I was changing oil at home for my newly bought 2009 corolla when I could not figure out how to unstuck the stuck oil filter housing. Whoever changed the oil before must have given it a very excessive torque. Brought the car to walmart and they took it right in. I only had to wait 5 mins then my car was ready to go. They were able to loosen it with the right tool and best part was they did not charge me anything. What a hero!

The other reviews are true, unfortunately. Subpar customer service. I needed a tire repair, so called and there was no answer. Went into the store and no one was at the front desk, the techs could see the line from the shop window but ignored us. I found an associate from another department who went into the shop and the tech only wanted to relay the message , “sorry we already have a customer, we can’t help you”. He didn’t even know what I needed done. The other customers and I just left.

Worst customer service at auto care. Checking in process is horrible. They will tell you 3-4 hours wait even if there are no cars. I recommend Walmart should close this auto shop or change the staff. Manager don’t even care to keep an eye on employees what they do. Never coming back to walmart auto.
