For the most part except for sometimes the lines are extremely outrageous other than that absolutely love Walmart supercenter wearing our mask is kind of annoying but other than that I always find what I want or what I need and it's barely ever a bad experience I love the jewelry counter all the rings piercings everything is amazing★★★★★ 5 years ago

The other night, I stopped at Walmart and used the self-checkout. After scanning just three items, my total was surprisingly high. I noticed the lip product I’ve bought for years, usually priced at $9.97, rang up at $15.96. The shelf tag still showed the usual price, but the register listed the product as a “body tint” instead of lip gloss. I canceled the transaction and asked the attendant for help. She explained that prices were recently raised but the shelf tags hadn’t been updated yet. The store was quite busy that evening with several customers needing assistance, so I didn’t have time to pursue it further or speak with management. I’m sharing this as a heads-up to fellow shoppers: always double-check prices at checkout and watch the product descriptions carefully. This could be an honest mistake or an update lag, but it’s frustrating nonetheless. I personally am reconsidering shopping here due to pricing transparency concerns.★☆☆☆☆ 6 months ago

I would give zero if they have that option. I went there couple days ago I was buying formula and I had coupon for that for some reason coupon didn’t work at self checkout so I had to go to the customer service and the manager name KARRIE she was super rude !! Also she don’t know how to read a coupon and making excuses that the coupon is so confusing !! Also if you can’t deal with the customer at customer service also if you don’t have a patient then she should get a different job that suits her attitude and not working at the customer service★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

Had to wait about 10 minutes for a rotisserie chicken. The associate said the chickens have been in the roaster for over an hour, but there are so many so she said that is the reason why it's ltaking longer. I waited a little longer and was going to get something else, but I went with the chicken and it was fine. Worst experience at Walmart ever, I walked in strapped with cash to get a BRAND new 85” TV the Walmart personnel in the electronics with One Arm was absolutely rude and NOT willing to help. Also the other assistant in electronics was rude beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. She stated multiple times to “WAIT A MINUTE” because she was not bilingual enough to communicate. They then accused me of stealing when I had a receipt for the purchase. I will not recommend NOR ever return here. Do not recommend at all★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

They got a bald headed security guard that likes to bother people a half hour before they close in the parking lot I don’t know who in their right mind bothers people 30 minutes prior to them, closing in the parking lot about them closing at 11 Not even the fact that I was there eight minutes before he even said anything To the security guard get off your high horse you should’ve said something when it was 15 or 10 minutes Honestly, Walmart has gone to communism. Why do I have to have somebody verify the receipt that I scanned all my items for? Let me start with. I deleted my last post to make this post. My last post was six years ago and when I read it, the only thing I was shocked about was four teenagers riding around in the electric wheelchairs and no one saying anything but our checkout girl was fabulous and had us laughing. My reason for today’s review is using the app for delivery for the second time and during a bad weather panic. I placed an order the night before and it said it would be there between 9 and 11 PM. Got another email at 11 saying now it would be midnight and right behind that email was another saying my order was canceled. When I clicked on the email link, the only thing it would let me do is cancel. Well, I am not in the corporate world and I did not have the time or the money to wait for my money to be refunded so I decided to go into the store. (1/24/26) I entered the grocery side I think around noonish and I feel really bad that I did not get the greeter’s name because she was helpful in my dilemma of my groceries. She sent me to customer service for a lady, I think she said Nora / Norma? When I walked up to customer service, there were three ladies there chitchatting. I said hello and told them that the greeter sent me here for the lady I named above. I was completely ignored and I thought maybe they didn’t hear me so I just said excuse me this time as Deborah was walking by. I repeated why I was there and she said she would be right back. She had to go to register seven. I waited what I would consider and appropriate time to make a customer weight in the customer service world and she still had not returned, so I went to find another associate. I hated to bother Kathy at the self check out because I know her job is to make sure everybody pays for their items or assist them with trouble. Let me tell you this woman was a little firecracker. She was absolutely fabulous and actually got to witness Deborah blowing us off. I guess Deborah must’ve been having a bad day because Kathy’s face was shocked. I explained very quickly to Kathy my dilemma so she walked me over into the produce area and told me to wait as she went and got Shakira. She knew exactly what was going on, and there was a glitch in the system with another order and mine, but she recognized the order and knew what was going on. Both Kathy and Shakila were very understanding of having to cancel an order and then wait days for a refund of 90.00. Shakila looked at what I ordered on line and she knew it was back there. She told me to grab a cart and meet her back there. When I returned with a cart, (2 more associates came out with their carts to shop for customers, and they both also asked if I needed any help, but I didn’t get their names, but I wanna give a shout out to them also.) there were all my groceries! Shakila and Kathy saved the day!! I really hope WalMart recognizes these women! They will be the reason I will now make the switch from Amazon to this store for my household and business needs and that says a lot because I was a diehard Amazon customer for the delivery.★★★★★ a month ago

