It’s a good auto center the problem I run to is the whole auto center takes a lunch from 1:30 til 2:30 and there is nowhere on the signs or webpage that states this fact when I asked Manager why is the automotive center closed he said they will reopen it to. I have been waiting here for over 30 minutes and they are still not open near.

Had a screw in a brand new tire in between the tread. They said they could patch it. They took it back and when we got our car back the psi was 6 below the level it should be at. Within an hour it was almost flat. Take your car somewhere else!

Dont get tires here unless you want to pay a mechanic to fix their mistakes. Got a set of two tires on the back. Said they dont have the equipment to align them. Fine, but most tire dealers have that equipment standard. Less than a month later my car is making a grinding/dragging noise. After trial and error we jack it up to discover the back tires were wobbling. The lug nuts were so loose I could twist them with my hands once it was off the ground. Incompetent and lazy. What person doesnt fully tighten down bolts.

I had a headlight bulb replaced here on 10/25/19. Even though, the department is short staffed at the time, my experience was EXCELLENT. Shaun, Freddie and Rashad, the Service Manager, were all extremely kind, and all have good people skills. I will definitely be returning and recommend them to everyone.

Took an hour and ten minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. And I had the only car in the shop! Sheet said my tires were checked at 35psi. My onboard monitor and manual gauge both showed 32, 37, 37 & 39. Sheet said washer fluid was topped off. Just under half full in reality. The lady at the counter, Nikki, was quite kind and helpful. And I got my service done right the first time, even though it took forever. Cost was very competitive.

Without a doubt the worst Walmart Auto Care Center I've ever been to. Was told an hour and a half tops from time of pull in and be done, 3 hours later still not done due to "hiccup" with paperwork and FOUR other cars getting put in front of mine. Even was reassured it wouldn't be more than the hour and a half time because I had an appointment schedule for service at dealership and missed my appointment because Walmarts incompetence.

Went to get an oil change today. It was fast and affordable. $10 cheaper than the usual. What gave the 5 stars is that they vacuumed my front 2 floor mats. I tried twice to do so and even put them in the Washing machine. So kudos to whoever went the extra mile. I didn't even expect it and would have paid them to if it was a charge because they did good.

Left due to a 2+ hour wait for an oil change. They stated 3 workers didn’t come in. I know this isn’t necessarily the auto center’s fault, but poor management and hiring the wrong people will definitely contribute to this happening! Also there was only one car in the oil change bay and one in front of me, so apparently it takes 1+ hours to change oil on one car? Hmmmm.

Went to get oil changed and they said it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Waited after 2 hours then called them to see how much longer and it turns out they couldn't do it because they said the oil plug was overly torqued. How that is possible when we got it last dove at Walmart is something I don't understand. What I can't believe is that they had me waiting 2 hours & never even called me. When I contacted the Walmart in Oakwood where in originally got it done they told me that the Walmart in Gainesville ALWAYS says that to people!!!! The customer service IS HORRIBLE. Their only excuse for not contacting me is that they are busy AS IF WE ARE BUT BUSY!!!! I left my phone # for the manager (Carlos) to call me and of course he didn't. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

We purchased tires and made an online appointment for 8am Saturday. We received a confirmation email and two days later received a reminder to be there at 8am. We show up and no one is there and the lights are off but the hours are 7am-7pm. we finally found someone and he said what are you doing here, we don't take appointments and we don't open until 10am. I came home and pulled up the website and it still says open at 7am. Beware!!!

I went to get air put in my tire because Walmart gives free air. I literally went and told the person in the auto care area that all I need was air and he told one of the technicians.and then He told me to pull around and they would put air in my tire I was completely ignored and the door was pulled down right in my face. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me worst experience ever and it wasn't even busy. Those technicians do not care. They were sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Just go to Firestone and get air they are always very kind.

