Wow, I had Emmanuel and Raul come out and replace my front windshield today. What a nice way to start the day.. How often , in this s day and age , do you come across a business going out of their way to build a reputation based on honesty, , integrity, fairness, and reliability. They arrived exactly when they said they would (charged no fee for mileage on mobile service), very prompt, skilled, efficient , polite and priced MUCH lower than any comps I found. Too good to be true (BUT TRUE) service. Thanks so much guys for a great job and for putting me in a great mood.

Emanuel was great! I requested an estimate and he emailed me back immediately with the cost and made an appointment for that day! Came to my work and repaired my windshield in less than 15 minutes. I just want to say what a great experience I had working with Gabriel from North Coast Auto Glass today. After having my car broken into yesterday, I was jarred and needed to get my window fixed asap. My car insurance recommended a national company, who did not have same day availability. I called my car dealer and they couldn't get the part in for weeks. Gabriel answered my call right away, was able to fix my window quickly same day, and for far less than the first two companies. Now I know who to call if I need service in the future. He was kind and explained everything in detail, and I felt like he did a great job. I am so thankful I called North Coast!

Able set up next day appt. Showed up on time, replaced the windshield on my Lexus IS in about 30 minutes and it looks great. Friendly and professional. I would recommend this company. Great price as well. All for $150 less than Safelite’s quote. Plus free chip/crack repair.

Abel was absolutely remarkable! I called yesterday afternoon at 5:30 (wasn't aware that they closed at 5pm) and Abel answered the phone and was professional as can be. He ordered the windshield and parts for me after hours and was still able to see me this morning at 8:30. I get to my appointment at 8:30 and they started working on the car right away! I got there at 8:30 and they were finished by 8:53!! I never ever do these Google ratings however I have to give my man Abel his props. A-1 service at its finest. And not to mention their pricing is insanely low which is why I chose them. I highly recommend North Coast Auto Glass to anyone in need of a replacement asap. Also shout out to the other man that assisted Abel. I didn't get his name but he was extremely nice and professional as well!

I had a great experience with Emmanuel and North Coast Auto Glass. I put in a quote request yesterday afternoon and he got back to me quickly with an all-inclusive rate that was lower than any other rates I had seen. It was literally half of the price that one of the big-name companies quoted me. He was able to come the next morning at the earliest time I was available. This morning, he and his brother arrived on time and ready to go. They quickly replaced the windshield in the timeframe I had between meetings and did a great job. It was done perfectly and I cannot tell the difference from the previous windshield. He even cleaned my other windows for me. The price came out exactly as quoted and he was able to take a credit card. Emmanuel was very courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. As an added bonus, he offers a lifetime warranty and claims that he will repair future chips and small cracks in the windshield for free. I would absolutely use North Coast Auto Glass again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. It's really great to find a small local company that does excellent work for less than the big national companies.

Abel was wonderful to work with and he and his co-worker did an excellent job repairing the chips in my windshield. Their quote was $5 more than another estimate I received, but he came to my home, which is what sold me on using him over the other company. I contacted him on a Tuesday and he came out the next day. You can hardly tell there is any damage to the windshield now. He was extremely nice and professional and I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I haven’t even had service completed yet and am very happy I called! They told me the truth about what my expensive windshield actually needed and how the sensors did not need to be calibrated, and if they did they should be done at a Dealer. As I had called around, I had gotten a quote for $185 more at a nearby competitor. They had also had a bad experience with them, and they quoted me a price I had shopped around enough to understand was fair and competitive. As I am new to the are, I am wary of being ripped off, but this family operation gave me transparency and the peace of mind that I will get excellent service when I schedule my appointment. As car dealerships and small guys all need to make a buck, it felt like a relief to find someone who would shoot it to me straight. Thanks and I would highly recommend!

On the fence... No doubt nice guys and great prices. Call before going. The website does not accurately show operating hours. If you show up first thing in the morning they may be late. Call the number and let them know you are there. They offer lifetime warranty but give no receipt. I had to return later with cash because they wanted Venmo or Zelle. I was shocked they let me leave without payment or information and they were even more shocked that I returned later after work to render payment. My chipped windshield is fixed! 🤷

Astonishing work ! I can only recommend North Coast Auto Glass to be the best workshop I came through in my last 50 years experience driving Rolls Royce and Bentley's. I had purchased from O'Gara a new windshield for one of my Bentley's , O'Gara did not want to fit the windshield in San Diego - then I looked for other workshops in San Diego - NO LUCK all Glass repairs I contacted did not want to place a new windscreen on a Bentley. I had already all parts needed , Not far I live in Oceanside , I remember driving around , I saw this small Auto Glass workshop. I stopped and asked the owner if he could place a new windscreen on my Bentley at my place, not far from where he had his workshop. 2 hours later he came to see the car and the new windscreen and said he can do the installation at my place next morning at 10 AM. At 10 AM next he was there with all the necessary equipment, after 2 hours the chipped windscreen had been carefully taken off the frame and the new windscreen placed perfectly on the car. The fitment was carefully and meticulously done , very clean work , no dirt no scratches. Price very competitive , Bentley San Diego gave a quote of $650 but would not do the job. O'Gara cashed $2600 for the windscreen and because they did not want to do the installation they brought the windscreen free of charge to Oceanside. This guy is a Magician !
