I bought tires from my local Wally World last year and purchased the road hazard warranty with them, but when I picked a nail on my daily commute they wanted to charge me the price of the tire to fix the damn thing. The manager couldn't explain to me why they were charging so much to fix a nail hole when I had road hazard coverage. Will not be buying tires from Wal-Mart again.

Don't waste your time here. Took my truck in for an oil change. I even called ahead to make sure they could do it. Drove down and checked in. Said they would be about 30 min...one car ahead of me and no other cars in shop. After an hour, they get to my truck only to tell me that they can't change my oil because they can't get the oil filter off. Total waste of time.

Needed my tire repair and the crew this past monday didn't break it down to see what was in it cause it was time to go home by the time they got to mine. Said there wasn't anything that they could visually see after spending 2 hours there. Had to take it back last night and they took it apart and found the hole. The manager took care of it and didn't charge me

Always very friendly and helpful. The employee made sure to remind me to bring in the receipt with the old battery to get the core charge fee back. I appreciate the reminder because I had completely overlooked it and probably would have thrown the receipt away.

The only problem I have is they never, never tell me when my truck is ready. I hear everyone elses name get called over the intercom but mine. I have to go and check on it myself. Then they act like they can't find my key, have to ask the crew for it and they seem to not know what the woman behind the counter is talking about. Other than that, no problems.

This has been the worst experience. I got here right at 8am. They told me 2 hours, it is now 11:15 and I am still sitting here for a tire rotation. They finally got my car back there. If you tell a customer 2 hours it should not take 3.5 hours. I am highly dissatisfied with this place. I recommend paying the higher price and going somewhere else as I sit here watching cold stuff in my basket melt.....

I spoke with 2 different people in automotive one didn't realize they were supposed to call when my vehicle was ready after it had been almost 4 hours of me dropping it off. I arrive to get my vehicle and am "taken care of" by a woman who took my ticket and threw my keys on the counter along with my receipt, the employees need training in customer service and common sense. Unbelievable.

Usually they are pretty quick. Today there was one vehicle in the bay and one in front of me. I arrived at 8am and it's now 9:23am. This is way to long for an easy oil change. Usually the longest I've waited is 30 minutes with the same scenario.

My first coming to Walmart auto center to have anything done. The cashier Jess wasn't professional doing her job. I paid for tires on line. Daniel s. Wrote me up and put down wrong tire brand, after I distinctly showed and told him wat I ordered. They put on the wrong brand tire. I had to come back. Upsetting as my wife and I were, Mark tried to explain to the 2 cashier or workers wat needed to be done. Jess who is not management wasn't listening to Mark and was treating us like we were wrong and made the error. Finally error was corrected, but instead of tall white guy refunding me cash, then pay again, he made me use my card to refund my money then pay again. That put me in financial bind because it takes 3-4days to receive refund when all he had to do was give me cash. I will never go to Walmart again to get anything from auto center.....first time and last time.

I had a car with 2 flat tires, brought in on a wrecker. Road hazard. The tires were covered with a road hazard warranty. I left the car with them. They fixed it, and I had it picked up. I was in the store for a very few minutes. They stood behind their tires. New tires installed. Good service.

I have to agree with most of these reviews. I went to buy two new tires and was told wait time was 2 hours. They had about 4 - 6 employees on shift that day and about 75% of the time I would look out to see if my car was ready I seen the employees gathered up joking around and horse playing. They had a lot of upset customers because they all noticed the same thing. It ended up taking them 3.5 hours to complete my car. When I received my bill they added charges that I did not authorize but I was to in a hurry that I just paid the balance. Very poor service.

I got two tires and an oil change from Walmart on December 30th and it was very quick. On January 2nd I noticed one of the new tires was low and quickly realized the air was leaking from the valve stem. I called Walmart and they said the wait was minimal. I arrived 15 minutes later and was told I would have a 90-120 minute wait and was told I should just come back another day. I explained to the man that this could lead to a blow out and he did not seem to care. I told him I needed them looked at now and he just said I can put more air in them, but you should just come back another day. I left and took my business to NTB, (in and out in less than 30 minutes) it cost me an extra $30 to fix what Walmart messed up. Very disappointed in the quality of service at this location.

Couldn't balance tires (didn't have weight tape) but still offered to install them...you can't make this stuff up. Could refund me the labor/installation in the store since I purchased online. Said I needed to call customer service. BUT they could refund the tires. I PURCHASED EVERYTHIING ONLINE. How can you only refund part of the order? Ended up going to Discount Tire. I suggest you do the same.

Absolutely terrible service, I came to service my front tires and get new ones, my rear tires were perfectly good and they told me after having me wait for an hour that my rear tires were “too old” and that they couldn’t replace my front tires unless I got new ones for the back as well…. A total waste of time (especially considering I took off work early to get there in time before they close)

The worst one of all. Don’t waste your time. 2 hr oil changes on each car. Very unreliable service and poor behavior among men. I just wanted to get home to make dinner for my family. Never again!!! Not never!!! There’s a difference between 30-40 mins and 2 and 1/2 hours. Don’t lie to your customers. Don’t lie to humans. Just don’t lie and do better for God sakes.

Came in for an oil change Was told an hour wait. Waited more than 2 hours and thirty minutes. And when I asked an update the lady just said "its not ready" and I asked do you know about how much longer? And she said "its not ready" yeah I knoe its not freaking ready, I have a job this evening and need to get home and sleep the only reason I gave it to yall is so it could get done within an hour. Tired of this walmart and their attitude. I also wasnt the only one waiting so long, and older lady had to wait longer and she came in before me! And they told her about 30-40 minute wait time

Would not warranty faulty leaking filter. I had to pay for oil change to replace filter. Poor craftsmanship due to leaking filter from over tightened. Rude tech. Horrible customer service. Never again.

Pretty disappointed. First time getting an oil change at Walmart. It will be my last. Greeter Eric seemed bothered to have to deal with a customer, i explained it is my first time, i don't know where to park, when to get out, where to wait. Getting direction from him was a bigger struggle than doing an oil change. Get my service summary, i see they designate my battery test as 'non-applicable'. They also selected pass for my wiper fluid, but it's been dry for weeks. Still is. Now I'm wondering what else they half assed or lied about.
