Positive: quick and easy. Although, it was so-so experience- unfortunately, I didn’t read the coupons fine print which stated to show the coupon at the write up. When I showed the coupon upon paying, I was told he couldn’t honor it. He explained they get busy and do not have time to change the price in the system afterwards. He was understanding enough to knock $10 off. Advice: Show your coupon upon arriving :)

Really quick and simple instructions, pull in park your car say what you need and wait. The guys upfront very much approachable and honest. Came in to get a smog check last min and they got me in so it was much appreciated. Coming back again as well for brakes/rotor checks so that should say how the process was.

Took my care here for my rake rotors and pads to be replaced. Price was extremely reasonable, and have not heard a squeak out of my brakes since. They were able to do it in an hour, and the mechanic was super friendly. Highly recommend.

I took my car in to have the windows repaired because they wouldn’t open. When I went to pickup my car it was clear that the car had been tampered with in a way that had nothing to do with the windows. There were lights on the dashboard that were not on ewhen I took the car in, the check engine light, airbags light, and a notification of a fuse not working. None of the aforementioned lights were on when i left the car and the so called mechanic that worked on my car had the nerve to say the lights were on the whole time. We argue further but he would not budge and thought that if he stuck to his story I might doubt myself and go along with him but I drive the car every day and there is no way any dashboard lights were on when i dropped off the car. I dealt with Alfredo and he is a deceitful person that lies to your face with no hesitation or remorse. I had to have my car towed because it wouldn’t run even though I drove it to the location a couple of hours before. Stay away from this so called mechanic he is the type of mechanic that looks to take advantage of customers if he thinks they do not have knowledge about cars.

I recently had an oil change at this business, and I had a great experience. They discovered a damaged part, but the manager was so kind that they didn't charge me extra for the replacement. I will definitely be returning for future oil changes. The coupon on their website also helped me save on the overall cost. Highly recommended this place. Very nice people.

Do NOT go here for auto repair. This place is only good for Smog (look at the reviews). $350 for spark plug and coil removal on a Juke........?! He didn't even change out the rest of my plugs/coils (3 left remaining). He didn't even test drive it. Just turned it on in the bay, and claimed it was good. Do NOT go here for auto repair. **update** I went to Phan's Auto in Mira Mesa. And they did a free inspection for me. These guys are not trying to scam. They informed me that THIS SPARK PLUG he replaced was bad. I changed to 1 star. This place is not the place to go.

I made an appointment several days earlier to have my breaks done because of the advertisement and the price when I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I was told it would take several more hours for me to get in when I stated several times that I had an appointment they made excuses so I went away for an hour then came back and they then told me that it was gonna be at least another hour and a half to do the job and they didn’t know how long it was gonna take to get the parts And then they wouldn’t honor their own coupon that was printed and I showed him twice and then he said well he has to charge labor on top of the advertised price, but it doesn’t say that in the ad at all, so not happy and won’t recommend to anyone else! Bait and switch here sadly
