First google review. AMAZING Experience!!! Great knowledgeable, smart mechanic and a awesome family man! He was Honest straight forward and very fair on the price. I didn’t know where to take my truck due to the fact I don’t live around here. I’m here temporarily working. I Looked him up on google. Had great reviews so I drove to Alans as a walk in. I talked to him about the issues I was having with my Duramax. Truck swerving, won’t drive straight, wheels shaking and making clunking noises. Told him it’s my only vehicle and needed it ASAP. He stopped what he was doing pulled my truck on the lift looked over the front end suspension/steering found all the issues no problem. He said I’ll take care of it. Done. He Rebuild the front end the next day. Amazing!!! Ive owned my truck for 5 years now and it’s never driven so straight and smooth! Everything’s tight no noises and Rides perfect! Not one complaint! Awesome work! Thank you very much!!! I appreciate you!

Just by their response you can see how unprofessional they are. You can call me a Karen, my experience remains the same. Im trying to prove a point and y'all proved how disrespectful y'all are by your response. I just wanted my vehicle fixed. Not to be given the run around and tried to charge $600 that was unnecessary. Unprofessional, dishonest, poor communication, not educated in how to inspect or fix vehicles, and rude! Go to a real mechanic.

I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt trying to give a local business a chance. I was trying to get an alignment when the worker said the guy who does the alignments would be there in an hour. The white man with a beard said he could look at the car to make sure there wasn’t any mechanical issues. I thought it wouldn’t hurt so he began to check my car. He does a light shake of my tires and tells me my bearings are bad. Said he could go put it on the rack and check it more. 30 minutes pass, I went to the waiting area and another guy walks in and I ask him for an update on how long till the guy for the tire alignment gets there and he tells me he is the guy. That was already a red flag communication SUCKS cause no one told me he arrived and had me waiting wasting my time. Then he tells me he can’t do the alignment bc the guy who inspected the car said the bearings were bad. So I thought why was I there then. When I tried to leave they acted like my time wasn’t valuable. It was a waste of 45 min. I decided to go to Kia for a 2nd opinion and they said my bearings were fine and it just needed a tire alignment. What makes me more upset is I could’ve had the tire alignment done the whole time had the “tire alignment guy” CHECKED if the other guys diagnosis was correct. Clearly they don’t know what they’re doing here. Trying to scam people for more money and scaring people as if more problems are wrong when they’re not. DO NOT GO HERE. Listen to the reviews. I wish I did. I wouldn’t have wasted my damn time.

I have been having my car maintenanced by these guys for nearly 4 years now. Alan is very knowledgeable and friendly. The work is always on time and I’ve never felt cheated or over charged. I am blown away at the level of care he gives to the smallest details… most mechanics will fix your car but leave a mess behind them, something that stands out to me is wether it be my car or our old pick up truck, the vehicle comes back not only running better but CLEAN! Recently they fixed my car, I was so at peace and happy when I saw the TLC these guys used to make sure I was happy and comfortable when I got my car back. That’s going the extra mile for their customers that they really don’t have to. Thanks guys great job!! I highly recommend using this guy as your mechanic!!

Finally, a great mechanic with excellent ethics. Alan will be upfront with you about pricing and parts, and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the work. I had my 03 WRX motor rebuilt here and they even detailed the car before handing it off to me. He helped me get with a tuner and source parts and everything. Great guy, excellent work.

If he can scam people he knows, he’ll easily scam a stranger. I trusted him to do some work on my jeep (3k worth) only to have worse issues a week later. He then proceeded to say the “new” issue would cost me an additional $2,700. I ended up getting a second opinion. I told the third party mechanic the work that Alan had done to the vehicle. Third party mechanic sent me videos showing how parts that Alan claimed to repair were never fixed/replaced. I forwarded videos to Alan and requested a refund. 3k dollar Refund has not been rendered.

We are not from the area and had a check engine light come on while vacationing. I called multiple shops but no one was able to work on my car the same day. Alan said he would do his best to fix my car same day. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem enough for us to be able to safely get back home from vacation. He explained the issues and what he did and did not repair. He provided pictures that I was able to give to my local mechanic. He did all this for an extremely reasonable fee and got me in and out in a couple of hours. I really appreciate all he did for us and would recommend him!

I had about $1100 worth of work done on my car in early February. They did a great job. I even had an issue a few days later where my check engine light came on again, and the owner was very patient and explained to me what the code was and that it was mild, and assured me he would never let me drive off in a car that wasn’t safe (I travel a lot for work). A month and 1200 miles later, my car is doing great. I will definitely use them again and I appreciate their patience with all of my questions and concerns.

0 stars, only giving one to write this warning. I had originally written a 5 star review as I had been going to this guy for over two years for what seemed like honest work. This was until I gave him $4K to fix major components. Not only were the problems WORSE, but after taking the car to him the last time, he held my vehicle hostage unless I gave him $700, or sexual favors. Was able to obtain my vehicle without further issue with the help of a couple of cops. Nightmare. Be warned. EDIT in response to owner: That’s not how restraining orders work LOL. I haven’t received anything in the mail… You made up a nice story. I wouldn’t come back to your shop even if you gave me my $4k back. You only tinted my windows for FREE because you thought you were gonna get laid…Don’t forget who has the proof, and a real police report. NIGHTMARE.

I wish that I could do negative stars. Because that’s the type of service I received! I took my Car there to get looked at because my car was making a sound which sounded like the brakes. The owner said needed new brakes and he was gonna cut the rotors. That was the only option he gave. Within weeks, The car was making noise again. He told me it was because of the rain/cold. I did not feel comfortable and took it back to him within the matter of him, changing the brakes and cutting the rotors which he charged me for, but later said “you can’t cut back rotors “ He Tells me that I will need all new rotors well why didn’t you give me that option a month ago? Anyway, to go further and judge me another $500 not taking anything off of anything. To make matters worse when I got the vehicle back, he put two new rotors on the front and the back routers were the same. How do I know this? Because on the car you could tell the silver router and the Rusted rotors. He knew he messed up because he said “oh I need to call them and get them to bring me new rotors. The whole process was a mess. Do not go to this establishment. Do not go to this establishment if you do not want to get messed over. Or I have to return your car back within a few weeks.

If u need any ac repair done on your vehicle DO NOT take it here. I Paid 500 bucks for installation of a new ac system and the man didnt fix shit. It still blows hot air! When I went to pick up my truck he didn't even bother to explain anything to me. He just left it in the back of his shop with the doors unlocked and the keys in the ignition. I advise yall to take yalls vehicles to a MECHANIC!
