Store is dirty and some employees do not know the location of items. Bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. Employees at the register do not greet customers just grab your items and scan. No smiles, no greetings except from the employees at the entrance. Online items are not checked for accuracy. EXAMPLE; Searched for 2 items online that showed were in stock and found neither in the store even though they showed several in stock. It is unlikely someone bought all of them before I reached the store. Bakery employees however are very nice and knowledgeable.

This is by far the absolute worst Wal-mart EVER! They have more employees there just walking around the store with maybe 3 registers open (this has been a frequent issue) smh Then I see an employee glance my way as I was walking up to his register & he just walks his sassy self away as if he didn’t see me coming. I started to make a scene but I’m mature now. Anyways, I DO NOT recommend this Wal-mart whatsoever 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Very rude employees. They act like they just hate their jobs. Not nice. Rolling eyes. I wanted to return a shirt for a diffrent size. Not get my money back. Just a diffrent size. And mind you there Is a JIANT sing behind her head that says "walmart guarantees a refund or exchange for up to 90 days without a receipt" she claims this policy changed a long time ago. And I normally don't return things. So maybe yall should change the sign. Very misleading. And your employees need to be kinder about it. Ive had really bad encounters here multiple times. But now I am making a review and going to a diffrent walmart for now on.

Well not just this Walmart but all Are getting stupid Too many things locked up and not enough people to unlock to help you get your items. You spend too much time for 2 or e3 items. Then the constantly change location of items and lastly. They closed all self checkout. The lines to get checked out extremely long. If they hire security just a few. They can prevent thefts Walmart is mediocre at the best

This Walmart has the worst automotive department..I've ever experienced..went in to get my tires checked there..I have warranty on my tires that I purchased there..I arrived at 10:27am..was told it would be an hour wait... Long story short after 2 hours of waiting..my car stilled hadn't been checked in....Went to the check on the status of my car, the staff inform me that it may be and additional 2 more hours..because of change over with lunches... Customers was walking out left and right because of the ridiculous wait time..no text nor update on the status of our cars...and then management was not doing anything about.. This was so unprofessional...Walmart please do better...

walmart has a ridiculous policy of not selling alcohol (beer) to someone of legal age if they have anyone with them that either 1. isn't of legal age (friend, kids, family, etc) or 2. doesn't have their ID with them. now i can somewhat understand this if it's someone in their early 20's or looks young or is only purchasing alcohol. but i have gray hair and was purchasing a whole cart of groceries with as well. fix your policy walmart.. this isn't preventing anything.. if someone wants to buy alcohol for a minor, they'll do it alone and not with a minor standing right next to them..

It's Walmart... there staff is pretty good. Do not go after 9pm they get some strange people in there. But they have a great electronics section and a great outdoors section.

Despite being absolutely slammed with business on a Sunday, the Auto Care Center absolutely provided first class customer service when I needed a flat tire repaired. It turns out I needed a new tire and was feeling a bit stressed. Well, the whole team (Trey, Ted, Steve, Jamard and others) took the time to listen, find a solution and get everything taken care of in short order. Despite the 3,9 rating of the store, the Auto Care Center is a solid FIVE!!! Keep up the good work.

Weird Review
I gave them a 2* as they aren't always this bad. After shopping for the week with a cart full of groceries I couldn't find a cashier anywhere. So I took the one thing I came for out and left the full cart at Customer Service. She was really nice but explained they just didn't have enough people working tonight. I went to self checkout and waited awhile. After a bit I gave up on that too and took it back to Customer Service. She was even more apologetic but there was nothing she could do besides sorting it to be reshelved. I was actually quite impressed she had already sorted my cart for reshelving. So, the Customer Service was very kind, amazingly efficient, conscientious and pleasant. My conclusion? Bad Management! Added 4/25/25 44 spots for customer pickup and only 1 in use for customer pickup. A dozen or so handicap spaces and all full. The customer service focus of the management? Pay up and get out, or just stay out. We really just want your money. Drop a star. I hope they improve!

