Don’t expect customer service here. They are not interested in helping customers. I was told that I would have to wait for 3-4 hours after I arrived for an appointment to correct a recall issue. It’s obvious that they don’t respect their customers. I will never return to the dealership or the service center. The culture is broken and the worst I’ve ever seen.

Unfortunately this dealership does not follow up their promises for due bill repairs. They promised me they would fix some scratches on a car I bought from them and they never did, the sales manager just ignore me. I recommend to find another professional dealership who values and takes good care of their customers.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SALES--- I bought a late model used car here and paid with a check-- which they promptly cashed -- and took delivery and a few weeks later I get a nasty letter telling me that they have diligently tried to get financing for my purchase and could not find a lender and I need to return the car. Many years ago, I saw this kind of trickery with car dealers on the Mile of Usery in National City, but demanding the surrender of a paid for car is a new trick...

Came here yesterday to get my car checked, and Pancho the service advisor was top notch when it came to understanding and immediately taking care of what the car issue was. He even showed me a couple of awesome features about my car that I hadn’t known yet! Very cool! So glad I came to this service location. I highly recommend seeing Pancho for all your car service needs!

The dealership's attitude was very poor, and they would not apologize for their behavior. We bought a car from the dealership, and after calling to confirm, the manager of the dealership actually took it home without permission. The car no longer belonged to them, and I had already paid for the condition of the car. After the problem arose, no one apologized, and everyone was lying. The car had been driven away, but they said the manager had only taken the keys with him, but the car was still in the store. When I asked to see the car, they could not fulfill my request. In short, it was a very poor dealership. Do not come here to buy a car!

Pancho the service writer was a totally rude. I brought my car in for a hood latch recall. I was running late so I didn't have time to put my new car battery into my car before I brought it there. I told him you shouldn't turn off the car until you got it on the lift or wherever it was going. He started telling me in this rude tone how they can't keep jumping the car. I won't come back here.

I bought a 2022 Nissan Leaf s here in 2023. This was my first electric car purchase ever. This was the worst possible car I could have bought on the whole lot! I paid $20k. Almost 2 whole years later it’s worth $11k. Why? First - the fast charging available for this car is the CHAdeMO charger type. Guess what got discontinued in the USA that year- the charge type my car uses. Sure, there’s a handful left in north county. But, the chargers with a CHAdeMO connector ALSO have the very popular CCS charger so at a station with 4 stations I have to wait in line for a particular charger that generally in use for the CCS. I have waited hours for an available charger. I can still use the other, slower charger. It takes 5 hours. So, I have to find one near an activity I can spend 4-5 hours doing. I cannot charge at home because I’m an apartment dweller and you can’t use an extension cord. Use an adapter! Great! There’s 1 available CHAdeMO to Tesla and it’s $1000. Also, it’s not exactly an official product and they accept no liability if you use it a your car is damaged. Second- this car has a maximum of 150 miles. Seemed ok. Except 150 miles is MOT at all 150 miles. It’s a battery that is recommended to only charge to 80% or damage can occur. So that’s 120 miles. Still, workable. Guess what?! 120 miles is NOT 120 miles! As an EV it’s high torque (you go through tires twice as fast too, ask me how I know), if you operate the radio, turn signals, lights, air, etc etc etc speed up, etc, etc, you use more charge. What I learned is that I can drive to the S.D. airport from Carlsbad to pick someone up but I have to stop and charge for an hour to get back home. That’s right, I can’t leave the county and be sure i won’t need a tow to a charger that probably doesn’t even work. Third- registration OMG. Why does my $20k EV that can barely get me to the airport cost over $540 to register each year? Fourth - for the love of dog and all that is holy, Nissan, why can you not get it together with your audio system? Second Nissan in a row that the audio is completely dysfunctional within months of ownership. Fifth- speaking of dysfunctional OMG all these sensors outside the car are constantly failing and being replaced. Once the warranty is up that’s out of pocket unless there’s a recall. Currently this car’s backing up camera is 50/50 for working. Mostly I get a black screen and can’t see out the back window. Good thing it was just recalled for that very reason! In short, I’m upside down on this car I can’t go anywhere in and can’t sell or trade in for ANYTHING else because of the upsidedownness. I have to go find an available discontinued charger somewhere in town a couple times a week and sit in my car for hours just so I can drive the 3 mile one way commute to work and back 4-5 days a week. This is insanity. Worst car ever. Dealership didn’t explain these charging challenges at all. They probably laughed and celebrated finally getting this useless lump off their lot. I’m not happy at all and I’ll get rid of this thing the instant I can. Never again.

They are nice here but they won't be honest. As a young woman with little car knowledge, I tend to go to dealerships because I feel like they are less likely to try and extort me and my lack of knowledge. Apparently this dealership is different! I would not recommend unless you are aware and bold enough to stick up for yourself. Also so, so expensive. They wanted to charge me $74 for a side light bulb, and my oil change/drive belt change/diagnostic exam cost me $500+. Which seems insane to me!

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 10/6 I dropped my vehicle off for a 10am appointment to have my front usb plug ins looked at and my back right tires for a slow leak. At 1pm I started calling because I had to pick my kids up from school in 1.5hrs. The communication was poor. My husband left work to get our kids. At 4:30 I uberes back ti mossy Nissan to borrow a car because they did not get to mine. That was fine except they did not have a big enough vehicle to accommodate my needs. So I got my car back for the night still with the leak and usb problem. I was late to bring my kids and her teammates to practice because this process took so long. I brought my car back the next morning before 8am because I was told it would be the first car worked on in the morning. It was not. Around 1pm again I started calling. No one could tell me if my car was looked at, so I ubered back because I had to pick my kids up from school again. I waited they finally looked at my car and said nothing was wrong with the usb ports, but they are still not working. I still have a leak in my tire, but front sensor is not working so I was charged $180. I’m going to put air into my tires now so I can make the rest of the appointments for the day. But I basically paid for a service I didn’t ask for and still had nothing resolved.
