They did a phenomenal work at changing my tires. Some People don’t know this but some of these technicians are certified on what they are able to do through Walmart. Please be patient because Walmart requires for them to have certain certificates to do certain things in order to better serve the customer and customer vehicle. I am very grateful for changing my tires and balancing/ rotating my tires in order to have a smooth ride on all of my 4 tires. Thank you and bless y’all hard work and incredible courageous soul.

Used to take my cars there and that is stopping today. They messed up a headlight restoration. They wanted to charge me full price when it clearly wasn’t done correctly. The shop manager began arguing with me. They made me pay 50% of it. I went home and had to redo their work and got better results in 20 minutes. Makes me wonder what other bad work they are doing or not even doing at all. Walmart will no longer be working on my vehicles.

After speaking to Steven M. the day prior to my service and upon my arrival we were able to get my 13in trailer tires mounted after I was turned away everywhere else. i have driven over 30 minutes to come here two different times after calling to confirm they have the correct oil for an oil change. i now have to drive 30 minutes back home and no have a back injury that i just had a procedure on this week. so inconsiderate and dumb workers here. id rate zero stars if i could.

Was here after a massively frustrating experience with 10001 store to replace battery under warranty. Was taken care of right away, super nice tech guys tested and replaced my old battery right away. Cashier in service took care of warranty paperwork and got me on my way. Very nice to deal with, excellent customer service, excellent attitude, very nice service. 10/10 would only come to this Wallmart location in the entire area.

Insanely slow service. Came in for two front tires, with a single oil change in front of me, and three techs working the shop. Should be quick right? Nope. Took them 113 minutes to install the two tires. Better to drop your cars off then waste your day watching them slow roll the service.