I'd like to go 3 1/2 stars. I have used the order online delivery service multiple times now. First, the good things. The shoppers will let me know if something is not in stock and ask if I want a substitute. (there is an option to choose that) And until my last order, Walmart kept me nicely updated as to when they are going to arrive. Also, they always arrive within the original timeframe they give me. Now the not so good things. I am always afraid to order any cold items, for fear they will not be cold when they arrive. Even in our 0° weather we're having! Although I guess it's more that they are just sour like they probably had just been out of refrigeration for too long or something. Twice now my 32 ounce yogurt was bad. This last time I went to put it in the refrigerator and it shook like it is all water inside! And then produce is also tricky. For instance, on my last order also, I had ordered the pre-peeled garlic package, which came with the garlic already yellowed and bad. Also, I choose the option to have my groceries handed off at the door rather than left outside the door. So they'll knock on the door and get this code they need and then just drop all the packages outside the door so that I have to then go out and get the packages and bring them in, rather than them just handing them to me like they did when I first started ordering. October 7, 2025 I had purchased a 1977 Mustang in Clarence, Iowa and was driving back home to Maumee, Ohio when my left front tire blew out at 6:45pm on I-80 in Elkhart, Indiana. Tom's Towing showed up, I asked to take my car to the Super Walmart in Elkhart. It was getting late and I knew the Auto Center was closed. I was hoping to talk to the Store Manager and explain my dilemma, and the front end Team lead said he thought Service Manager was still clocked in and walked me back to Autmotive, where he introduced me to Chris. I told Chris what happened. He went out of his way to help, sourcing tires for me, but I have tires that are hard to find. He located them but we're 2-3 days for delivery and didn't think they could keep the car in the parking lot that long. I asked who I could talk to about the situation. Carrie (Coach), I talked with her and she said would talk with the Store Manager in the morning, explaining my problem. Tracey the Store Manager allowed my car to stay until tires arrived on Thursday October 9, 2025 which was against Store policy. Even going as far as telling security to watch over vehicle. As I waited for the tires and the repairs to be made, I called each day and talked to a Michael, Team Lead, who assured me that my car was safe and when tires were delivered. I picked up my beautiful 1977 Ford Mustang II Coupe Friday morning and was very happy with the work. Chris was there this morning and ensured that I was checked perfectly. Your staff at the Elkhart Super Walmart are truly customer service professionals (all of them). Thank you for the best "WALMART" experience I have had anywhere.★★★★★ 4 months ago

I bought a grocery holder for my trunk and Walmart has completely destroyed it. They put all the grocery bags on top of it rather than in it. Smash it beyond belief. Guess what I found at the bottom of all the cans and stuff. Do you see the loaf of bread? I paid $6 for that loaf of bread and you smashed it. It happens every time I come here. Every time I do pick up you guys should have to replace the grocery holder that goes in my trunk because that's where you're supposed to put most of the groceries to begin with and it's empty and you just put it on top of it.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

I am consistently disappointed by the quality of items at this specific Walmart Supercenter. Whether it's the lack of fresh, high-quality produce or the general stock of goods, everything feels subpar compared to the hundreds of other supermarkets in the area. Frankly, if you care about getting good value for your groceries, you are much better off heading down the street to places like Meijer or Martin's. Their selection is far superior, and the freshness and overall condition of their items are drastically better. It's a convenient location, but convenience doesn't make up for poor quality control. This location needs a serious overhaul of its inventory standards to compete with its neighbors. Two stars for existing, but I won't be doing my main shopping here again.★★☆☆☆ 4 months ago
