I needed an emergent tire service, and their employees were accommodating, despite it being nearly closing time. Service was prompt, and I'm grateful to the staff for helping.

Tried coming in at 1:10pm for tires. They are looking at me no1 came up to me or said anything for about 15mins. till I walked inside than some1 came in to ask me what I wanted. I said I needed tires. They proceed to say we are not doing any more tires today. There was no other car in the the tire bays or even in line. Even if they weren't taking any more customers wouldn't the common sense hing to do is go tell the customer right away instead of making them wait 15-20 mins. Do not recommend this place at all for anything.

Great service and great people. I needed a tire replacement and was able to get it fixed in under an hour!

On Sunday June 04, 2023 They refuse to change my tyre and battery because they don't have employees for work. I went their at 2pm and they suppose to open till 7pm but without employee's. I request management to just simply close your Auto service for Sunday instead giving trouble to your customers.

It's 9 AM on a Wed. Called to inquire if they do alignments. Phone rang for 3 minutes and 6 seconds with no answer. Then it just quit ringing. Previously went a couple of weeks back to this same store, got there about 5 PM on a weekday for an oil change. There was only one other car in any of the bays. They took my info, and I went in the store to shop. Within minutes they called and said they couldn't do an oil change b/c I have an oil leak. I went to the auto area and I questioned this b/c I do not have an oil leak on the ground in my driveway nor where I park at my job. She (the cashier) said it could just be a small leak, and maybe a seal needs to be changed. They did not offer a repair or solution, and the paper they gave me said cannot do an oil change until leak is repaired. Odd they didn't offer to fix the problem since they are an auto repair center. Went to Jiffy Lube a couple of days later, paid a whole lot more, even with their coupon, but oil change was done! No mention of an oil leak. Seems to me, WalMart just didn't want to work. Sad, b/c Iwent to this same store for the last oil change before this one, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was in and out. Seems very hit and miss with WalMart auto. Don't know if it is a management issue? Or the staff? Or if it's from corporate? But highly disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived at 12:30 and was told 90 minutes that there were 2 people in front of me. I did my shopping and went back to get my vehicle at 2pm. It hadn't even been started on. At 2:30 I let me wife know and she called to see what was going on. She was placed on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a manager. She hung up and called back and was responded too quickly when she threatened to call cooperate. The time before they put in the wring oil filter that caused our van to loose oil pressure and the check engine light to come on. They told us the check engine light was on when they pulled it in the bay which it was not..they Also said they noticed the filter looked different when they were replacing it but thought nothing of it. The time before that we couldn't even get an oil change there because noone was there to work. So if you want bad/rude customer service and to be lied to this would be the great choice. Oh and the manager and the other person inside were just sitting at a computer doing nothing. He promised my wife a discount but of course I was already checking out by the time they actually spoke to her.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 8 A.M. Another car pulled into the other oil change lane after I had arrived and they changed the other cars oil before mine. After I asked why, the service guy said "The other lane was open". Huh? Since that was the case, then my car should have been pulled into the open service lane and changed my oil prior to the car that arrived after me!

We went in for our 3rd oil change today. We checked out and hopped in the truck and my husband checked everything out. He noticed the oil was still really dark and low. He realized they didn’t even change the oil. So he checked the receipt and it said “Oil change denied due to leak”. He went to talk with them and the mechanic explained that there’s a small leak in the gasket and they can’t do oil changes for vehicles that have leaks. Which we understand. But m husband asked why then we were able to get an oil change 2 months ago but not now. He said he didn’t know. Then he asked why no one came and talked with us or even told us the oil change COULDNT be done. He said it’s the customers responsibility to look at their receipt and check. Seriously. You’re the mechanic. It is your job to inform us of issues or what work you did or DID NOT do.

I went there three times to change my tires and each time was given an excuse. First, they said it was too late (it was 3 PM). Then, I went the next day at 12 PM and they said there were no appointments lefts. I then scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 9 AM. I went there and then they told me my car was too close to the floor and they cannot change it like that. Note they had seen my car all the other times I went and they did not say anything about the car being too close to the floor. It looks to me that they just don’t want to work!

You need to fire all your mechanics and hire new ones. 6 hours to change 4 tires with an appointment. It took a manager interaction to even get them to do their jobs. The entire time they are in the back trying to flirt with the female mechanics. Actually useless employees.

Went for a typical oil change, left without one. Was told there was a "Major oil leak" and the "Coolant fluid extremely low". They told me that I needed to change the "Oil gasket and drain plug" What? Gaskets don't just go without serious symptoms. They also said that it may not be leaking visible oil... I understand my car does burn oil but not severely, and I was flabergasted by the major oil leak. Afterwards, I topped up the coolant with 1/8th of a bottle and checked the oil level stick, 3/4 still full. I definitely do not recommend this shop, it is better to probably get it at your local shop because I waited 30 minutes for "no". I will not be doing any service at any Walmart service centers and do them myself from home from now on.

They quoted me a price on a tire and couldn't do the job cause the lady I was talking to ask me to hold that she would ask the men in the service center if they could change it now. She came back stating, they won't do it today and I would ha e to make an appointment for the next day by 6:30 pm. I called and went there as soon as they opened and the tried to sell me the same tire she quoted me for at least $80-100 more. So I left and went to discount tire. They got me right in. The comparable tire cost me $88 with road hazard. I will never go back. This was ridiculous! The tire there was going to cost me $180 with road hazard. Mic drop..

Showed up 2 different times at 7 a.m. with an appointment for an oil change. Observed multiple people ( no less than 3 employees ) standing around or pop in and out but all avoiding me like the plague. Sat for up to 30 minutes with no help both times before having to leave because had to get to work. Pure laziness is all you see and couldn't get the oil change I needed TWICE now. They lost business and a customer in me and I will be sure to tell all my friends

Went there for an oil change two days later the drain plug came out and was never properly torqued dumping all my oil out. Thankfully I was somewhere I could immediately shut the engine off or it could have blown my engine.

Extremely bad service, prepaid tires and installation online and they were incapable of performing. I wasted all morning there and had to complete the job myself with their tools or else I'd still be there. Shame on them. I should send them an invoice for my service and all time wasted. They argued more than they work.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! DONOT get your oil change here. I got an oil change here and they overflowed my motor and say they can fix it (which they didn’t) they just redid the oil change and said there was no additional damage to the car. Which is a lie!!! I’ve been without a car for over a month now because it’s been at the mechanic getting a new motor which i’ve paid well over 2k in damages and the mechanic is also saying i’ll need to take it to a electrician mechanic and who knows how much more I’LL have to pay because walmart did not want to take responsibility.
