This is the third time I walked into the store and people have had non-service animals that are peeing on displays and pooping on the floor when I say something to staff all they say is, we’re not allowed to say anything against it. This Walmart has become a cesspool.

How can you be a proclaimed super-store when at all times you only have two employees on cashier? I spend more time waiting in the checkout line (whether self-or-employee) just to leave the damn store!

Order pick up is the worst of all Walmarts in town. Even when you let them know you are on the way in the app you will still show up and be waiting 30-45mins in your car for them to bring your order out and you will still get home and have items missing. 0/10 do not recommend

Wal-Mart, terrible to go into but they manage to make curbside and delivery even worse. Don't order curbside from this store they don't fill the orders and they won't let you cancel. They just take your money and won't give it back. Had to file a complaint with the BBB. Avoid like the plague. *(1-7-26) It's been a month they have basically stolen my money.

The workers here are very kind and great. However, do NOT do the drive up pick up thing. We got here and checked in and it took 1.5 HOURS to get our groceries (we got 3 items). The number we were supposed to call did not work. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy, this is torture. I’m gonna call my mom about this. I am giving 3 stars though for my previous experiences here. The store is sometimes untidy in some unpopulated aisles, but other than it is organized.

Pick up order takes too long also the guy put all of my groceries on top of my bread and did not put the milk in a good spot so it fell right out of my trunk as soon as i opened it. Absolutely unacceptable not happy with their service would not recommend

This location is poorly managed. Shop inside and they have all the self checkouts closed and like 5 registers open so you have to wait in horrendous lines. Order your groceries for pick-up and wait forever for them to never bring them. I literally drove away two different times without my groceries after waiting for an hour.

They are god-awful worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with the last two times I’ve had issues they’ve hung up on me and without me being rude this time they didn’t deliver now for 24 hours. I can’t get a hold of anybody. The phone literally rang for 10 minutes. Nobody would answer the phone when I finally do get somebody. She tells me nobody’s available to talk to me about the fact that my $150 order is sitting there with not being delivered for over 24 hours I’m not unreasonable. I understand that it’s the holidays and it’s busy but you need to close off deliveries if you can’t handle the amount of deliveries that are coming in. Instead, their answer is to just not deliver peoples groceries and just keep pushing back the delivery time

I had *one item* to pick up via store pickup today. I stopped by after work around and checked in to my parking space around 5:05 or so. Nothing for 15 minutes. I called the store and they confirmed i had checked in but they were backed up. As of 5:30 nobody had been out so I left without my order because I had to be home to my family. I dont know if the store uses a system where they bring stuff out in order of who checks in but if so that is the wrong system. If someone has *one item* in their order, you should just send one of the runners out real quick to handle that to keep people moving. Oh and the maybe-still-in-high-school guys out there running pickup orders? Zero hussle, zero sense of urgency. I get it, it's a dead end job and they probably dont pay enough for the kids to care but when it's crazy backed up at least pretend to be moving things along.

I feel like I was a bit of an overwhelming customer paying with different cards and having a cart filled to the brim but the check out clerk was amazing!! I even had my kiddo with me and she made the experience shopping in store worth while! Thanks for making me feel like less of a burden! (I typically do online)

I had 2 items to pick up- and I’ve been waiting over an hour for them. I ended up missing my appointment because of this (I needed one of the items for it). I called the number at check in no less then 6 times after waiting the first 30 minutes asking if I could just grab them- she told me “No, it will be there soon”- it has been been 35 minutes since that call and no one is coming out here.

Every time we use Walmart pickup its always delayed at least 30-45 minutes and every single time says at minimum 4-5 items are unavailable! So I go in to check and guess what? If you said I was able to "FIND" said out of stock items you'd be correct! Who's in charge of this? What a waste of time, and profits for Walmart when these employees are just so lazy at fulfilling orders of items that are in fact "IN STOCK"!!! SHOP LOCAL , Support mom and pop stores who actually care !

I had a pickup order scheduled between 7:00pm - 8:00pm. Its delayed 45 minutes... I show up as soon as possible and check in. I wait 2 hours. Multiple cars show up after me and get there orders. Nothing for me. It's 10:00 pm now and the employee begins talking to the drivers of other pickup orders - they all drive away without getting there groceries. He doesn't talk to me. I sit there longer, until the app says "curbside is closed - please pick up between 7:00am - 10:00am the next day"... conveniently in the middle of the work day. The management of curbside pickup is terrible at this location.
