Overall horrible experiences. Every time I go to this Walmart I am either followed around by creeps or even having employees PURPOSELY run into me when walking down isles. If you are a woman shopping alone avoid this place. It is not safe, whether it is the morning, afternoon or night do not shop here alone. Every. Single. Time. I have shopped here either alone or with other people, I have been followed, purposely stopped while my friends are allowed to pass through (white women and I’m Asian) or have literally been run into by an employee.

Usually I have a good experience at this Walmart. Not today. Not 15 minutes ago, I was in the dressing room when the associate who let me into the room knocked on the door. I'd just entered with my one item. I said loudly "someone's in here" and she still unlocked the door and opened it. I shoved it closed and she said "oh." There were other customers outside including those of the opposite gender. I will not be buying clothes from this Walmart any time soon if the employees try to expose you like this.

I was just racially profiled in Grindstone, Walmart, at the check out today on 2/19 and why I know that the checkout lady came over and scanned my little Doo hickey on my credit card in the middle of me scanning my items and there was not another single black lady or a black male in line. I didn’t see them do that to anyone else.

These people could not get an online order out the door on time if their life depended on it. Always delayed. Even if you give them 24 hours to get it together it will still be delayed. You know who never seems to have a delay on their pickup order….. Aldi! More reliable than Walmart will ever be.

The store is always very convenient dosent get crowded to much just dont go at 5 o'clock rush hour when everyone is getting off work cause it will get busy. Always have awesome prices and low discounts. They also just got a new lay away pick up counter right in front haven't had the chance to use it yet but I've heard good things.

Got rid of self-checkout, which used to make shopping so easy — now it’s unnecessarily difficult. I’m all for providing people with jobs, but after four separate visits where the checkout process still wasn’t handled properly, I think it’s fair to say there’s a problem.

Was busy for as expected for a Saturday afternoon. Isles were crowded due to stocking. Might not have this issue if they started staying open 24/7 and stocked at night like prior to COVID. Hard to find items when employees are in the way.

Always clean, staff is helpful. But the lines are sometimes long and normally only 2 cashiers everything else is self checkout. The only thing I think they could improve is bring back all the cashier's.

I picked up my order today at Walmart Grindstone. Guess I will need to return to Conley as they do a better job getting order together. I was missing items from my original order that apparently they don't have i really surprised white rice wasn't available and 4 items was on my order saying I picked them up yet none of my bags had these 4 items and 2 of the items were big ticket items. Chat was helpful in refunding but I am still amazed my original order was missing items from the pickup receipt. I will not shop Grindstone location for pickup again! 11/20/25@1125am order was p/u 915am CST

Just bought a 6-shelf wire rack and one of the standing poles had half of its threading missing. It was smooth metal where I needed to screw things together. I tried calling to see if I can return it and just got passed around doing phone tag. Guess I’ll just have to lug this heavy box around and hope that I can return it today? I’m just annoyed honestly.

Worst Walmart in town and that’s saying a lot. The ve asked repeatedly to get Sunkist Zero back in cans to this store, an item the Coke reps told us flew off the shelves and was the #2 seller, every store, including all other Walmarts, have it in stock always but this Walmart won’t stock it, absurd as now I have to drive to another store to get it instead of the closest Walmart to us, I won’t buy it at Walmart I go to Hyvee just out of spite. Fire this beverage manager!!

Ordered delivery of prescriptions and food as a plus member. Delivery was scheduled for 4pm-6pm and it is now after 9pm and I still don't have my stuff. What kind of poor service and false scheduling do these jerks think is professional? It's so late that my prescriptions definitely won't be delivered tonight.

Horrible customer service and rude people at the front desk. I bought a 3 dollar loaf of bread and was forced to go through customer service because I threw away my receipt before I got to the front (they’ve never done this before by the way) so I waited in line for 15 minutes to grab some stupid receipt for my 3 dollar bread. Amazing service guys !

Tried to use the mothers room to nurse my son and was told to use the bathroom by an employee as she said someone was in the mothers room. I knocked 3x no reply, I had another worker knock 2x no reply. The employee told me they aren’t comfortable unlocking the door. She went and got the manger, the manager also said he’s not comfortable opening the door so he knocked 3x and on the third knock a male replied. The manager said “there’s someone in there” and walked away. A MALE employee came out of the mother’s nursing room. The manager gave me an excuse of the employee was using the room to pray.

Pickup is the WORST. all the employees are extremely rude. Every time I order my produce is rotten and I am refused a refund. Most of the time my orders are missing items and again I am refused a refund. Going in to the store everything is disorganized and employees act like you being there is a crime against them. I will be shopping at hyvee now.
