It's not because it cheaper that's cannot be organized. My feeling is that they want volume, but cannot deal with that many cars. They don't answer phones, they don't follow an agenda. I had an appointment to change the tires and arrived 15 minutes before. Three hours later and still waiting with a lot of people in line. There is just one person that takes 15 minutes to attend. This is so disrespect to others time. Why you schedule an appointment if you cannot comply with? Just change two tires, but it's hard enough to do it in the time scheduled.

The front desk lady she has an overseas accent at the auto care, needs to be more patience with customers. Every time I come to the auto care she is always rude to people for no reason I suggest some costumer services re training. I know walmart don't care about things like this, just my opinion and suggestion base of what I see every time she's there! Look at the cameras 📷

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for 4 tires to be replaced and ended up leaving with a broken TPMS sensor, which they are claiming I never had. I had zero issues with my TPMS gauges beforehand, so I know this is a perfect example of automotive malpractice, especially so since when I brought up the issues they were quick to jump to purchasing 4 new TPMS sensors and having it installed through Walmart. The experience became even worse when I had already driven home and called their office to receive some sort of clarity as to why my tire pressure gauges were no longer working. I was left on hold for 30 minutes hearing all of the background noise in their office, knowing they were waiting for me to hang up. So I was forced to drive back to the establishment, just to be misled yet again with zero accountability for their wrongdoings. If I could less than zero stars, I would. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to bring your vehicle here if you have ANY other option of vehicle maintenance.

Fantastic service. Technician was very friendly and extremely helpful as were the other associates. Paid for an oil change, what oil changes USED to cost -which is about ⅓ of what drive through oil change places cost these days. Will be returning. Plus it is still Walmart, so you can shop while your car is being serviced and then pay for your items when your car is done. Oil change took 1.5 hours from drop off to pick up. But that is fine by me. Thank you Walmart Auto Center. Super positive first-time experience 👊 🙃

Had a great experience at the Walmart auto care. I walked in about 3pm. My tire was punctured and the spare was on. They showed me a replacement with a 45000 mile life for a very reasonable price. Had the front tires replaced in less than 45 minutes and was on my way home. For less than $175 i had two tires balanced and installed and i was very happy. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and made the replacement easy.

Came into Walmart 1/1 and purchased a tire , Isiah was very nice even when he was the only cashier . He had told his fellow co worker that we needed the tire mounted and balance . The person looked at him and sighed ( rolled his eye ) and walked passed us and clocked out and left . I get it’s your time to clock out and leave but he could’ve said something instead of wasting my time waiting when I could go to another Walmart Auto center to have it done . Also I would never do that to a customer no matter how much I hate my job ! He was a skinny guy looked Puerto Rican but might not be , Hispanic looking , idk management need to go and Revise his work ethic !

I've been using this service center for five years. I have a 2018 Toyota Corolla. I have purchased tires with warranty as advised per employee recommendation. I lost one of my hubcaps. I asked my cousin whom is certified mechanic about it. He stated that they can just put the balance weights on the inside. A few times they complied. Moving forward I ended up losing the other three hub caps. Today I visited asking once again to please make sure. They refused to balance and rotate.

One of the worst auto centers I have ever been to. I had an appointment at 10am at the SCC location. I showed up 20 mins early. One car in the 6 bays, one mech helping a lady with windshield wipers. I was told I was to early and please come back. I came back checked in my car at 10am. After walking around the store for 50 mins I return because the app shows it hasn’t been started yet. I walk up to the desk behind a man being helped. The women behind the desk states they are working on 11am appointments. My turn at the desk. They haven’t started my car. She goes further to tell me they have a window of an hour for a tire rotation. My car gets pulled in at 10:55. At 11:10 they tell me they can’t rotate my tires on the front because I need new tires. The do not rotate any of them. Now if they would of looked at my car at the appointment time I would of purchased new tires. No respect for a customerrs time. Why have appointments. If I hadn’t walked up and asked about my car I bet I would still be sitting there.

