firestone and talked to Jeff and he said if I can get my car in 10 minutes they could get me in before they closed up shop. They were professional and Miguel did an awesome job. Helpful staff and front desk manager who understood my car problems enough to recommend and solve the problems on the same day. The manager and technicians took extra time and were diligent ensuring my car drove straight after an alignment. When the car still pulled to the right after alignment, the manager and technicians re-tested and re-did the alignment. Finally, when the car still didn’t drive straight after the retest, the technician did a thorough check on the suspension system and recommend changing the struts and shock absorbers. I agreed since the car is a 2007 with the original factory components. Once the suspension system was replaced, alignment redone, and road-tested, the car is running like new. I’ve been following Manny every Firestone. Although he’s my nephew the review is for his job performance and customer service he provide to customers weather you’re family, a friend or just a stranger you will receive an above customer service and good knowledge with his job along with his team and Manager Ali. I waited just under 2 hours to get oil change, alignment and quote for new set of tires and plugs. I love following Firestone stores and I will return to this place for my tires soon. These guys are great. I worked with Manny to get a major tune up on my Honda odyssey about a year ago. Gave me the run down and told us… “you gotta do this, it’s safety!” And also knew we were pinching Pennie’s so told us, “ you really need to get this done too! But if you pass on something it’s this” About a year later we have a construction site by our house and have 2 nails/screws. They replace one and repaired one. Manny and his mechanics are real OG’s

These guys and I mean all of them ( s/o to Manny especially, insane level of customer care/service). Service writer Manny took the time to walk me through all of the promotions and provided a detailed review of all pricing. At no time did I feel pressured or pushed into making a decision which was completely different than a tire store I had visited earlier in the day. I am very satisfied in the way I was treated and the workmanship of the repairs and tire installation. The team at this Firestone are definitely one of a kind. First off, I made an appointment Sunday evening (when they're closed) and they were able to confirm my appointment first thing in the morning. I was not expecting my tires to be ready within less than 24 hours, but to my surprise, the tires were ready for install by the time I got there. Upon arrival, Manny was upfront with a smile on his face ready to help. He was attentive, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. People like that are the ones that keep customers coming back. I moved to San Diego 8 months ago and bought a used 2016 Corolla to get around. Ali, manny and the rest of the fellas at this location have been very friendly and extremely kind.
