I was standing in the self check out line with my son and was skipped by an employee named Anthony. I told him he skipped me and that I was next and he said 'well you were just standing there' and was so rude. I told him I couldn't believe he worked here and was acting like that. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager waited on hold for ten minutes and never got anyone to pick up.

The online grocery sucks , wife put in an order in the morning for a 445 pickup. They ignored her calls, I had to call in an rattle the cage 1 1/2 hr for a 15 min pickup is unreal. Then give me a lie by stumbling words for reason why is not to good. Avoid lynn haven online grocery shopping till they get their act together. My ice cream is probably thawed out and you can't refreeze ice cream. I hate being lied to , be out in 15 min when in fact hour and a half. I will be calling store manager then corporate. My wife use to work there so we have the numbers

I will not be using pickup at this location again. My order was delayed, and even after receiving a “ready for pickup” notification, I ended up waiting over an hour in the parking lot. When I finally got home, the food was melted, hot, and completely unusable. Unfortunately, this resulted in a $130 loss. Very disappointing experience.

Usually have a pretty okay time during the weekdays at this location. However today I attempted to notify a passing associated about some out of date cocktail dogs in the cooler and was told " its not my department". I asked if she could let the person in charge of the department know and I got the silent treatment as she left. I took the packet up to the casheir and let them know about it being out of date. Overall just a rather unpleasant experience.

Walmart delivery is a subpar service at best, there is no checks and balances on drivers who simply do not care. The last several deliveries were wrong missing items. If you have a complaint the option is to call the 1800 number which has no idea about the orders in the first place.

My wife and i shop there and are very dissatisfied with their meat products the last 4 pds of ground beef in a tube has been spoiled and it was only 2 days ago . We both worked for the retailer in different states and we are very aware of how the food sits in the aisles waiting to be stocked . Thaw out refreeze thawed and re frozen all the food is like that . Unless they have a new system which we doubt that . And if they are not rotating that that stock like the company hand book requires maybe they should only pull 1 pallet of food out at a time . Walmart prices went up and the Quality went down. Sam walton would be Disappointed as Many of American People are . Being on Social Security and retired this is unacceptable for everyone. When you cut cost everyone suffers. We both where Managers .

Title: Ongoing Discrimination and Unprofessional Behavior at Lynn Haven Walmart Pickup Area I am writing this review to report a very concerning and unacceptable incident that occurred today at the Lynn Haven Walmart Pickup area. This is the second time we experience a similar situation with the same manager and the same team leader, and it has reached a point where the behavior feels discriminatory and intentionally disrespectful. Today, we arrived at the Pickup area at 10:40 AM to collect two televisions for delivery with the Roadie app (delivery work). The drop-off location was only five miles away, which would take us 15–20 minutes total to complete. We were parked and waiting when, around 11:00 AM, the manager and team leader approached us and informed us that they would not release the TVs because “it was going to rain at 2 PM,” with only a 35–40% chance of rain — not even a guaranteed forecast, and three hours later. We explained clearly that: • The delivery was extremely close (5 miles), • The order would be completed within 20 minutes, • It was only 11:00 AM, nowhere near the time they were referencing, • Weather was not a valid excuse for refusing the order. Despite this, they continued refusing to release the items, and instead of speaking professionally, they began raising their voices, arguing aggressively, and treating us with complete disrespect. They made us wait until 11:09 AM, keeping us there for more than 30 minutes, only to end up refusing the order anyway, without any real justification. What made the situation even worse is that they refused to properly cancel the order through the app, which is what they should have done if THEY were the ones refusing it. Instead, they walked away and left the issue on us, making it appear as if we had failed to pick up the order, affecting our time, our work, and our earnings — all so their metrics would not be impacted. Throughout this interaction, they were: • Hostile • Disrespectful • Dismissive • Making rude facial expressions • Not offering any real explanation • And speaking to us as if we were beneath them This is now the second time they invent an excuse to avoid releasing orders to us. At this point, the pattern is too clear: they do not treat us the same way they treat American drivers, who pick up orders at the same times without any issues. We speak English, but with a Latino accent. We cannot ignore the fact that they behave differently toward us — and only toward us. Their attitude feels clearly racist, discriminatory, and targeted, and it affects our livelihood. We are working honestly, just like them. Our job is simply to pick up and deliver. Their job is simply to release the orders. There is no reason for personal feelings or bias to interfere. We are respectfully requesting that Walmart review the behavior of the manager and team leader working in the Pickup area today at 11:00 AM, investigate this situation, and take appropriate action. No worker — customer, delivery driver, or employee — deserves to be treated this way. This has gone too far, and it needs to be addressed.

I bypass another walmart to shop at Lynn Haven. It is cleaner and more stocked than others in the area. However, the workers are not friendly, helpful, or courteous. Especially the ones that pull product for online pickup or delivery shoppers. The words "excuse me" or "pardon me" are non existent. Mr. Walton made it a point that every employee was courteous and smiled. What happened? These folks are just not friendly or helpfull to the average in store shopper anymore.

It has a nice bakery and produce section, the store is clean and big. The inside garden section had neat, big empty spaces. The downside and these are biggies. Pet food was in the same isle as cleaners and the isle between the parking area for the handicap, was cluttered with shopping carts. Therefore those using wheelchairs are hoping that other drivers don't back out and run them over, before they get in the store. The 40ish age man who welcomed customers and carried a store walkie talkie would not call anyone to clear the path. He told me to go tell customer service, which I didn't do, but tried to call them an hour later when nothing had been done. No one answered customer service, so as far as I know, Walmart is still breaking the law and putting their handicap customers in danger.

If possible, when you choose to have a cashier check out your purchases at the Lynn Haven FL store, find Penny. We've been shopping there for several years and Penny is the best cashier! She warmly greets everyone, is very efficient, careful with bagging explaining why she's using more than one bag, and thanks us for shopping. We completed a survey prior to leaving this review and were rather disappointed when there weren't any queries in regard to the cashier that concluded our local store experience. Perhaps Corporate could add that opportunity to their future surveys?

Ample selection of gelato. Was able to purchase the last available 18 lbs bag of cat food (Chipley WM was sold out). I was dismayed by the lack of pricing on clothing; the clothing racks didn't have the usual signs on top. An associate explained that WM expects people to go online via the app to check prices - what a pain, especially for people who lack Internet skills or data plans. Also, plain, inexpensive cotton sweats (pants and zippered hoodies) were not available, only costly brand name items. VERY frustrating.