This review will go to the company administration. The first time I went to the Walmart auto department and their coolant refill machine was not working and I needed to replace the cooler. And so, I made an appointment to replace the cooling in the car (the girl said that by then everything would be fixed) and they would be able to provide me with service. Then I arrived there at the appointed place and time and they told me, the machine is not working again and we cannot change your cooler. Why do you take my phone number and don’t call, don’t warn me about this, I ask the employee? To which she answers me that I don’t owe anyone anything and we shouldn’t call or write to anyone. I say, but I come here like an idiot for the second time and the second time you just turn me around and say goodbye. She says I don’t care, if you need a service, call yourself and ask what works here and what doesn’t. We say okay, book us in next time for a time when we can change my cooling. We were signed up and this time I will go there again to be turned around and told what I owe and to whom. Now personally to the company, if you don’t know how to do business, don’t do it at all. I think you need to either do it well or do nothing at all. Remember this. I understand that you cannot be responsible for your employees. But if you hire them, explain how to properly communicate with people in such situations. And finally make a system of warnings and messages!

DO NOT COME HERE! I had an appointment today at 9:00am to repair my tire and get an oil change. I was told it would take 1.5 hours so after that time passed and everyone before me had already left I asked about my vehicle. I saw them bring it into the shop after 30 minutes and bring it back to the parking lot after two hours. I assumed it was done, but no. I watch them bring my car back into the shop and was told they are getting started on the oil change and they haven’t gotten to the tire yet. I’ve been here for over TWO HOURS and they are just now getting started. WHAT WERE THEY DOING FOR THE PAST TWO HOURS? I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS HERE ON TIME AT 9:00AM. ITS NOW 11:45AM AND THEY’RE JUST NOW STARTING ON MY CAR?! This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I had a 10:30 appointment to get my car an oil change and around 11:30 I get a call that they can’t do my oil change because they can’t get the hood of my car up tell me why it took them an hour to tell me they can’t do my oil change and also tell me why when I go home and I check to see if I can open the hood the hood release handle was broken. They literally broke the hood release handle and just put it back so I wouldn’t notice. My thing is if they didn’t break the handle why did they not just tell me hey the handle is broken and why did I have to wait an hour to be told that they can’t give me an oil change. I will never go to that auto center ever again and I do NOT recommend.

Hello, I went to change an emergency tire and I couldn't do it according to the girl who helped me, they were full and she asked me to return in 3 hours to see if they could provide me with the service. When I left I could see that of the 5 service stations there were 3 empty ones, they didn't have them. cars for the service, however I could not achieve it, although I told the worker that their positions were empty, I was not able to understand this and just as I could see more than 10 people who told me the same thing that they should take measures so that this does not happen very bad experience

Very disorganized. I waited 3 hours for an oil change. What's the point of making an appointment if they're not even going to take your car in right away

I do not recommend coming to a car center, the workers will always tell you to leave and come back in two hours, all the people who arrive receive that response from the employees, I was waiting for 30 minutes, you see how there are no cars to do services, they make you wait for hours because They can't receive your car keys. I didn't really understand this.

Rosemarie was a lifesaver today! Bays got backed up and she made sure my appointment time was honored after overhearing my conversation with one of her staff. She reprioritized her staff, got my tires on, and out the door! I truly appreciate her triage & prompt resolution skills!

Extremely disappointed in the service at this Walmart Auto Care Center. I booked an appointment online for 11.30a on 2/17/25, yet the digital integration seems nonexistent. Associates went outside to confirm my vehicle details and but didn't bother to check my Walmart+ account, the staff was completely unprepared. I was greeted walking in but waited a few minutes without any feedback as to why I was waiting only to be told they were out of stock for my filter and that I should "pick one up and bring it back" for them to use. If I wanted to source my own parts, I wouldn't be paying for a professional service. I took the associate's advice—I walked out and found a shop that actually understands how a business works. Don't waste your time.
