They very busy as usual but I feel their frustrations because there are not enough employees too, but as soon as anyone’s of the employees gets to the auto care center cashiers station they are quick. They very good with services but unfortunately the tires especially the Douglas ones were not worked very well for me and I don’t recommend for others too. Those tire are cheap based on their price it is okay but it is not worth it.

There's people here, but they don't seem to care if they have customers. The employees just hang out when vehicles pull up. There are no employees inside the automotive section either. I gave a 3 star just to be curious, but their customer service is more of a 2.5 at most

Came to get two tires changed had like 4-5 cars in front of me( understandable).I waited patiently to the side and watch 2 other cars pull up, a tow truck dropped offa truck and a guy took his tires off in the parking lot while my car was in line. Why did all of these people cars get done before mine when I was waiting their since 2:28pm they didn't start on my car until 4:45 and was done in 10 min. It's felt like degrading discrimination and to think I was gone tip whoever worked on my car. And what really had me boiling besides the heat was they let my car sit on a air lift for 30mins before even touching it like I didn't have nothing to do. I was tryna be understanding and considerate but I'm not blind at all. There should be some type of order. The time I spent their was unacceptable I will never go back their. The other picture is of the lady that came hours after me leaving at the same time as me 😤😤😤😤😤

Ordered (4) tires a week in advance. I received a notification that the tires were shipped. A week passes and i receive a confirmation the day before the appointment to bring my vehicle in for the tire installment. The day of the appointment comes and i receive a notification 2 hours before my appointment that my order has been cancelled due to the tires not being at the location… terrible business. I mean, I shouldn’t be surprised its Walmart.

I got an oil change. They used the mobile 1 i bought. I was going to get individual quarts but Romie, who checked me in, advised on the jug. He was right it was cheaper. I also got an extra quart to flush the engine of ALL old oil. I asked for it to be done and it was done. I watched them do it. They may have laughed but I saw the last bit of dirty oil leave the engine. If they're too poor themselves to do it so be it. Im not rich but I like a clean engine. They helped me make it and keep it clean. Thank you for the service.

Came here to get a new tire for my car and no one even bothered to ask me anything stood there for 30 mins and not a single person said anything they were busy talking to themselves. End up going somewhere else where they care about customers

PSA: They put "previous leak" as a comment as default for liability purposes. Comment should say "Previous leak onsite" if they are trying to communicate that there was an issue prior to their work. As a customer "previous leak" means very little as it is not specific enough I was the seconder customer in line for an oil change right when they opened and they still took 2 hours. I returned 2 days after their 2 hour oil change when my car leaked half the oil on my driveway. I called them 4 times with no answer. Get there and instead of checking my car to happily prove me wrong they argued with me Never again. For $60 I can save myself the headache and feed a different corporate machine

Very disappointing experience at Walmart Auto Care. I waited about an hour, and the staff still couldn’t figure out how to sell or install just two tires for my truck. No clear answers, no organization, and a complete waste of time. I won’t be coming back.

The employees do not care at all if customers are present or waiting or need something. They go about their day moving extremely slowly and have the work ethic of a sloth. Its worth it to go somewhere else that shows they care about their customers and their job in the slightest.

Came in 11:30 am and left 12:10 pm. Very very quick service even with the entire car bay filled up! Also a super affordable price for full synthetic for my 2017 Camry se. I used to be paying upwards of $80+ and ridiculous disposal fees; Only $60 here with a few cents. Will come back again for my next oil change two thumbs up and solid 5 stars

Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service from the staff. And I don't say that lightly! I was scheduled for an oil change back on the 29th at noon, but after I arrived and parked not even 100 ft from the service department my car wouldn't start. The automotive department couldn't jump it because " they were too busy taking care of paying customers" {said the automotive department manager!} After going through three "managers" and a store "Coach" all of which avoided me multiple times before they eventually got to me, saying there's nothing they can do! All I wanted was some freaking respect and an oil change! (An apology wouldn't hurt either) I ended up purchasing my own oil and filter and performed my oil change in their parking lot, right in front of the automotive shop. Even had to buy a jump starter and start my car myself. All as the automotive manager not only rung up all my items as i checked out right there in the auto center, (yes I had to purchase everything), he saw me doing my own oil change service right there in the parking lot and did nothing. I was there working on my vehicle as each and every employee left, watching and looking at me funny as they left work. After fighting with three store managers and the coach and doing their job for them, my noon appointment dragged on until I left at 9:30 p.m. Doing all the work myself. I will never be using that locations auto service EVER again! I will remember the automotive manager for a lifetime after what he said to me and I will never accept service from him again through any part of that store! I'm sorry to say this and I don't normally leave reviews like this, but this needed to be said! (Oh and if this happens to make it to the store employees, I think the customer service employee that was working at that time very much she's the only one that did her job respectfully, promptly, and professionally! I wish I can remember your name! 🥺 Thank you again! )

I express my sincere gratitude to the guys who changed my oil. It so happened that after the oil change at Walmart, the oil change light came on. And since I couldn't determine the exact reason, I went back to them. And to my surprise, they didn't refuse to service me without an appointment. Secondly, they changed my oil again, and all this in a very short amount of time. Unfortunately, I don't know their names. I know one of them was called "the boss," and I don't know the other one's name (a very pleasant young man). Thank you! 👌