I've been to the Walmart tire center in Gainesville GA twice so far. First time was for an oil change on an SUV. I was able to get everything done for just under 50 bucks. Wait time was acceptable for not having an appointment and they were busy during that time. The second time was for nail in a tire. Wait time was just under 30 minutes so I was able to get a few things for the house and pool while waiting. Both times I had excellent service and quality work. Oil is fine, tire on the car is still fine after 2 weeks. Great service and fair prices. I would recommend this auto care center for anyone needing good affordable quality service done.

Came here to get a tire patch due to a nail. Couple weeks later went to get my tires rotated and found out my wheel lock and key on that tire was missing. Then found out the wheel lock on that tire is also missing. Went back to Walmart to get the set back but the cashier couldn’t find it. He said to come back the next day to talk to Carlos or Jackie. Went back, and Jackie refused to come speak to me personally just told the cashier to tell me that she would review the video tape of that day to see what happened. Left my phone number for her to call me the next day after reviewing the tape and she never did. We went back again and was able to speak to Carlos in person who stated someone told him that the person who repaired the tire didn’t have to remove the tire to do the patch, which everyone knows is physically impossible. He took our name and number again saying he would have Jackie call us and she never did. A new set is over $40 and we already paid about $17 for the repair. Still hoping they will do the right thing and call us back with a resolution.

This has to be the worst Walmart ever. I had an apt and they did cars that didn't have an apt first. So few hours later they finally get to it. What's the point of an appointment if you will not follow it but if I was 15 minutes late you would had canceled it. Discount Tire for me now on...

If I could give them a 0 star review, I would. Walmart completely ruined my oil filter by tightening it too tight. They won’t give me a refund or anything. They don’t take responsibility for what they did. I found out by getting my oil changed elsewhere because of an oil leak. I had to pay more money to get a new cap.

My jeep needed an oil change. Took it into the Walmart auto care center and my oil pressure light has been blinking every since. Took it back up there and asked them to check my jeep, they did it had oil and they have nothing to do with the oil pressure or why the light is blinking. My jeep was fine until they did an oil change and messed it up. I really think I should be refunded my money why would anybody want to pay for there vehicle to be service only to come out needed to have something else wrong with it. And then be talk to like I didn't know anything. An oil change might be a little cheaper but I know know I have to take elsewhere to have what Walmart messed up. They should have to pay for what they messed up. Period

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Went six months ago got an oil change, cool. Went again and they said they couldn’t do the oil change after two hours of me waiting. They said the person who did it last stripped the filter and they couldn’t get it out. ( they were the last ones who did it) after I caused a scene, they finally got it off and did the oil change. They suspended the order for the oil change and l charged me $30 more because they said they just went with the suggested oil change not the one I asked for. I got my husband to call when he got off work, and they refused to accept responsibility for the horrible service. Please don’t go there, save yourself time and money.

Go somewhere else. Saturday no oil spots in my garage. Sunday, I get my oil changed. Monday and every day since I've had puddles of oil under the car. Apparently, in tiny letters on my receipt, it states the previous oil change person cross threaded the oil plug. My last oil change before this was 6 months ago (5kish miles). This is the most amazing coincidence of all time, or I got screwed over.

annoyingly bad service. went to have a tire put on a rim and installed on my car today. I was charged the $2 tire hauler fee even though i didn't bring an old tire to be recycled. “it’s just two bucks” so i should pay it anyways? get out to my car and realize maybe they took my donut tire thinking it needed replacing? check my trunk and no, they didn’t take it, they just threw it on top of the floor mat and the few items I keep in my trunk. Im 37 weeks pregnant and i'm trying to put this donut back in the bottom of my trunk under the mat where it belongs and one of the guys comes out offering to help me. I tell him Im pregnant and this is pretty annoying they didnt put my spare away properly. He thought it was a good idea to ask if I was single and ask for my phone number. After driving for a little while, my tire pressure light is still on. So 9mo pregnant I stopped to put air in my other three tires cause thats just too hard for these men to check. Pay a little more money and go elsewhere.