Dropped my car off for 2 new tires at 5:00. At 5:35 I received a text that it was ready for pickup and that the Auto Service Center is open until 7:00 tonight. Arrived at 6:10 and found the service department locked and my vehicle sitting in the dark UNLOCKED. I called but no answer so I had to walk around and found Athen "working" in the Auto Service Center. He offered no explanation or apology. Didn't even turn on the lights in the shop for me when I walked through in the dark to get to my car in the parking lot. Horrible Customer Service.

If I could give zero stars I'd give ZERO. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a manager (Gladys). Was even told they don't answer the phones they just tell their employees to tell customers the phones don't work when someone calls for questions. Definitely needs better management

The Automotive Department manager is rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. I purchased a battery in July, the battery has been jumped at least 5 times. The manager flatly refused to honor the warranty stating the battery shows good on the machine so it must be my car which has a new alternator and starter. The warranty says defective battery or won't hold a charge. My battery clearly won't hold a charge but she still refused to switch it out!!!! Don't buy car batteries here it will be a waste of time!!!

The store was so clean!! I loved how the lay out was so open, it made shopping easy. My only issue is that I left a bag and cannot get the store to answer the phone to let them know because it was about $75 in items! I was there last night and tried calling last night with no answer and still no answer this morning. That’s not good customer service at all!!

I went to Walmart in Gulfport Mississippi Today My First Time There And I say Security Doing there job will there ...I say over 10 or more time I look up and Security was walking by or stand by me.....At of Items was out of place , I don't know why people pick up stuff and put it down any wear , There was a pack of Frozen Fish in the Orange Juice window ..... Went in right as the store opened looking for a flour sifter asked three different people before, I asked think her name was Lori short hair was willing to help me. The store was out of them but her willingness to help was recognized even going to the back to look. I was very short with her only aggravated because I had been to several different places looking. I apologize your kindness was appreciated. Excellent Customer Service you set an example.

I took an Uber here from the airport to kill time while waiting for my mom to pick me up (we live in Mobile). Almost immediately, I felt uncomfortable. In nearly every aisle I went down, an associate hovered near me, reaching into coolers and shelves around me in a way that felt like I was being followed. By the time I got to the register, I was already over it. My mom called to say she was outside, and while I was on the phone, a cashier interrupted me and asked to check my bag—not my grocery bag, but my actual luggage. I was confused as to why Walmart would need to check my personal luggage. I told her she could place it on the counter so I could finish checking out, but then she asked if everything inside was mine. Mind u everything was poured into clear plastic container in a ziplock bag, literally no labels for TSA purposes and my flight attendant uniform in a garment bag that’s it. What makes this worse is that earlier I had asked her where the lighters were, and she didn’t know—even though they were one aisle over. It’s frustrating that basic customer service couldn’t be provided, but I was treated like a criminal instead. Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

Visited the vision center for sunglasses for my wife. Tremendous selection for men and women. Oakley, Nautica, Ray Ban, Columbia, and many more brands. Reasonably priced and helpful nice staff. I also bought a pair a couple weeks ago and love them. Check it out. For glasses or sunglasses you can't go wrong here.

When Mothers are overwhelmed with two screaming children and needs to breast feed… we don’t want the music in the mothers room to be so loud that we can’t hear our phones at full volume. I tried calling the store like 15 times and no one answered. Whoever thought thought that was a good idea should reevaluate…TURN THE MUSIC DOWN. Also it’s got trash everywhere and my son is trying to play with it.

I've been told by family living near by to avoid going to this location saying it's "dangerous" and not a good place to go, especially at night but I personally have never had any issues as far as anything being dangerous or making me nervous in the slightest. There's usually security right outside the door if needed. I find this location no different than any others I've shopped, day or night. Of course my guard is always up, but that's anywhere now a days! This is a convenient location for me and I will continue to shop here until I personally find it sketchy or shady in any way or form. The clearance section isn't as great in reductions as other locations but it's just because of that, location. Even in Mobile, discounts vary even within a few miles of locations and neighborhoods. Over all, this is a great store!! No issues, except the 1 time I was charged on my card for a purchase I paid cash for. Still intend on addressing this when I am able to get in earlier than I usually do! (The plants in my pics are possibly from the Saraland, AL location)
